Obama Resigns

Surfing around and I have to admit seeing this headline made me long for the day when he might resign from another office. Although I doubt that day will ever come, especially when you have impeachment insurance by the name of Joe Biden.

President-elect Barack Obama resigned his Senate seat Sunday, after serving less than a single six-year term following his lightning-fast political ascent.

He served a lot less than a single term. He spent more time campaigning that doing any actual work. Frankly, I can't think of a single legislative accomplishment.
