Deadbeat Democrats

They'll gladly spend your money and bleed you dry with taxes. But when it comes time to pay their fair share in party dues, they sure come up with a lot of excuses.

Well, they are Democrats, after all.

Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-Brooklyn/Queens) has paid $75,000 of the $200,000 the committee has asked of him, although he has $150,000 in his campaign account. "I'm going to do my best," he said.

Weiner has other priorities, apparently.

Next time a bill collector comes banging on your door, tell them "I'm going to do my best" and see how far that gets you.
