And Without Threatening To Nuke Europe

As Soviet Russian president Vladimir Paranoid resumes his efforts to distance his country from the developed world, Croatia continues with its transition from Progressive collectivism to eeeevil capitalism.
Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg, on a visit to Zagreb, today said that Prague would like Croatia to enter the EU under Czech EU presidency in the first half of 2009.

"Croatia's EU entry under our presidency is our big wish and we would be happy if it came true," Schwarzenberg said at a joint press conference with his Croat counterpart Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic.

He said the Czech Republic is ready to share with Croatia the experiences it gained ahead of its own EU entry in 2004.

"That period was neither easy nor simple, but now it is a useful experience we want to share with Croatia," Schwarzenberg said.
Meanwhile, the Soviets Russians remain on the outside, looking in.

And Vladimir Paranoid doesn't understand why.
