Story of My Life
I saw these guys in a club, in North Hollywood if I recall correctly, maybe 25 years ago, before this song was actually released. Talk about a blast from the past. Had long forgotten about them until I heard this song in the credit to the Adam Carolla movie, The Hammer, which is actually pretty amusing if you get a chance to see it. It pops up on some of the HBO channels now and then, Anyway, Social Distortion also does a cool cover of Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire as well. Here's a live version of that. These guys have held up pretty well. Well actually, it's only Mike Ness who's left, and he's still hanging in there. Enjoy this live version from 1997.
