Don't forget, this garbage from the Associated Press goes out worldwide and is printed in virtually every paper in the United States. I wonder how many of the layers of editors and fact checkers even noticed such an egregious error.

Seriously, how incompetent is the "reporter" Erica Werner?

Well, she was probably in high school back when Chandra Levy was murdered.

Condit, a former Republican congressman from California's Central Valley, has denied any involvement in or knowledge of Levy's May 2001 disappearance at age 24, or her death. However, he acknowledged to investigators that they had an intimate relationship.

What's worse is if you click the link, it's from July 8, and apparently has not been corrected.
