Your Tax Dollars At Work

I've had the pleasure of reading many asinine newspaper articles.

This one takes the cake.
Heat advisory issued for eastern deserts in county

The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory in the eastern deserts of Riverside County as well as in Imperial County.

The advisory begins at 10 a.m. and is expected to last until 8 p.m. today.

Areas included in the advisory are Salton Sea, Blythe, Desert Center, El Centro and Calexico.

Highs are expected to reach up to 112 in cities like Blythe and Parker.

Residents are advised to stay indoors in air conditioned or well-ventilated places.
This advisory was issued by an idiot in Phoenix.

I live in the region covered by the village idiot's alert and 112 degrees is considered normal for this time of year.

Makes me wonder if Meyers is one of The Goracle's scientists?

Damnable Asshat.
