Heh: NY Times Duped by The Onion

Good thing they employ layer upon layer of fact-checkers and editorial oversight.
A series of pictures last Sunday of covers of the magazine Tiger Beat, with an article about how the original teen-girl tabloid has remained virtually unchanged since its inception in 1965, erroneously included a parody cover, produced by the satiric newspaper The Onion, that featured a picture of President Obama.
For the so-called paper of record they run an amazing amount of correction. Here's another related to Obama.
An article on Page 30, about President Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, misstates the title of the book from which the article is adapted. It is “A Singular Woman: The Untold Story of Barack Obama’s Mother,” not “A Single Woman: The Untold Story of Barack Obama’s Mother.”

Who cares, I'm sure they're right when they tell us who to vote for... just like last time.
