It shouldn't be up to a decison by a president on calling for a specific targeted attack on a citizen (why these bastards retained citzenship this long is another issue.)<br /><br />In Iraq and Afghnistan, there is a clear case for calling strikes as part of an authorized military action. If someone hangs with bad guys and is an American, tough luck.
