Rudy Surges to Lead Over Pantsuit

It pretty much flew under the radar last weekend when the news was disclosed how unlikable she is, even among Democrats, and the fears were she'd be a drag on the Congressional candidates.

The other day, I heard much fanfare over a poll from the dog grooming school up in Connecticut, which supposedly had her beating Rudy.

Granted, they did note her unfavorables.

Well, things evolve quickly, as now Rasmussen is reporting sharply contrasting numbers, and I do hold more faith in their track record.
After being virtually tied with Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for several months, Republican contender Rudy Giuliani now leads Clinton up 47% to 40% in the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.

In the match-up of the frontrunners, this result marks a significant shift. For the last three months the two frontrunners have never been further apart than three percentage points. Last month, Giuliani and Clinton were separated by just a single point.

Senator Clinton fares modestly better against former Senator Fred Thompson. Clinton now has a three point edge over him, 46% to 43%. All four previous Clinton-Thomas have also been toss-ups.
So the almost assured Democrat candidate is getting beaten handily by Rudy and is in a near statistical tie with a guy who hasn't even entered the race.

Makes you wonder what this guy is thinking.

Of course, things can change quickly, but the whispers about her unelectability may soon become cries of despair.

The question is, does the party faithful have the guts to turn on her come primary time?
