'You Should Have Left Those Crackers'

Gee, it seems that racial epithet sure is popular these days except with the dimwitted Democrats and their hack apologists.

Well, here's an interesting story of some black women in Florida who came to the aid of police officers shot in the line of duty and they wound up being harassed for it within their own community.

The Hillsborough County Commission on Wednesday honored three women who rushed to the aid of Tampa police Officers David Curtis and Jeffrey Kocab after the two men were fatally shot June 29.

Commissioner Kevin White recognized Renee Roundtree, 37; Rose Dodson, 32; and Delores Keen, 39; who live near the shooting site and went to help. Each received a certificate.

"These three young ladies are really what our community spirit is all about," White said. "They tried to do what they could, and one immediately ran back to dial 911."

After receiving the printed certificates from the commission, the three told reporters the story of finding Kocab lying on Curtis's outstretched arms, calling 911 and being put on hold by a dispatcher.

Roundtree was headed to a nearby store when the shots rang out and she saw a man jogging through the apartment complex where Dodson and Keen live. Seeing the lights of the police cars, she expected to see officers in chase. When she didn't, she and Dodson went to the side of the road, found the two police officers in a ditch and yelled to Keen to call 911.

Keen said the dispatcher put her on hold and then said she was going to transfer her.

"I said, 'What are you going to transfer me for? Two officers are down,' " said Keen. She gave the address of the shooting.

"She said we don't have any officers in that location," recalled Keen, who works at Checkers. "I said, 'Yes you do.' " She estimates it took 15 minutes for help to arrive.

Roundtree and Dodson checked the pulses of Kocab and Curtis.

"They were breathing," said Roundtree, a cosmetologist. "They were lying in each other's arms. That was the crazy part."

Dodson said she thinks the dispatcher thought the call was a prank.

"They're not used to civilians calling in, saying there were officers down," she said.

Roundtree and Dodson said they have faced criticism from some.

"I've been called snitch. Asked why did you help them. You should have left those crackers," said Dodson, an Ultimate Medical Academy student. "When I walked up on the scene, I didn't think about color. If it was a cop or not a cop."

All she thought was that the two men were sons, and possibly husbands and fathers.

Thank goodness we're now living in the glorious Obama era of post-racial harmony.

Speaking of crackers, congratulations go out to Media Matters for one of the sleaziest hits ever on Rush Limbaugh. You folks must really be proud to open the door into your face again.

Here's how bad things are for the left: The best they have is to pretend they are offended by my clever compliments about a fellow successful capitalist---- who has been portrayed negatively by the left until now--- and are insanely obsessed with the sale of my NY condo--- sold at a profit when home sales are supposed to be a sign of a recovering economy.

This is my stock in trade: Illustrating the absurd by being absurd. Two weeks ago, a DOJ whistleblower revealed that the Obama/Holder Department of Justice ordered line attorneys to drop a 2008 voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party in Philadelphia. The line attorney, J. Christian Adams, said the case was a slam dunk. And we knew it was: there was video evidence.

In the past two weeks, the President of the NBPP, Malik Zulu Shabazz, has been in the media attacking white crackers. One of the NBPP members from the Philly incident, King Samir Shabazz, appeared at a rally and suggested that blacks would only be free when all the crackers were dead and further said that killing cracker babies was called for. No one in what is called the mainstream media has condemned or even reported any of this, though it has been all over Fox News and talk radio and many internet blogs.

So...George Steinbrenner dies and I, being absurd to illustrate absurdity, make my comments, pointing out that this cracker created many African American MILLIONAIRES (and fired a bunch of white managers) to establish HIS CRED!!!

To top it off, and to provoke liberals even more, I said that Steinbrenner was such a great capitalist he even knew when to die. This year, a year in which there is ZERO estate tax. So his family will not have to sell the New York Yankees to pay what will be a 55% tax starting in January.

Simple to understand and even appreciate IF...IF....IF....one listens to my show. Media Matters for America does listen but they purposely distort the things I say and the reporters who then quote MM, and do not ever listen to my show, print the erroneous take.

All it took was an edited clip by the pinheads at Media Matters and look how the story took off. Of course few of those "reporting" Limbaugh comments will ever bother to retract it after realizing how stupid they look.
