Anti-Al-Qaeda Sheikh: Americans Are Too Nice To Al-Qaeda Elements

Sheikh Hamid Al-Ha'is, chief of the council for the rescue of Al-Anbar Province, which is Sunni and in western Iraq, has accused the U.S. military of being "too nice" to arrested terrorists.He advocated the use of "tribal law" to punish them.
