Just one of those little mistakes when you're printing up ballots in languages other than English, I guess.
Westchester County says the wrong date for Election Day was printed in the Spanish-language version of a mailing from the Board of Elections.
The mailing, about the availability of ballot marking devices, was in English and Spanish. The Spanish section said Election Day was Nov. 9 instead of Nov. 4.
County spokeswoman Victoria Hochman says calls in English and Spanish were made this weekend to correct the mistake. She said the erroneous mailing went to voters in Cortlandt, Mamaroneck, Mount Kisco, Peekskill, Scarsdale, New Rochelle, White Plains and Greenburgh.
