Georgia Attorney General Craps On Citizens Again

Lately in Georgia there has been a battle brewing between our attorney general, Thurbert Baker, and everybody else. This has got to be the only lawyer in America who can't figure out to file a lawsuit. He is also running as a Democrat in the upcoming governors race.

My question for the voters, the legal ones that is, is why would you vote for some schmuck who obviously isn't putting the concerns of its citizens above his seemingly blind allegiance to all things Democrat?

What am I talking about?

Earlier this year the governor directed him to look into filing a lawsuit and joining in with the other states contesting the passage of Obamacare. His response was there was nothing to it and he refused. As a result the state has filed suit but the assistance of some private attorneys who are doing the work pro-bono.

Now he refuses to fight for the citizens of Georgia in regards to their efforts to clean up the voter rolls in the state. This campaign was started by former Secretary of State Karen Handel, who coincidentally is running for governor on the Republican ticket, and the case has been continued by her replacement.

Ever the loyal Democrat once again Baker refuses to push the case, which has been getting kicked around by the courts. One thing to make readers aware of is that Georgia, as in most southern states, has to abide by something called the Voters Rights Act. This legislation was passed in the heyday of the Civil Rights movement and imposes some very draconian measures on southern states in regards to voting. Something the bluenoses in New England have not a clue about. Basically what it does is require southern states to receive federal approval to make any changes to it's voting processes and procedures.

When Karen Handel was the Secretary of State she uncovered real evidence of illegal aliens and others who are not qualified to vote in the state participating in the voting. In order to counter it she started a plan to require photo ID and other verification procedures to ensure the voters were protected. The use of a photo ID has already been approved by the Supreme Court. Of course a liberal judge here and one there has constantly thrown roadblocks up.

I have read and heard on many occasions that a lawyer could indict a ham sandwich, but apparently in Georgia we have an Attorney General who can do nothing but eat ham sandwiches. Thurbert is the personification of the problem with politics in this country today. None of the politicians are looking out for those who elected them, rather their loyalty is to their party first with the citizens somewhere down the list between getting a tax payer funded credit card and figuring out how to upgrade their tax payer transportation to the newest vehicle.

I would hope this last act by Mr Baker would also seal his doom on any aspirations he has to be governor. He shouldn't make it past the primaries, but the citizens of Georgia need to pay close attention to the slate of candidates running for Attorney General and try to elect one who is going to stand for the citizens of Georgia and not their party.

And I don't care which party ticket they run on.

ACORN Members Busted on Fraud Charges

How long until the whiny left complains this is just a distraction from Bammy's speech tonight?

Let's look at the upside: There are 11 fewer Obama czar candidates this morning.

Arrest warrants have been issued in Miami for 11 people suspected of falsifying information on hundreds of voter registration cards -- including registering the name of the late actor Paul Newman -- the Florida State Attorney's office told FOXNews.com.

The FBI and state authorities took six people into custody Wednesday as it issued 11 arrest warrants for voter registration fraud in Homestead, Fla., in June 2008.

"Names were filled out on the registration forms that were not actual voters," said Ed Griffith, a spokesperson for the State Attorney's office. Griffith said the names included people who were already registered voters, fictitious names, and the name of the late actor Paul Newman, who died in Sept. 2008.

Griffith said the workers being sought were hired to register voters by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN. He said ACORN alerted the state attorney's office after it reviewed hundreds of voter registration cards it suspected were fraudulent. Griffith said that none of the names in question actually voted.

In a statement sent to FOXNews.com. on Wednesday, Florida ACORN board member Leroy Bell said, "we want to commend the State Attorney for taking decisive action. Today's action demonstrates the seriousness we brought to the task of not only expanding the electorate, but also of protecting the integrity of the voting process."

He apparently said that with a straight face.

Shocker! ACORN Workers Charged With Forging Voter Registrations

This is clearly stunning news considering how reputable the community organizers at ACORN are. Next thing you know we'll find out Democrats cheat in elections.

Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr. today charged seven employees of ACORN -- the left-leaning Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now -- with forgery and election law violations, saying they filed hundreds of fraudulent voter registrations during last year's general election.

Mr. Zappala said there is no indication that any of the fraudulent registrations resulted in fraudulent votes. Rather, it appeared the workers were submitting fake or doctored registration forms in order to be paid their daily $40 wage.

The forgery counts -- 51 in all -- are third-degree felonies, the most serious of the charges brought, Mr. Zappala said during a press conference today.

Mr. Zappala said his office is currently in talks with some of the defendants and he indicated that the investigation could expand. In all, ACORN claimed to have registered 38,000 voters in Allegheny County last year, he said.

I wonder if any of those 38,000 were legitimate?

Two of the workers charged today were already in custody. Mr. Jordan was served his warrant at the Allegheny County Jail, where he is being held on DUI and gun charges. Mr. Williams, officials said, was served his summons at a halfway house.

The charges are part of a continuing investigation of ACORN, which has been targeted for election fraud in several other states where similar, fake voter registrations were filed by hourly employees apparently attempting to meet daily registration quotas in order to be paid.

In some states -- including Pennsylvania -- registration quotas are illegal. In Nevada, which has a similar statute, the state attorney general on Monday charged ACORN, its former Nevada field director and former regional director for voter registration with filing thousands of "garbage" registrations in order to meet an illegal daily quota of 20 new voters.

Democrat Voter Fraud In Kentucky

Here is a case of real voter fraud in Kentucky and you would not believe how hard it was to confirm my suspicions of which party was involved. In reading the news stories and no particular party was mentioned we all know the rule of thumb is that if it is a scandal then 9 times out of 10 it means the guilty party is involved with the Democrats and that is indeed the case here. In one article from a local newspaper I found this snippet.

According to the indictment, Democratic election commissioner Charles Wayne Jones and election officer William E. Stivers helped extort money from candidates. In some cases, candidates were apparently asked to pool money so votes could be bought.

In all, so far 7 people have been charged in Clay county Kentucky for participating in this election fraud.

* Clay County Circuit Court Judge Russell Cletus Maricle, 65, and school superintendent Douglas C. Adams, 57, allegedly used their status in the county to influence the appointment of corrupt members to the Clay County Board of Election Officials and caused election officers to commit acts of extortion, mail fraud, and bribery. Maricle also allegedly instructed a witness to testify falsely before a federal grand jury in Lexington.
* Clay County Clerk, Freddy Thompson, 45, allegedly provided money to election officers to be distributed by the officers to buy votes and he also instructed officers how to change votes at the voting machine. The indictment also accused Thompson of a false testimony before a grand jury in Lexington.
* Election officer William E. Stivers, 56, allegedly marked votes or issued tickets to voters who had sold their votes and changed votes at the voting machine. Stivers also allegedly instructed a witness to testify falsely before a federal grand jury.
* Paul E. Bishop, 60, allegedly marked voters or issued tickets to voters who sold their votes and he also hosted alleged meetings at his home where money was pooled together by candidates and distributed to election officers, including himself. He was also accused of instructing the officers how to change votes at the voting machine.
* William B. Morris, 66, and Debra L. Morris, 49, distributed funds pooled by the members of the scheme in order to buy votes. The couple owned and operated a transportation sanitation company and was active in the political affairs of Clay County.

The charges from intimidating voters to actually changing the votes on the electronic voting machines.

I am pretty sure that the diarist over on the Daily Kos didn't realize who was involved when they decided to mention it.

It is still hard to determine the party affiliation of most of those involved in this scandal but so far for those named it don't look good for the Democrats.

What The Hell is Going On In Ohio?

And when is the rest of America going to fight back against this sort of stuff? Reports now of dead people voting in Ohio, and it isn't a new occurrence.

But this isn't the first time we've uncovered dead voters. Two years ago, another 5 On Your Side investigation exposed 13,000 dead voters registered in Cuyahoga County. More than two dozen of them cast ballots.

Is it possible to just disqualify this state completely? C'mon America don't let Ohio steal this election. Fight back with your vote. Send a message.

More Democrat Voter Fraud You Can Believe In

In Ohio, of course.

The Columbiana County Board of Elections has canceled a meeting Saturday to discuss whether two county newcomers voted improperly. No new meeting has been set.

In a related move, David Johnson, the chairman of the elections board and chairman of the county Republican Party, on Friday called for a poll worker to resign.

Nancy Cope, the secretary of the county Republican Party, on Tuesday sent a complaint to the board about alleged improper voting.

She stated that Peter Grant Jr. of Washington state and Molly Thompson, formerly of North Carolina, moved to Ohio. The two registered to vote Sept. 30 and voted that day.

Ohio law requires that voters be permanent residents.

Cope said the pair gave their address as the home of Bea Delpapa, a poll worker who also is a presiding judge of a county precinct.

Johnson asked Delpapa to step down from her election work. There was no word Friday if she did so.

How convenient. These fraudsters were enabled by the presiding judge of a county precinct.

This Delpapa shouldn't be asked to step down. She should be removed. By force, if necessary and charged with aiding and abetting criminals.

Some coincidence, isn't it, that all these cases of voter fraud happen to be perpetrated by Democrats?

Remember Those 1.3 Million New Voters? Uh, Never Mind

Stunning isn't it, that ACORN would lie about the number of "new voters" they registered? Remarkably, the New York Times is reporting this, though they go to great lengths to obfuscate the obvious efforts at voter fraud.

On Oct. 6, the community organizing group Acorn and an affiliated charity called Project Vote announced with jubilation that they had registered 1.3 million new voters. But it turns out the claim was a wild exaggeration, and the real number of newly registered voters nationwide is closer to 450,000, Project Vote’s executive director, Michael Slater, said in an interview.

The remainder are registered voters who were changing their address and roughly 400,000 that were rejected by election officials for a variety of reasons, including duplicate registrations, incomplete forms and fraudulent submissions from low-paid field workers trying to please their supervisors, Mr. Slater acknowledged.

In registration drives, it is common for a percentage of newly registered voters to be disqualified for various reasons, although experts say the percentage is higher when groups pay workers to gather registrations. But the disclosure on Thursday that 30 percent of Acorn’s registrations were faulty was described by Republicans as further proof of what they said was Acorn’s effort to tilt the election unfairly.

“We were wondering how many were Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse,” said Danny Diaz, a spokesman for the Republican National Committee. “The group is really tainted, and any work they do is suspect.”

Republicans had been prepared for months to make an issue of Acorn’s registration drive. A year ago, the party’s national committee anticipated the surge of new registrations by putting a map of the country on its Web site, labeled “You Can’t Make This Up! Vote Fraud.”

Democrats and officials with Acorn accuse Republicans of trying to manufacture a controversy to deflect attention from alleged voter suppression activities in several states. Election officials and experts say there is little chance that significant numbers of supporters of either party would actually try to vote through a fraudulent registration.

We have a disparity of 850,000 here and the Times wants us to believe there's no organized effort at voter fraud.

Naturally, they use the occasion to endorse the empty suit for president today, just as they reach junk status.

Media Discovers Bogus Voters in Columbus

Props to the Post for reporting this, but it's already old news. And they tout it as an exclusive, no less.

Four well-heeled New York Democrats are under investigation by an Ohio prosecutor for setting up a temporary home in the swing state - where two have already cast their ballots - just so that their votes will be counted there, The Post has learned.

The targets of the probe - including the daughter and son-in-law of a New York City real-estate titan, a former New York Sun reporter and a Bank of New York Mellon executive - are connected to Vote From Home, a Manhattan-based political action committee set up to get voters to the polls in Ohio, where residents are allowed to cast ballots 29 days before Election Day, investigators said.

The New Yorkers and nine other members from across the country are accused of packing themselves into a modest three-bedroom house in Columbus, waiting 30 days - and then registering, even though the Buckeye State is not their permanent residence.

Under Ohio law, a person who comes to the state for "temporary purposes only," without the intention of making it the "permanent place of abode" is not considered a resident. New permanent residents must live in Ohio 30 days before registering.

Four group members, including two of the New Yorkers, have already cast ballots, and six others requested absentee ballots from the county elections board.

Franklin County, Ohio, prosecutor Bob O'Brien launched the investigation after student reporters at palestra.net, a Fox News affiliate, discovered the mass registration effort at the home in a working-class neighborhood on Brownlee Avenue.

"Our board of elections referred 13 suspicious registrations to us, all from people with out-of-state addresses, all of whom claim to be living in a three-bedroom house in Columbus," O'Brien said Friday.

The blogs have been all over this for some time, so how exactly is this an exclusive? Exclusive to the mainstream media, perhaps.

ACORN: Fraud In the Name of 'Social Justice'

Looks like ACORN now has ever corner of America awash in voter fraud. I guess the fact California is a blue state doesn't prevent Barack Obama's pals from perpetrating fraud in San Diego County.

To end the many obstacles Southern states put up before African-American voters as late as the 1960s, Congress worked for decades to make voting much easier. These efforts had a hugely positive effect – until the 1993 “motor voter” law. This measure and some related laws made registration so easy – and so difficult to verify because of a lack of resources and time – that they created nothing less than a structural weakness in American democracy.

This election year, we're seeing a determined, well-funded effort to exploit this weakness, led by ACORN – the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.

Using corporate, partisan and taxpayer grants, the nonprofit group has spent $35 million this year to register 1.3 million people in 21 states. But it's highly likely that hundreds of thousands of these registrations are bogus. That's because ACORN relies on canvassers who appear to be paid based on how many signatures they get – an invitation to fraud – and because ACORN as an institution appears to collectively think such fraud is tolerable in the name of “social justice.”

ACORN's voter drive in San Diego County – detailed in yesterday's Union-Tribune – is troubling. Nearly 2,000 of the 26,000 forms it turned in were invalid, much higher than the norm. But compared with what ACORN did elsewhere, its San Diego effort was a model of probity. In Ohio, for example, officials say ACORN gets the primary blame in the registration of 200,000 new voters whose forms appear to be bogus.

Unfortunately, many Democrats depict concern over ACORN as Republican hysteria. They are right that voter fraud has been a tiny problem in recent years. But they ignore a key point: the stunning scale of bogus registrations this time around.

Even if a tiny fraction of these fake voters actually fill out a ballot, they have the potential to tip the presidential vote in battleground states – such as Ohio. Or Pennsylvania, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina or Wisconsin – all swing states where ACORN has been active.

You'll notice they mention the motor voter boondoggle. Guess who was heavily involved with that?

Next time you hear about all those new Democrats that have been registered this year, know in your heart most of them are probably bogus. No wonder Obama's thugs want to silence any criticism of ACORN.

Barack Obama's campaign attorney today asked Attorney General Michael Mukasey to add a probe into allegedly false Republican claims of voter fraud to the investigation into the firings of U.S. attorneys.

Republican voter-fraud accusations ``seek both to suppress the vote and to unduly influence investigations and prosecutions,'' wrote Robert Bauer, general counsel for the Democratic presidential nominee. He made the statement in a letter to Mukasey and special prosecutor Nora Dannehy, who is looking into the nine U.S. attorney firings in 2006.

When Obama and his goons pile on the illegal votes in 2010 and 2012, you suppose there will be any hope at stopping it? This stunt just blows my mind. People are trying to stop others from illegally voting, yet they're to be the target of investigation?

Just outrageous. Seriously, who the hell does this guy think he is?

Maybe when he becomes Grand High Exalted Mystic Ruler he can have Joe the Plumber retroactively prosecuted for a hate crime for daring to speak in his presence.

The wind is chillier than I thought.

Now, Bloomberg's quote was, indeed, a quote. They quoted specific language from a letter.

Did they really err in reporting this? Or did Obama simply demand they retract?

Hmm... Well, now when I click on the article, the story still says that Obama is demanding an investigation into those who allege voter fraud, but the quote from the letter is disappeared.

Seems to be a work in progress.

Whatever the case, McCain's people have responded in kind.

"The letter's request that the Department of Justice investigate 'recent partisan Republican activities throughout the country' is almost a parody of the Obama campaign's attempt to intimidate their political opponents. In case Sen. Obama's lawyer did not notice, we are in the midst of a political campaign, not a coronation, and the alleged criminal activity he calls 'recent partisan Republican activities' are what the rest of us call campaign speeches and debates. All of this is unfortunately reminiscent of the Obama campaign's recent creation of a 'truth squad' of Missouri prosecutors and sheriffs to 'target' people who criticize Sen. Obama. Rest assured that, despite these threats, the McCain-Palin campaign will continue to address the serious issue of voter registration fraud by ACORN and other partisan groups, and compliance by states with the Help America Vote Act's requirement of matching new voter registrations with state data bases to prevent voter fraud."

Obama: Criticism of ACORN Is Meant to Suppress the Vote

We were wondering what took so long for them to spin the massive ACORN voter fraud around and claim it's a cynical ploy to suppress the vote.

The waiting is over. And they shamelessly lie through their teeth.

The Obama campaign was forced to defend their voter registration efforts today, after the McCain campaign continued to the link them to ACORN. Earlier today, the group acknowledged that there has been some voter registration fraud, but that state election officials are required to “weed out” bad applications.

Both campaign manager David Plouffe and general counsel Bob Bauer vehemently denied any connection between ACORN and their voter registration effort. “The case is ludicrous,” Bauer said about the Republican accusations, adding, “this campaign has never paid ACORN to register voters.”

Oh really?

U.S. Sen. Barack Obama's presidential campaign paid more than $800,000 to an offshoot of the liberal Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now for services the Democrat's campaign says it mistakenly misrepresented in federal reports.

An Obama spokesman said Federal Election Commission reports would be amended to show Citizens Services Inc. -- a subsidiary of ACORN -- worked in "get-out-the-vote" projects, instead of activities such as polling, advance work and staging major events as stated in FEC finance reports filed during the primary.

FEC spokeswoman Mary Brandenberger said it is not unusual for campaigns to amend reports, even regarding large sums of money.

But, said Blair Latoff, spokeswoman for the Republican National Committee: "Barack Obama's failure to accurately report his campaign's financial records is an incredibly suspicious situation that appears to be an attempt to hide his campaign's interaction with a left-wing organization previously convicted of voter fraud. For a candidate who claims to be practicing 'new' politics, his FEC reports look an awful lot like the 'old-style' Chicago politics of yesterday."

So Obama never paid ACORN to register voters?

Hmm. Somehow CBS failed to follow up.

He charged that the Republicans are “suppressing” and “intimidating” voters in various states, making it harder for people to vote.

“What this is, is a strategic and cynical ploy to in some ways to denigrate all these people who decided to participate in their democracy, to sow confusion out there in a deliberate attempt to try to decrease turnout,” Plouffe argued.

“This is just the start of what is going to be a deliberate and cynical attempt to try and create confusion, to challenge people inappropriately.”

That part sounds really familiar.

Come election day when GOP officials start blowing the whistle and challenging dubious voters, who likely will be getting paid to vote numerous times, you know what the reaction will be from most media outlets, notably the New York Times: Racism! Voter suppression!

And you know exactly that's what will happen nationwide. Then an army of Obama lawyers will be rushing for injunctions to keep polls open late. Mark it down.

In case the Obama team has a problem linking them with ACORN's voter registration fraud, maybe they can take it up with CNN.

A subsidiary of the group was paid $800,000 by Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama's campaign to register voters for the 2008 primaries, and ACORN's political wing endorsed Obama back in February.

Seems pretty clear to me who's doing the lying here.

Obama replied: "first of all, my relationship to ACORN is pretty straightforward. It's probably 13 years ago when I was still practicing law, I represented ACORN and my partner in that representation was the US Justice Department in having Illinois implement what was called the 'Motor Voter' law, to make sure that people could go to DMV’s and drivers’ license facilities to get registered.. It wasn’t being implemented. That was my relationship and is my relationship to ACORN.

Figures this stooge was involved in the Auto Fraudo registrations, another boondoggle. He then parrots Plouffe.

"But what I want to make sure of, is that this is not used as an excuse for the kind of voter suppression strategies and tactics that we've seen in the past. Let’s just make sure everybody is voting, everybody’s registered. Let's make sure that everybody’s doing it in a lawful way."

In the past? Where? Like when Al Gore's lawyers suppressed the military votes in Florida?

Another 4,000 ACORN Voter Forms Found to Be Bogus

Yesterday we noted officials in Indiana gave up counting after realizing the first 2100 registration forms they looked at were fraudulent.

Well, now we have a report out of Ohio noting another 4000 suspect forms from the, ahem, left-leaning group.

Investigators probing ACORN have learned that an Ohio man registered to vote several times and cast a bogus ballot with a fake address, officials said yesterday, as they revealed that nearly 4,000 registration applications supplied by the left-leaning activist group were suspect.

The vote of Darnell Nash, one of four people subpoenaed in a Cuyahoga County probe of ACORN's voter-registration activities, was canceled and his case was turned over to local prosecutors and law enforcement, Board of Elections officials said yesterday.

Nash had registered to vote repeatedly from an address that belonged to a legitimately registered voter, officials said during a hearing at which the subpoenaed voters were to testify.

Board officials had contacted Nash this summer, questioned his address and told him to stop repeat registering.

But still, he breezed into Ohio election offices - the state allows early voting for president - reregistered with a fake address and cast a paper ballot, officials said.

"He came in on 9/30 and Mr. Nash again registered to vote at [someone else's] address, and he cast a ballot," said board official Jane Platten.

Nash did not turn up for the hearing.

The Post reported last week on the Cleveland-area probe and the subpoenas, which were sent out to four people - including two voters who said they were hounded by ACORN workers to register over and over, even when they warned they'd already done so.

It's the latest issue in the probe of ACORN's registering voters in Ohio, one of at least nine states where officials are investigating similar reports of phony sign-ups by the group.

At the same time, officials said, some 5 percent, or 3,650, of the 73,000 total registration cards turned in by ACORN in the Cleveland area from its Project Vote initiative to sign up low-income voters were "questionable," Platten said.

There were "egregious acts of registering multiple times," said Platten. "The extent of it is beyond the resources of this board."

And that's exactly the motivation behind this fraud. Overwhelm the system, create chaos and havoc on election day to the point where elections officials just give in and accept the ballots. If they're denied, cry racism and disenfranchisement.

Every day we find out more outrageous attempt at vote fraud by this group. They even tried to register Mickey Mouse down in Florida (H/T Hot Air).

Acorn -- the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now -- has been around since 1970 and boasts 350,000 members. We've written about them for years, but Acorn is now getting more attention as John McCain's campaign makes an issue of the fraud reports and Acorn's ties to Mr. Obama. It's about time someone exposed this shady outfit that uses government dollars to lobby for larger government.

Acorn uses various affiliated groups to agitate for "a living wage," for "affordable housing," for "tax justice" and union and environmental goals, as well as against school choice and welfare reform. It was a major contributor to the subprime meltdown by pushing lenders to make home loans on easy terms, conducting "strikes" against banks so they'd lower credit standards.

But the organization's real genius is getting American taxpayers to foot the bill. According to a 2006 report from the Employment Policies Institute (EPI), Acorn has been on the federal take since 1977. For instance, Acorn's American Institute for Social Justice claimed $240,000 in tax money between fiscal years 2002 and 2003. Its American Environmental Justice Project received 100% of its revenue from government grants in the same years. EPI estimates the Acorn Housing Corporation alone received some $16 million in federal dollars from 1997-2007. Only recently, Democrats tried and failed to stuff an "affordable housing" provision into the $700 billion bank rescue package that would have let politicians give even more to Acorn. All this money gives Acorn the ability to pursue its other great hobby: electing liberals. Acorn is spending $16 million this year to register new Democrats and is already boasting it has put 1.3 million new voters on the rolls. The big question is how many of these registrations are real.

Indeed, a very big question.

I've noticed in this post, in others as well as on some other sites there's now a concerted effort by submoronic Obamatons to spin this as to how it will hurt Obama, McCain likes ACORN as well and even though these are fraudulent registrations, well, hey, these haven't voted, so no harm done.

As if. If we can somehow prevent every bogus voter from voter, they might have a case, but since Obama and ACORN will be feverishly working election day to get out the vote, one can only imagine how many dubious "votes" will be cast. And you can bet your ass they won't be voting for McCain.

So get this. They turn in 5000 new voter registration forms in Indiana, election officials start checking them and give up after the first 2100 were found to be fraudulent.

DREW GRIFFIN: Right, I mean this is Lake County, Indiana, but ACORN's in trouble all across the country with it's a huge voter-registration drive. Actually, 1.3 million new voters registered according to ACORN. The problem is, are they really voters? Up in Lake County, Indiana, they're finding out they are not. Some 5,000 applications came in, all filled out by ACORN, and there they are. They went through the first 2,100 of them, every single one of them, fraudulent. And I want to show you how they knew.

Take a look at this one, here is Bob States, Terror Strongs and Shea Boons, all signing on the same day. Obviously these are all the same person, filling out the same signatures, if you look at the S's. That's one, ok. That's all fake. Here's Levy McIntosh. Levy McIntosh, he registered to vote, let me get the date here, it's 8-1-08, you get that? Let me get my hand out of the way 8-1-08. He registered to vote in Lake County. The problem is, Levy died. Levy died on November 16th of 2007. Alright, so it's going to be hard for him to vote, let alone register to vote as a new voter in Lake County. So that's obvious fraud.

Non-Partisan Community Organizers From ACORN Register a Seven-Year-Old to Vote

How do we know they're non-partisan? Why, they say so themselves. Of course, they're just a bit too well-organized getting a kid registered 11 years before she's eligible. Oh, and if you think this is an isolated incident, then you actually believe Barack Obama really wrote "his" books.

O'jahnae Smith is ready and registered to vote this November.

There's only one problem: She's 7 years old.

The Connecticut girl is 11 years too young - and nobody in her family knows how she ended up on a voter registration form submitted by ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.

"She's registered to vote?" said a surprised Jerome Smith, O'jahnae's teenage brother. "She's too young to vote."

But that didn't stop someone from forging the child's signature on a voter registration card and giving her a fake birth date that upped her age to 27. The family told The Post a drug-addicted relative may have given the bogus card to ACORN.

Voter registration fraud complaints like these continue to mount for the group, already under scrutiny in 11 states where hundreds, if not thousands, of new registrations are being questioned.

ACORN volunteers have been found to register dead people and even put members of the Dallas Cowboys on Nevada lists.

The community organizing group has a long history of flooding low- and middle-income neighborhoods in election years with temporary workers instructed to register 20 to 25 voters per day - or risk getting fired.

Most states prohibit paying per signature, but ACORN workers earning $8 to $9 an hour still have to hit their quotas. And many need the money - including some ex-cons in work-release programs.

ACORN's controversial tactics have fueled John McCain's criticism of Barack Obama, whose campaign paid an ACORN spinoff - Community Services Inc. - about $800,000 to knock on doors and urge people to vote for Obama in four key primary states: Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.

In his pre-politics days, Obama ran the Illinois chapter of Project Vote in 1992, before it hooked up with ACORN.

McCain campaign manager Rick Davis on Friday called for a freeze on taxpayer dollars to ACORN until recent allegations have been investigated.

Meanwhile, state authorities in New Mexico, Indiana, Missouri, Connecticut, Ohio, Florida, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Nevada have launched probes of bogus voter registration forms filed by ACORN.

I'm still waiting for one of our media superiors to connect some dots. We keep seeing stories about how many "new voters" the Democrats have registered, yet they're running fast from this ACORN voter fraud story.

Obama Links Himself to ACORN

Hey, we're using his own words against him, but I'm sure this will be construed as a racist smear.

In 1992, Mr. Obama was personally involved in voter registration efforts when he served as director of Project Vote in Chicago, helping to register 150,000 voters on the South Side. His success was widely written about at the time and credited with helping to elect Senator Carol Moseley Braun, the first African-American woman in the Senate.

Mr. LaBolt emphasized that Project Vote and Acorn were not as intertwined at that time as they are today, when a significant part of Project Vote’s revenues flow to Acorn and various of its affiliates as payment for services.

But according to Sam Graham-Felsen, who blogs on the Obama campaign’s Web site, Mr. Obama himself linked his 1992 work to Acorn in a meeting with Acorn’s leaders in November.

“Even before I was an elected official, when I ran Project Vote voter registration drives in Illinois, Acorn was smack dab in the middle of it, and we appreciate your work,” Mr. Obama said, according to a post Mr. Graham-Felsen made in February.

To date, Obama's campaign has been silent about the ACORN connection, let alone the group's dubious voter-registration efforts.

But that silence speaks volumes about the kind of company Obama keeps - and the lengths to which he and his allies apparently will go to win this election.

Bring Out Your Dead ... On Election Day

This is just in one city. It may be impossible getting to the bottom of this, but it appears to be a nationawide plague that may well undermine democracy.

“I’m sorry, but she passed on two years ago,” said a mustached man wearing a Dallas Cowboys baseball cap and driving a motorized chair down the street. He was Linda Hill’s husband, Henderson Hill Jr.

Linda Kay Hill, a homemaker and Louisiana native, died Aug. 2, 2006, of a heart attack, her husband recalled, and is buried at Houston Memorial Gardens in Pearland. But Harris County voter records indicate she –- or someone using her identity –- cast a ballot in the November election that year. Linda Hill of Woodwick Street voted in person on Election Day, records show.

She is among the more than 4,000 people whose names are listed both on Harris County’s voter rolls and also in a federal database of death records, a Texas Watchdog analysis has found.

And dozens of those people, like Linda Hill, have apparently cast ballots from beyond the grave, records since 2004 show. One expert says the number of deceased names used to cast ballots may be higher than what Texas Watchdog’s analysis found.

Instances of dead voters’ names being used to cast ballots were most frequent in three elections, the November 2004 general election, the November 2006 general election and the March 2008 Democratic primary, the analysis found.

Less than a month away from an election to decide the highest office in the land, some advocates worry that such errors in the voter records open the door for fraud, compromise the integrity of results and lessen voter confidence in the system.

The findings come as the group ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, has faced scrutiny in multiple states for allegedly improper voter registrations — including players for the Dallas Cowboys, not in the Lone Star State, but in Nevada. The group’s Nevada offices were raided by state officials earlier this week.

ACORN Bribing People to Register

The biggest joke? They're referred to as left-leaning.

A man at the center of a voter-registration scandal told The Post yesterday he was given cash and cigarettes by aggressive ACORN activists in exchange for registering an astonishing 72 times, in apparent violation of Ohio laws.

"Sometimes, they come up and bribe me with a cigarette, or they'll give me a dollar to sign up," said Freddie Johnson, 19, who filled out 72 separate voter-registration cards over an 18-month period at the behest of the left-leaning Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.

"The ACORN people are everywhere, looking to sign people up. I tell them I am already registered. The girl said, 'You are?' I say, 'Yup,' and then they say, 'Can you just sign up again?' " he said.

Johnson used the same information on all of his registration cards, and officials say they usually catch and toss out duplicate registrations. But the practice sparks fear that some multiple registrants could provide different information and vote more than once by absentee ballot.

ACORN is under investigation in Ohio and at least eight other states - including Missouri, where the FBI said it's planning to look into potential voter fraud - for over-the-top efforts to get as many names as possible on the voter rolls regardless of whether a person is registered or eligible.

It's even under investigation in Bridgeport, Conn., for allegedly registering a 7-year-old girl to vote, according to the State Elections Enforcement Commission.

Meanwhile, a federal judge yesterday ordered Ohio's Secretary of State to verify the identity of newly registered voters by matching them with other government documents. The order was in response to a Republican lawsuit unrelated to the ACORN probe in Cuyahoga County, in which at least three people, including Johnson, have been subpoenaed.

Bribing citizens with gifts, property or anything of value is a fourth-degree felony in Ohio, punishable by up to 18 months in prison. And it's a fifth-degree felony - punishable by 12 months in jail - for a person to pay "compensation on a fee-per-registration" system when signing up someone to vote.

Johnson, who works at a cellphone kiosk in downtown Cleveland, said he was a sitting duck for the signature hunters, but was always happy to help them out in exchange for a smoke or a little scratch. Sometimes, he'd collect 10 to 20 cigarettes and anywhere from $10 to $15 a day, he said.

The Cleveland voting probe, first reported by The Post yesterday, also focused on Lateala Goins, who said she put her name on multiple voter registrations. She guessed ACORN canvassers then put fake addresses on them. "You can tell them you're registered as many times as you want - they do

I saw some Rutgers professor on Fox and Friends early this morning trying to defend this criminal outfit and she looked extremely uncomfortable, as well she should. It's painfully obvious these goons have been getting away with voter fraud for years and it's finally time to put and end to this. The irony that Democrats squeal and whine about every perceived attempt at stopping voter fraud while trying to register someone 72 times is just too rich.

Meanwhile, an Ohio judge has ruled Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner is breaking the law.

A federal judge ruled this evening that Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner is breaking federal law by not giving county elections boards the chance to determine whether new voter registrations are fraudulent.

In uploading the Ohio Republican Party's request for a court order, Judge George C. Smith of the U.S. District Court in Columbus said, "It is hard to imagine a public interest more compelling than safeguarding the legitimacy of the election of the president of the United States."

Smith said that the Help America Vote Act requires states to not only verify the identity of newly registered voters with the state Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the federal Social Security Administration, but also to provide counties with the names of new voters whose records did not match.

Jennifer Brunner had been doing verification, but had not made the names available to county elections boards. Judge Smith gave Brunner a week to comply.
