Capture a Terrorist, Go To Jail

This is how politically correct the military has become. This is why jihadists like Hasan are given a pass. This is the sorry state of affairs when it comes to fighting the terrorists.
Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And for their trouble, three of the SEALs, members of the Navy's elite commando unit, are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.
Most of the readers should be aware of the incident that occurred in Fallujah, where four civilian contractors were ambushed by the terrorists and then their burned and mutilated bodies were hung from a bridge, which precipitated the first battle of Fallujah.

Well, the Navy SEALs captured the ring leader and somewhere along the line the jihadists got a busted lip. Boo freaking hoo. The military's answer is to put the SEALs on trial.

I keep saying it, but the message is clear. Take. No. Prisoners.

At this point it doesn't matter how many troops Barry O sends to Afghanistan; if he isn't going to let them fight then what is the sense?

Addendum: This isn't an update, I just wanted to add to this post.

Last week on the History channel they ran a series called WWII in HD. I didn't watch every minute of it but there were two incidents were recalled that are connected to this topic.

In one, an Army LT was recounting the invasion of Algiers. At one point a group of Germans surrendered to his unit and he was in the process of moving them to a holding area when one of his soldiers raised his carbine and killed all of them on the spot.

In another segment, a Marine was recounting his actions on one of the Pacific Islands, and after another one of the deadly encounters with the Japanese, in what had been a long string of firefights, they captured some Japanese. Several of the men angered over the losses they had incurred took these prisoners into the jungle and killed them.

You know what we call these men? In the words of Tom Brokaw they are America's Greatest Generation.

None were ever prosecuted.
