Obama: Jobs Not the Purpose of Jobs Summit

Of course jobs aren't the purpose. It's a photo op, stupid. Obama plans to discuss the topic most important to him: himself. Why bother "creating" jobs when you can have a couple of days of moral preening and the slobbering media can swoon and say you're "doing something" about the problem?
President Barack Obama says creating jobs isn't the goal of a coming White House forum on jobs and economic growth.

The president told NBC News on Wednesday that the purpose of the Dec. 3 summit is to figure out how to encourage hiring by businesses still reluctant to do so.

The U.S. unemployment rate hit 10.2 percent last month, the highest in decades. Before departing on his trip through Asia, Obama said the high jobless rate is one of the biggest challenges for an economy that has begun to show signs of recovery.
Really? What signs are those?

Meanwhile, despite "signs" of economic recovery, His Wonderfulness today has matched the lowest approval rating of his disastrous presidency. Hmmm. When he fled the country last week before having his stooge Eric Holder sneakily drop the 9/11 trial bomb on us he was at -9. Today he's at -14. Anyone see a correlation?
