Welcome to the Charles B. Rangel School of Public Service

Seriously, a Charles Rangel School of Public Service? You can't make this stuff up. Here's how the brochure should read:
Here at the Charlie Rangel School of Public Service, students will learn how to cheat on their taxes in several different jurisdictions, glom as many rent-controlled apartments as humanly possible and generally act like an arrogant prick when called in it.

You will learn the art of obfuscation, memory loss, selective judgment, cronyism, graft, greed and corruption.

Graduates will be qualified to serve in Congress, takes bribes and kickbacks and run their own personal fiefdoms.
And that's just for an entry level course. Just imagine how sleazy you can be if you actually graduate. But don't worry about working too hard. You can just cheat and lie your way through.
