Third times the charm I guess

For the third year in a row forecasters are once again predicting an above normal hurricane season. I guess if you keep saying it long enough one of these times you are going to be right.
The updated forecast by William Gray's team at Colorado State University calls for 15 named storms in the Atlantic in 2008 and says there's a better than average chance that at least one major hurricane will hit the United States.

This is just like the global warming seers. They keep saying it long enough and sooner or later they are going to be right. Hell a stopped clock is right twice a day.
