Venezuela's national assembly has approved a constitutional amendment to remove limits on how many times President Hugo Chavez can serve.
It now moves to a referendum to be voted on by the people of Venezuela.
The same thing is being proposed in this country by congressman Jose Serrano. He introduces this bill to repeal the term limit on presidents quite often. I don't think it will go any further this time then it has in the past, but with the Democrats in power you just never can tell.
