Richardson: Clinton Aides in the Gutter

Gee, Bill, tell us something we don't know.
New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson said Sunday aides to U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., use "gutter" politics to get their way.

The former candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination was compared by one Clinton adviser to Judas this week following his voiced support of Clinton's rival, U.S. Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., The Washington Post reported.

"I'm not going to get in the gutter like that," Richardson said of the comments from informal Clinton adviser James Carville. "And you know, that's typical of many of the people around Senator Clinton. They think they have a sense of entitlement to the presidency."

Richardson has been critical of the ongoing fight for the Democratic nomination, but his scorn of such tactics has primarily been aimed at Clinton's camp.
Says here Mrs. Clinton is self-destructing.
But Richardson said it all in his endorsement speech. He said that the fighting must stop and Hillary must cease and desist in favor of Obama because he was a “once in a lifetime leader”.

Later, he said the Clintons have a sense of “entitlement” to the White House and shouldn’t.

But the Clintons won’t be muzzled and are fighting for their political lives. They obviously don’t care if their vicious attempt to win their nomination battle may end up costing the party the war.

Short of a Hail Mary Pass, the Clintons are digging themselves an early, and permanent, party grave. More super delegates are going to follow Richardson’s lead even if Hillary pulls off Pennsylvania on April 22.

National polls, after a rough week for Obama, have them tied and he is gaining again at her expense.
Not sure where Richardson comes up with this once-in-a-lifetime nonsense, but I will says it's most amusing seeing the infighting.

Keep it up folks, keep it up.
