Now the Palins are 'Un-American'

C'mon people, you've got to do better than this. This tenuous link between Sarah Palin and the Alaska Independence Party was long ago discredited, and this is supposed to counter the link between Barack Obama and William Ayers?

The Republican ticket is working hard this week to make Barack Obama's tenuous connection to graying, '60s revolutionary Bill Ayers a major campaign issue. But the Palins' connection to anti-American extremism is much more central to their political biographies.

Weak.

The left gets weak in the knees when they're called un-American. But they have no problem leveling the same charge when it suits them.

I don't see anyone calling Barack Obama un-American over his friendship with William Ayers.

We just question his judgment.
