Holding Out for a Zero

SWF seeks frisky ex-POTUS.

Rumor has it that Monica Lewinsky is still smitten with Bill Clinton's craggily, sleep-deprived mojo after all these years.

The mind reels.
The scandal almost destroyed his career and left his presidency permanently tainted.

But 15 years on, Bill Clinton’s former intern Monica Lewinsky has not got married or had children because she is reportedly still in love with him and 'always will be'.

Miss Lewinsky, 37, has run a successful business, hosted a reality television show and moved overseas - but has never found love, according to friends.

‘Monica still hasn’t got over Bill and would take him back in a second,’ a friend said.

‘She told me: “There will never be another man in my life that could make me as happy as he did",' the friend told the National Enquirer magazine.

‘Monica still carries a torch for him. She’s dated some guys, off and on, since the whole White House mess. But she’s never been able to get Bill out of her heart’.

Miss Lewinsky was aged 22 in 1995 when she began working in the White House and had an affair with President Clinton, which he famously denied at first.

She now lives in Los Angeles, California, and does not have regular employment, reported the National Enquirer.

Wife Not Interested in Sex? It's All in Her Head, Scientists Say

I'm not a scientist, nor do I play one on TV, so who knows whether this has any merit. SInce it involves sex, it's sure to drive some discussion.
WOMEN who have a low sex drive could now have a scientific explanation for their lack of desire after US experts found their brains behave differently to other females.

Those with a low libido have distinct patterns of brain activity compared to those with a healthy sex drive, according to a study by Wayne State University in Detroit, suggesting that a long-term lack of interest in sex is not just all in the mind.

Certain areas of the brain that normally light up when processing information about sex fail to do so in women with a condition known as hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD), doctors said.

Dr Michael Diamond said that his study offered “significant evidence” that the controversial condition does exist as a physiological disorder, rather than being purely psychological.

The latest study involved 19 pre-menopausal women with clinically-diagnosed HSDD and seven women with normal sexual function.

They were asked to watch television for half an hour, during which time a blank blue screen, everyday shows and erotic videos were alternated every minute.

At the same time, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans showed differences in how the women’s brains reacted to sexual stimuli, with particular changes seen in regions known to play a role in emotional or sensory processing.

Dr Diamond, who was due to present the latest study to the American Society of Reproductive Medicine annual meeting in Denver, Colorado, said: “The study indicates that there are some similarities between women with normal sexual function and those with HSDD, but that there are certain areas of the brain that have different characteristics."
No word whether they were plied with alcohol.

Dr. Melissa Clouthier has some thoughts.

Condoms Biggest Issue Facing Schools In DC

I guess the Obama's can rest a little easier knowing that if their precious little photo ops ever have to attend high school in Washington DC that their boyfriends will have access to only the best quality condoms. Oh, who are we kidding, those kids will never see the inside of a government school.
District of Columbia officials are granting a request from high school and college-age students and will offer bigger condoms.

Students had complained the free condoms in schools and other locations from the city's HIV/AIDS administration were of poor quality and too small.
No doubt Kevin Jennings is pleased.

Maybe this is what passes as school choice in the nation's capital.

Well, At Least It Was Peer Reviewed

Can't say for sure what criteria the review was subject to, but it sure seems like interesting material.
At Duke University, a school that likes to tout its cutting-edge research, a sex toy study being conducted by a behavioral economist and student health workers has roused criticism.

For much of October, researchers recruited female Duke students to take part in a "sexually explicit" study on Tupperware-style parties in which sex toys, not kitchenware, are the draw.

The ads, which were posted around campus and on a research study Web site, sought female students at least 18 years old to "view sex toys and engage in sexually explicit conversation with other female Duke students."

Participants will be asked to complete online questionnaires about their sexual attitudes and behaviors and visit the lab for a "one-hour party" with seven or eight women. Not only will the students be asked to complete a second questionnaire a couple of months later, they will receive a gift bag and be given the opportunity to purchase items at a significantly reduced rate, according to the ad.

Father Joe Vetter, director of the Duke Catholic Center, was so troubled by the ads that he contacted researchers at Duke student health services and Dan Ariely, the professor of behavioral economics at the Duke business school and senior fellow at the Duke Kenan Institute for Ethics involved in the study.

"My understanding is there is a concern on campus about promiscuity," Vetter said.

In recent years, some university health centers have touted sex toys as alternatives to risky sexual behavior and serial promiscuity. The study, Vetter said, was designed by health care workers to see whether such approaches work.

"I'm concerned about promiscuity also," Vetter said. "And to be honest, I don't have the solution. ... My concern is these students are in this developmental phase, and I don't think it's a good developmental practice to just tell somebody to just sit around and masturbate. I don't think that promotes relationships."
...
Michael Schoenfeld, Duke's vice president for public affairs, said that all kinds of research are important on university campuses and that the sex toy party project went through a peer review process before any students were sought.

"Not all research will make people comfortable," Schoenfeld said.

Well, They Do Know How To Handle Their Meat

Who knew being a butcher was so rewarding?
AS SEXY workers go, the humble butcher doesn't immediately jump to mind.

But a recent survey of Australian workers has revealed that butchers are the happiest employees in the workforce - and they're having the most sex, The Daily Telegraph reports.

A Galaxy poll of consumers, which rated the perceived happiness and job satisfaction of a range of professionals, ranked butchers as the most friendly and contented.

Thirty per cent of consumers perceived butchers as happy with their jobs - a figure confirmed by 76 per cent of butchers surveyed who reported feeling healthier, laughing more at work and having more sex than other workers interviewed.

Service station attendants, bank tellers and sandwich hands featured at the lower end of the survey, with less than 10 per cent of consumers perceiving them as happy at work.

Butchers are having 60 per cent more sex than other workers.

Best News in Years: Daily Sex With Younger Women Keep Men Alive

Wait until my wife gets the news.
HAVING sex daily - especially with a younger woman - is the perfect recipe for keeping men fit and healthy, a study has revealed.

While the average life expectancy of a man is 77, the last seven years are, for the majority of men, marked by serious illness or ailments.

But according to experts, sex rates highest among the simple and often bizarre ways to keep men healthy - including cutting down on pain killers, eating five apples a day, brushing teeth with your wrong hand and carrying wallets in the breast pocket.

Germany's Max Plank Institute - which conducted a study into deaths in Denmark between 1990 and 2005 - found a younger bride can cut the risk of premature death risk by 20 per cent.

It showed men who were with women about 15 to 17 years their junior - who look after the children and can put food on the table - help extend their lives.

News You Can Really Use

Consider this a public service announcement, with the emphasis on service.
Having sex every day improves the quality of men's sperm and is recommended for couples trying to conceive, according to new research.

Until now doctors have debated whether or not men should refrain from sex for a few days before attempting to conceive with their partner to improve the chance of pregnancy.

But a new study by Dr David Greening of Sydney IVF, an Australian centre for infertility and in vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatment, suggests abstinence is not the right approach.

He studied 118 men with above-average sperm DNA damage and found the quality of their sperm increased significantly after they were told to ejaculate daily for seven days.

On average, their DNA fragmentation index -- a measure of sperm damage -- fell to 26 percent from 34 percent, Greening told the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology in Amsterdam on Tuesday.

Frequent sex does decrease semen volume but for most men this is not a problem.
