Gaddafi + Philly = Perfect Together?

I cannot vouch for the libertarian candidate behind this ad, but his portrayal of Philly politics is depressingly accurate.

"One of our mayors bombed a neighborhood in West Philadelphia, and got reelected anyway."

Would be funnier if it weren't so true.

Feel free to put Philly right up there with places like San Francisco, Detroit, and Vermont in the "lost cause" column.
