Attack Of The Koslings

With the eyes of a kestrel, we've been watching the Kooky Kult of Koslam react in horror over how Osama bin-Dead Man Walking is pandering to Nutroot Nation.

Rest assured, extreme joy doesn't even begin to describe my reaction to his co-opting of al-Goracle's 'global warming' cash cow, along with the talking points of the Kommandante's Kooky Kiddyz.

So, the Koslings are going all out in an effort to salvage their claim to being the sole and rightful possessors of Stalinist groupthink, the True Guardians of the Faith. However, instead of attacking the bearded guy in the white dress for his deliberate affront to Koslam, they choose to sling their wet panties at someone who merely restated the obvious.
WSJ's James Taranto Confuses Daily Kos With the Bush Administration

The Wife of Bath caught this tripe from James Taranto of the Wall Street Journal’s editorial page:

Back in the 1930's a young liberal journalist named Allan Cranston published a translation in English of Mein Kampf, Hitler's manifesto, because he wanted to alert people to the dangers of Nazism. These days when America's enemies speak, young liberal journalists cover their ears and go "la la la la la," they don't want to hear it.
In case anyone was wondering how I go "la la la la la, I don’t want to hear it," it’s by posting an 1,800 word piece on Daily Kos.
Just 1,800 words? Dahlin'? Just how in Hell can you hope to present a valid argument with a mere 1,800 words? No small wonder your message just rattles around within the neo-coM echo chamber. And you expect to be taken seriously?
Taranto went on: Why don't they want to hear it? Well, you look at this bin Laden tape which was transcribed and put up on the web, and he sounds like a blogger for the Daily Kos. He sounds like a typical angry left American.
Well, I don’t remember anyone at Daily Kos ever writing, as bin Laden said in his tape released the other day, that "[t]here are no taxes in Islam, but rather there is a limited Zakaat [alms] totaling only 2.5%." But maybe Taranto has a link to show us which piece at Daily Kos included that message.
Well, komrade, do you not understand what sounds like means? Nice example of why so many people support the idea of school vouchers.
He expresses his admiration for Noam Chomsky and Michael Scheuer, who are kind of crackpot leftist authors.
Well, it’s interesting that Taranto characterized Scheuer as a "crackpot leftist journalist," which I never realized is a euphemism for the guy who created and headed up the CIA’s bin Laden unit from 1996 through 1999. And apparently Taranto believes one would have to be a crackpot leftist to have wanted to kill bin Laden in 1998 (a plan the 9-11 Commission discovered was overruled by CIA Director George Tenet, whom Bush awarded the Medal of Freedom).
Whine, whine, whine.
So, I think it makes these liberal journalists very uncomfortable, that he sounds so much like them...He’s trying to divide America by turning left against right, but in fact, all this does is embarrass the left, the people he sees as his allies."

And because the truth hurts s-o-o-o bad, the whining goes on and on.
