With Iraq. I don't guess this will make too many headlines over here, what with a failing economy, dire predictions of recession, millions of potential homeless people in need of a government bailout for their mortgages and continuing drumbeat of getting out of Iraq as fast as possible. Oh yeah and I almost forgot this was crafted by that non functioning Iraqi government. I wonder how long it will take before the mass market media over here finally tuck their tails between their legs and slink off to the corner muttering "Curses foiled again" under their breathe.
