OMG, Sarah Palin wrote an editorial! Common sense tells us that the government's attempts to solve large problems more often create new ones. Common sense also tells us that a top-down, one-size-fits-all plan will not improve the workings of a nationwide health-care system that accounts for one-sixth of our economy. And common sense tells us to be skeptical when President Obama promises that the Democrats' proposals "will provide more stability and security to every American.Quick scramble the liberal smear machine! Go to Defcon 1! Somebody find that video of her hunting wolves!
That seems to be the reaction from within the administration at the mere mention of this woman's name. Barry O spent the last three months of his presidential campaign running against her rather then John McCain. His Obamabots filed one frivolous lawsuit after another in Alaska, spread scurrilous rumors, and pulled every dirty trick they could out of their bag and still the woman is still there.
Democrats must wake up at night, bathed in sweat, trembling from their latest nightmare of her. I wonder if they have their mommy come in to the bedroom and check under their beds for her?
For all the demonization the left has done of her and to her you would think she would just step back into the shadows, but no, she remains a presence on the national stage. I am glad she is there, because she is exhibiting more cajones then any of the elected officials who claim to be conservatives. I think she also enjoys getting the liberals all spun up too; I know I would. I can just imagine her sitting on the sofa in the living room with Todd and planning the next time she is going to say Boo! to the Democrats.
