KATY Tur's star keeps rising at NBC Universal, causing some media watchers to ask whether her fatherly boyfriend, MSNBC blabbermouth Keith Olbermann, 50, could be boosting the news cutie's ascension. Tur, 25, who was hired earlier this year by the NBC-owned Weather Channel to chase storms, has started freelancing as a WNBC/Ch. 4 reporter. An MSNBC rep insisted, "Keith has not spoken to anyone about a job at WNBC since 1980. He is delighted that Katy is also working for the Weather Channel."Just imagine the reaction if Bill O'Reilly, the object of his pathetic obsession, had a chickie-poo half his age getting promoted on a Fox affiliate. It would be fodder for a weeks worth of Speshul Kommentz.
