Noted race warlord and PMSNBC token minority host Al Sharpton may be running into a little bit of trouble in Atlanta.

So far, no one has proven it's a scam, but they haven't proven it's for real either.

This week more than 700 senior citizens filled out a rather skimpy form promising a $500 check from the American Opportunities Stimulus Program.

The organization promising these handouts is the local branch of Al Shaprton's National Action Network. I have no doubt Revrund Al will invoke the liberal standard denial of "not in my name," but it is proof that the grifters and scammers in the world know their target audience.

Besides, that sure looked legit to me. Who wouldn't trust somebody in a t-shirt and capri pants sitting on the front steps of a building promising you money?

I'm pretty sure there's some kind of journalistic conflict of at play here, but who said MSNBC represented journalism? I recall the MSNBC suits had a problem with that lunatic Olbermann contributing to a specific candidate. But what would they say about this? The Rev. Al Sharpton said he will lead a march in Washington next month in support of President Barack Obama's jobs plan - and he dismissed blacks who criticize Obama over high black unemployment as having backed Hillary Rodham Clinton in 2008.

As Sharpton announced plans Wednesday for the Oct. 15 March for Jobs and Justice, he was asked whether there is a double standard in failing to hold Obama accountable for joblessness among blacks. The leader of the Congressional Black Caucus, Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, D-Mo., has said there is and that had President Bill Clinton failed to do the same, black leaders would have marched on the White House.

The double standard, Sharpton said, is that most black politicians who publicly criticize Obama did not initially back his 2008 presidential bid - they supported Hillary Clinton, who is now secretary of state.

"We did march when (Bill) Clinton was president. I led the march on racial profiling. They weren't in the march, so maybe the reason they didn't think nobody marched on Clinton was because they missed it," Sharpton said.

The AP story makes zero mention that he now works for MSNBC.

Just imagine how many jobs could be created or saved if Obama's buddy just paid the millions in taxes he owes.

'His Vile Rhetoric Incited the Rioting'

What kind of idiot invites racial arsonist and newest MSNBC star Al Sharpton to a forum on the 20th anniversary of riots he helped instigate?

An East End synagogue has reignited bitterness over the 1991 Crown Heights race riots by inviting the Rev. Al Sharpton to a symposium marking the 20th anniversary of the bloody confrontations.

"It's just an absolute disgrace," said Norman Rosenbaum, whose brother Yankel was killed at the height of the mayhem. "His vile rhetoric incited the rioting."

What revived the nightmare was Sharpton's invitation to appear on a panel on the "State of Black-Jewish Relations: Twenty Years after Crown Heights."

The riots were touched off when 7-year-old Gavin Cato was struck and killed by a car in the motorcade of a Hasidic leader.

Yankel Rosenbaum, an Australian-born Hasidic scholar who had nothing to do with the motorcade, was stabbed to death in the violence that followed.

Sharpton was criticized at the time for saying, in a eulogy for Gavin, that he wasn't killed by a car accident but by "the social accident of apartheid." He led 400 protesters, chanting "No justice, no peace" despite pleas by then-Mayor David Dinkins for calm.

Norman Rosenbaum said the title of the forum falsely implies the four nights of rioting were due to "ongoing problems between the Jewish community and the African-American community."

"It was just wanton criminal attacks," he said. "This is Crown Heights revisionist history," he said of the forum, scheduled for Sunday night.

He said Sharpton "did absolutely nothing then to improve black-Jewish relations -- and nothing since."

Community leader Isaac Abraham, who was invited to the forum, accused The Hampton Synagogue's Rabbi Marc Schneier of trying to gain attention by including Sharpton.

"To get some publicity for your phony West Hampton ethnic bullcrap, you invite the biggest race hustler who played a large part in those four nights of the pogrom," he wrote Schneier.

All the reporter did here was ask Sharpton to elaborate on his specious assertion that offering 401k's instead of pensions to public unions amounts to a civil rights violation. Obviously, Sharpton couldn't back that one up.

Obama Introduces New Point Man on Immigration

Soak it all in folks. They're just laughing at us now.

President Obama remains committed to comprehensive immigration reform despite the incendiary nature of the issue.

Participants at a White House meeting with Obama on Tuesday reported he's determined to keep the issue alive - and asked for help forging a bipartisan consensus behind reforming an immigration policy he often calls "broken."

The Rev. Al Sharpton called the session "a very healthy beginning" and suggested proponents and opponents join together in "unlikely pairs" to "give a central message: Immigration reform is something America needs and something that America must do together."

"Immigration reform must be a priority," he said.

Sharpton urged the country to unite behind "a humane policy but a legal policy that does not threaten American citizens nor violate American law but at the same time deals with the basic need of building this country."

In one breath Obama tells "the rich" they have to cough up more to pay for his socialist schemes.

"We can't just tell the wealthiest among us, 'You don't have to do a thing. You just sit there and relax, and everybody else, we're gonna solve this problem,' " Obama told a crowd of mostly students at a town-hall-style event in suburban Virginia.

Then he welcomes in a thug who owes $3.7 million in taxes.

No wonder they're laughing.

Eric Holder, Tax Deadbeat

US Attorney General Eric Holder and his brother failed to pay the property taxes on their childhood home in Queens, which they inherited last August after their mother died, The Post has learned.

And because their ailing mom, Miriam, was already behind on two quarterly tax bills when she succumbed to illness on Aug. 13, the charges went unpaid for more than a year -- growing to $4,146.

It wasn't until The Post confronted Holder last week about the delinquency that he and younger brother William Holder finally paid up Friday, including $73.14 in interest.

The siblings "weren't aware of the initial missed payments, which happened in the last months of their mother's life when she was battling illness," said a Holder spokesman.

The subsequent unpaid bills "occurred during a time period in which the disposition of the estate is still being resolved," said Department of Justice spokesman Matthew Miller.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. But when you're Eric Holder, you're clearly above the law. I wonder how long he would have avoided paying taxes if the Post hadn't pointed it out to him?

Speaking of tax deadbeat pals of Obama's, his good buddy Al Sharpton still owes millions, with no sign he's ever going to pay up.

The Rev. Al Sharpton's nonprofit has vowed to clean up its tax debt, but it's unclear whether the charity's funds will be used to pay the activist's private liabilities.

The National Action Network's board of directors recently voted to approve funds "to resolve tax liens and outstanding tax issues," according to a NAN statement.

The organization had owed more than $1.1 million in payroll taxes at the end of 2009, according to the group's audited financial statements. But it's not clear how much of that debt has been paid.

Sharpton, NAN's president, owes $2.6 million in federal liens and $1.3 million in state personal and corporate liens for Rev Al Communications.

But Obama insists "the rich" need to pay more. Except where his friends are concerned.

Although Obama is an Ivy-educated citizen of the world, and president of the most powerful nation on earth, one has to wonder: Is Warren Buffett the only successful American the President knows?

"I don't need another tax cut, Warren Buffett doesn't need another tax cut," the President proudly professed to the American people.

But let's examine why that statement is so unnerving to investors hoping to see their lawmakers engage in an honest budget debate. For starters, Warren Buffett undoubtedly files one of the most unique tax returns in America, replete with tens of millions in capital gains and virtually no earned income. Judging from his tax returns in recent years, Buffett "earns" about $500,000 in salary and fees as a corporate director, but cashes out tens of millions more in capital gains and dividends stemming from his $45 billion dollar stake in Berkshire Hathaway.

As such, he pays about 17 percent of his "income" in taxes. To be sure, this rate is low, especially compared with the millions of Americans who are paying twice as much (35 percent) with virtually no deductions.

The bulk of these so-called "rich" Americans earn less than $500,000 a year before taxes, and hardly qualify as "rich" in Buffett terms, merely quite comfortable. These Americans proudly paid their taxes this week, a task that, in states like New York, means nearly 50 percent of their earned income goes to the government.

So it only adds insult to injury that President Obama, rather than praising these hard-working tax-payers, demonizes them by lumping them in with the Buffett types -- billionaires who clip (bond) coupons and rake in the capital gains at a much lower 15 percent rate.

Of course these folks could always voluntarily pay more, yet never seem to.

Eric Schoenberg says to sign him up for paying higher taxes. Schoenberg, who inherited money and has a healthy portfolio from his days as an investment banker, has joined a group of other wealthy Americans called United for a Fair Economy. Their goal: Raise taxes on rich people like themselves.

Shoenberg, who now teaches a business class at Columbia University, said his income is usually "north of half a million a year." But 2009 was a bad year for investments, so his income dropped to a little over $200,000. His federal income tax bill was a little more than $2,000.

"I simply point out to people, `Do you think this is reasonable, that somebody in my circumstances should only be paying 1 percent of their income in tax?'" Schoenberg said.

Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah, the top Republican on the Senate Finance Committee, said he has a solution for rich people who want to pay more in taxes: Write a check to the IRS. There's nothing stopping you.

"There's still time before the filing deadline for them to give Uncle Sam some more money," Hatch said.

Don't expect them to. These hypocrites are busy finding more tax shelters. Besides, they need to save some dough so they can "invest" in Obama's re-election.

Obama Pays Tribute to Racist Tax Cheat: Sharpton and Obama 'Joined at the Hip'

The man has his priorities.

Though polls say 90 percent of African-Americans back the president, his campaign wants to make sure they turn out at the polls on Election Day.

It also shows Obama is willing to overlook the reverend's controversial past, including Sharpton's role in the 1987 Tawana Brawley debacle in which he supported a teen who falsely accused six men, including cops, of raping her.

Some guests couldn't help but notice how Sharpton's image has evolved from tracksuit-wearing rabble-rouser to DC Beltway insider.

"Sharpton started in the outhouse. Now the White House comes to him," quipped one person in attendance, who marveled at how Sharpton and Obama yesterday were "joined at the hip."

Obama at times sounded like he was in full campaign mode. He made sure to touch on jobs, a major issue for black America.

"We're making progress," he said. "But we're not there yet. So long as there are Americans who cannot find work, I will be fighting for jobs," the president said.

"That's the first thing I think about when I wake up and the last thing I think about when I go to sleep at night.

Of course, that wasn't always the case. I guess it depends on the audience.

Obama Hits NYC to Court Angry Racist Vote

I hope you suckers in New York City don't mind all that gridlock traffic during rush hour this afternoon while your president comes to Manhattan to kiss the ring of racial arsonist Al Sharpton.

President Obama is making his second visit to the city in as many weeks - and is calling upon an unlikely ally to shore up the support of his political base.

An unlikely ally? Huh? How many times have we've seen these two yukking it up together?

Obama will be speaking Wednesday for the first time as commander in chief at the annual convention of the National Action Network and standing with its founder, the Rev. Al Sharpton - whom the President largely ignored before his 2008 election.

The symbolic speech at the Sheraton in midtown - coming just days after the President held two events in Harlem - indicates that Obama, who is battling slipping poll numbers, is trying to bolster his standing among African-Americans, political scientists said.

"It proves again that 2012 will be very different than 2008," said Larry Sabato of the University of Virginia. "Then, Obama was very wary of the race issue and of being labeled as a 'black candidate.'"

"But some of the enthusiasm surrounding that election has faded," said Sabato. "He needs an injection of energy and Sharpton can provide some of that, at least in the black community."

As we noted last week, Sharpton and his NAN owe the feds millions in back taxes.

Obama Slated to Party With Tax Deadbeat

Savor the irony of your president flying to New York on the taxpayer dime to celebrate at a party with an organization under investigation that owes well over a million dollars in unpaid taxes to the IRS. It's obvious the man has nothing but contempt for the American people. Even worse, the man he'll be breaking bread with is a notorious racist. Change, baby.

Fresh off his big DNC fundraising visit to Harlem this week, President Obama is set to return to New York City on Wednesday, April 6, as a featured speaker at the Rev. Al Sharpton's National Action Network yearly bash.

The president will appear at National Action Network’s "Keepers of the Dream Gala" at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers.

Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett was already scheduled to attend the event, speaking at the NAN Women's Power Luncheon.

Somehow Obama's good buddy Sharpton managed to escape a criminal probe into the very shady finances of the extremist NAN a few years ago when they paid off a couple million dollars, yet they're still deep in the hole. Doesn't exactly send a good message to the public to see the president dealing with such suspect individuals.

Judging by Sharpton's history, I hope the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers has been paid in advance.

In other news, President Above the Law today exempted himself from his new green initiative.

As a candidate for president in 2008, then Sen. Barack Obama unveiled an enegy strategy that called for boosting electric vehicles in the federal fleet.

"Within one year of becoming President, the entire White House fleet will be converted to plug -ins as security permits; and half of all cars purchased by the federal government will be plug-in hybrids or all electric by 2012," the fact sheet said.

The White House hasn't converted any vehicles yet. The government plans to buy 100 plug-in electric vehicles this year; it's not clear what federal agencies will use them.

Angry Teabaggers Interrupt Andrew Cuomo Speech

Oh, it was a bunch of Democrat thugs calling for taxes on the evil rich? Never mind.

A defiant Gov. Cuomo renewed his no-tax-hike pledge last night after a former campaign foe disrupted his speech before the state Association of Black and Puerto Rican Legislators with chants of "Tax the Rich!"

Cuomo, speaking to reporters as participants continued pro-tax chants in the halls after his address, reiterated his call to let a 2-year-old tax hike on New Yorkers making more than $200,000 annually expire at year's end.

"I don't believe in increasing taxes," Cuomo said. "I believe it's counterproductive for the state. I believe more people will leave the state and you'll have less revenue."

The governor was seconds into his speech at the state Convention Center when City Councilman Charles Barron (D-Brooklyn), who had made a quixotic third-party run against Cuomo last year, led a small band up the center aisle chanting, "Tax the rich" and, "Shame on you!"

Of course Barron is too dense to realize the "rich" are fleeing New York in record numbers.

Barack Obama's buddy, the very wealthy tax cheat Al Sharpton, also joined in with the class warfare rhetoric. Ironically, Cuomo's budget calls for massive cuts in education spending, but oddly enough, Obama isn't sending in his union goons to protest, as they are in Wisconsin.

Obama Pal Now Owes $3.7 Million in Back Taxes

Good thing he's got friends in high places. Just imagine how he'd be treated if he wasn't above the law.

The Rev. Al Sharpton, who has vowed to clean up his fiscal house, has a new tax lien to pay.

Sharpton owes $359,973 to the IRS for 2009 personal income tax, according to documents on file with the city.

Public records show he owes a total of $3.7 million in city, state and federal taxes, including penalties, dating to 2002. But Sharpton's spokeswoman, Rachel Noerdlinger, said that he had paid back "well over seven figures" as part of agreements with the state and IRS and that the liens remained on the books as "a matter of bureaucracy."

Sharpton made $250,000 as head of the nonprofit National Action Network in 2009, a year that ended with the group owing $1.1 million in taxes and having just $36,397 cash on hand.

Imagine if some outspoken conservative owed the IRS $3.7 million and refused to pay it. You suppose they'd be walking around freely?

Uh Oh: Attack Was Racially Motivated

It took some digging, but after I saw a headline that proclaimed loudly that the attack and murder of a Hispanic male was being described by prosecutors as being racially motivated I had to go check it out. Of course, the first thought is this would be tied back to those racist Tea Partiers, of course. My first clue came when the race of the people charged in this murder were not specified and simple curiosity took over from there.

My first clue came in a news article which gave the names of the 'teenagers'.

Steven Mack, Demetrius Yarborough, Deandre Roosevelt Rucker, Sherwin Bilal Archie and Darrius Lavale Tyson face other charges related to the death of Ponce. Pressley said Ponce didn't understand English, so he didn't know what the robbers were ordering him to do -- that's why he was killed.

I ran into story after story that merely repeated the same information which then led me to search on the names. It seems that Mr. Rucker is not a stranger to the world of crime and punishment.

In June, Rucker completed a six-month jail sentence for a probation revocation, according to state Department of Correction records. He was given probation in 2009 after being convicted of felony larceny over $1,000, breaking-and-entering, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

DOC records state that while in prison, he racked up five infractions.

Then I found Mr. Yarborough's mug shot, he also is no stranger to the judicial system.

Yarborough was placed on probation Aug. 24 after convicted on two counts of misdemeanor larceny, conspiracy to commit credit-card theft and another conspiracy charge, according to state Department of Correction records

Finally, I found the mug shots of last two 18-year-olds.

So my question is, where is the ACLU, all the civil rights advocates and the usual parade of race-baiting liberals? The prosecutor says this attack was racially motivated so where are the John Lewis's and Al Sharptons of this world in regards to this case?

Of course, I am probably racist for pointing this out.

Deadbeat Sharpton Owes Over $2 Million in Taxes, Still Collects Fat Paycheck

Guess it helps having friends in high places. Like his thug friend Charlie Rangel, it sure looks like this punk is above the law. Why is this man not in prison like any other tax cheat?

The Rev. Al Sharpton paid himself a six-figure salary for the first time last year - even as his civil rights group drowns in red ink and his tax bill hit nearly $1 million.

After back-to-back years in which he took no compensation from the National Action Network, Sharpton pulled down $250,000 last year, the organization's federal tax filings show.

The payday comes even as his group, a Harlem-based nonprofit organization, lists $1.1 million in unpaid city, state and federal payroll taxes as of Jan. 1, the group's auditor told the Internal Revenue Service.

At the same time, the reverend has three outstanding warrants totaling $988,000 in unpaid personal income taxes from 2002 to 2007, the state Department of Taxation and Finance says.

So his group (read: him) owes $1.1 million and he himself owes $998,000. And he's not in prison why exactly?

Reached in Georgia, Sharpton told the Daily News he and his organization have been in advanced settlement talks with the state and the feds.

He says he has worked out a repayment plan and has been paying down his debt in agreed-upon installments, with a portion of income from his nationally syndicated radio talk show earmarked to pay his personal tax liabilities.

Meanwhile, the National Action Network has been negotiating a compromise offer with the IRS since February, and in March, it paid off its debt to the city and state, its auditor says in tax documents.

"The liability will be completely wiped out by the end of 2010 or the first quarter of 2011," Sharpton said. "It depends on how the negotiations go, but it will disappear."

He sounds awfully sure of himself. And why not? He's been flouting the law for decades and he's laughing at the American people while gorging himself on shakedown money.
