'He’s Probably the Rudest Guy I’ve Ever Met'

Hard to believe a deranged guy who abuses his daughter and once declared he wanted to stone a Republican Congressman is considered rude.
Starbucks would need more than a mere Venti cup to contain Alec Baldwin’s ego, according to one employee at the java joint.

Although the “30 Rock” actor complained on Twitter about his barista’s “attitude” following a visit to one of its Upper West Side stores, a co-worker insists Baldwin’s the one who blew his top.

“I was here when it happened -- it was really just him being an [expletive],” a second barista told The Post. “He was very rude and disrespectful and arrogant. He’s probably the rudest guy I’ve ever met.”

Wednesday morning, Baldwin tweeted: “Starbucks on 93 and B’way. Uptight Queen barrista [sic] named JAY has an attitude problem.”

His name wasn’t Jay, but Giovan, the co-worker said.

“And he didn’t do anything wrong; it was all that dude just being psycho,” he said. “I saw a thing on ‘E’ a little while ago, and it was talking about how crazy he was. They were right.”

Sad: In Wake of Weiner Implosion, Alec Baldwin Considers a Run for NYC Mayor

Sure, let's drop a guy caught with his pants down for a guy who abuses and humiliates his daughter and who suggested the proper reaction to Bill Clinton's impeachment would be stoning Henry Hyde.

Really, can't the Democrats do any better than this?
Alec Baldwin is mulling a run for mayor of New York City now that kinky Congressman Anthony Weiner appears to have sexted himself out of the 2013 race.

The “30 Rock” star, who has long talked about running for political office, believes Weinergate has shaken up the field of candidates enough that he might have a chance to win, a friend of the actor told The Daily.

“Alec said, ‘Hey, maybe this changes the race. The dynamics have shifted,’ ” said Baldwin’s pal.

“The Democrats need a high-profile candidate, and Alec can fill that bill.”
So let's put a man with zero political experience in the job. Oh wait, New Yorkers did that in 2001, and they're still stuck with him.

America Exhales: Alec Baldwin Not Running for Congress

Our long national nightmare has been aborted.
Actor Alec Baldwin is not running for Congress.

"No, that's bulls--t," he said when asked about the rumor. Baldwin was in Washington on Sunday night for the 33rd annual Kennedy Center Honors, where he introduced honoree Sir Paul McCarthy.

There were reports Baldwin was considering a run at Rep. Tim Bishop's (D-N.Y.) seat in 2012. Bishop's reelection has not yet been determined.
Is it just me or has McCartney taken up residence in Washington?
McCartney was already honored at the White House this past summer, which Obama referred to. The musician received a George Gershwin award for his contributions to popular music.

Heh: Corrupt WFP Wants Alec Baldwin to Run for Governor of NY

Staring at the prospect of losing their spot on future ballots, the scandal-ridden, ACORN-tied Working Families Party in New York is so desperate they're actually considering asking kook actor Alec Baldwin to run for Governor of New York.
The Working Families Party is so panicked a federal probe might keep Andrew Cuomo from accepting its ballot line in November, leaders are quietly mulling replacement candidates - even floating "30 Rock" star Alec Baldwin.

The labor-backed party will seek a "superstar" liberal to head its ticket if Cuomo declines its support, according to sources with knowledge of its plans.

The stakes are high: The party, which was flush with success only last year, needs to get 50,000 votes or else it loses its place on the ballot in the future.

Baldwin would fit the bill. He's not only a celebrity with a lefty ideology, he has also has been politically active as a founder of the Creative Coalition, a social and political advocacy organization for the Hollywood set. He grew up on Long Island and even has upstate cred - his mother and sister live in the Syracuse area.

Baldwin has expressed an interest in running for office and was mentioned as a potential primary challenger to Connecticut Sen. Joseph Lieberman in 2009.

In 2006, the Manhattan resident told The New York Times: "If I ever run for anything, the thing I would like to be is governor of New York."
As if the state's not enough of a mess already.
The Working Families Party has been under investigation by the Manhattan U.S. attorney since last winter for work done by its for-profit arm, Data and Field Services, in the 2009 elections.

Cuomo, all but guaranteed to get the Democratic line at the state party's convention this week, has yet to decide whether he will accept the Working Families line. Yesterday, Cuomo said it's too "premature" to say if he would accept the support of the Working Families Party. "We'll address that situation down the road," he said.

It would be difficult for Cuomo to run on his reform and ethics platform and also accept the Working Families line if the investigation is ongoing this fall.
The WFP, of course, is joined at the hip with ACORN and assorted far-left unions. Cuomo should take some advice and steer clear of that odious crew.

Liberal Poster Boy and Father of the Year Threatens to Kill Himself

To call Alec Baldwin unstable would be an understatement. The bloated actor, HuffPost blogger and political wannabe again demonstrates why he should not have parental supervision over his child.
Emmy Award-winning actor Alec Baldwin was taken to a Manhattan hospital early today when his teenage daughter frantically called 911, claiming he had threatened to take pills after they got into a heated fight, sources said.

While the 12:10 a.m. call came in as a “possible alcohol or drug overdose,” sources told The Post that Baldwin never swallowed sleeping pills and had only threatened to do so.

The “30 Rock” actor, who lives on Central Park West, was released from Lenox Hill Hospital shortly after 1 a.m., according to sources.

“This was a misunderstanding on one person’s part. Alec was quickly released from the hospital; he’s completely fine and will be at work today,” said Baldwin's spokesman Matthew Hiltzik.

It remains unclear what the arguement was about, although this is not the first time Baldwin and his daughter, 14-year-old Ireland, have sparred.

In 2007, Baldwin blamed a bitter custody battle with ex-wife, actress Kim Basinger, in part for the anger he was feeling when he berated their daughter in a phone message later leaked to reporters.

In the voicemail, Baldwin called Ireland, who was 11 at the time, a “rude, thoughtless little pig.”
The unhinged kook just never keeps his promises. I'm still waiting for him to move to France as he declared he would do if George W. Bush won the 2000 election.

'Let Him Try to Come Here In the Philippines and He'll See Mayhem'

Looks like the bloated liberal bigot Alec Baldwin isn't too popular in the Philippines.
Alec Baldwin's joke about getting a Filipino mail-order bride provoked a sharp response in the Philippines, with one senator saying Monday that the "30 Rock" star faces violence if he ever visits.

Baldwin, 51, who is divorced with a teenage daughter, said in a May 12 interview on "The Late Show" with David Letterman that he would love to have more children.

The Emmy-winning actor quipped that he was "thinking about getting a Filipino mail-order bride at this point ... or a Russian one."

Baldwin has been involved in a bitter dispute with his ex-wife, Oscar-winning actress Kim Basinger, over custody of their 13-year-old daughter, Ireland.

Philippine Sen. Ramon Revilla said Monday that Baldwin's comment was "insensitive and uncalled for" and an insult to millions of Filipinos.
Doesn't Revila understand we livew with a double standard. You see, Baldwin is a liberal, so he's allowed to say anything he wants and insult anyone he chooses without consequence.
He called the actor "arrogant" and said he is apparently unaware that the Philippines has a law against mail-order brides.

"Let him try to come here in the Philippines and he'll see mayhem," Revilla said, using a local idiom that implies the speaker will personally administer a beating.

Confirmed: Alec Baldwin Is An Uninformed Moron

The bloated halfwit proves conclusively what we've long suspected: His grasp of politics and news in general is very limited.
For many years, I was a devoted reader of the New York Times. An unusually devoted one.

I picked up the habit from David O'Brien, an actor who played my father on a soap opera I appeared on over 25 years ago. It was my first professional job, and I watched O'Brien as he passed his down time by scouring the paper from cover to cover and doing the crossword along the way.

I picked up the paper every day, back when many places ran out of the Times, and rather quickly, by late morning. I carried it with me everywhere, as so many other New Yorkers seemed to. In New York, someone else is usually doing the driving. In a cab or on the train, the Times and the time to read it were mine.

Television news had become less relevant in my life. I was rarely near a TV at 6pm to watch the classic network broadcast. CNN was good for breaking news and convention coverage. But salacious crimes and court cases seemed to predominate more than I could bear.

On cable news, I am a fan of Keith and Rachel. But he wastes too much time pissing on Bush and his deposed cronies. She is smart and charming but her writers are dreadful and the less cutesy she is, the better. She did an excellent interview with Colin Powell recently. The next night, I missed that tougher, less avuncular Rachel. A while back, the idea of sitting down at another screen and getting my evening news seemed unappealing. Now I sit and watch Rachel and Keith while I do my e-mail and read Slate and HuffPo online.

But something has changed again. I'm back to buying the Times. I think others should get back to buying and reading a newspaper, too.
So his sources of information are Slate, HuffPo, the NY Times and Keith and Rachel. So nice to see he's on a first-name basis with the two obscure and little-watched MSNBC babbleheads.

I guess consuming news and information outlets with (gasp!) a differing viewpoint has never entered into the equation.

'You Are Way Hotter in Person'

I didn't see the point to the whole exercise, but it came off without a hitch. And wouldn't you know, they didn't boo her off the set.
The scene then switched backstage to the real Palin and the show’s producer Lorne Michaels who were accosted by outspoken, left-leaning actor Baldwin, who said “Hey Tina” before proceeding to trash Palin.

The skit played off Fey’s remarkable resemblance to Palin and seeming ability to channel her voice and manner, with Baldwin appearing to think he was talking to Fey while insulting Palin repeatedly. Informed by Michaels he was speaking to Palin herself, he quipped, “You are way hotter in person.”

Baldwin, who co-stars on hit comedy TV show “30 Rock” with Fey, then left to whisper to Fey, at the press conference, that the real Palin was on hand. “What? The real one? Bye!” she said, fleeing. Palin then took her place.
Baldwin, of all people, played it like a good sport. But seriously, he's got to drop about 50 pounds.

Meanwhile, the angry left checks in.

I wish I could find some code, but for now you can see the video here.

Update: Here's some video:

The 'Baldwin Bags'

Sometimes a product just names itself.
ALEC Baldwin - who would prefer to see carriage horses euthanized than plying their trade in Manhattan - led a recent protest to eliminate the industry. Now he's in deep doo-doo with the Horse & Carriage Association of New York. Yesterday, the group "honored" him by naming the diapers attached behind the steeds to catch manure "Baldwin Bags."

'I'd Boff Hillary'

You would think Alec Baldwin would know when to shut up. Apparently the kooky actor is so besotted with himself he just can't manage to think twice before opening his piehole.
If Baldwin went into politics, would he come clean about the skeletons in his closet? He grins.

"I would, but only in the sense that I would say to people: 'Assume I've done everything. I want you to assume I've had sex with animals, that I've imbibed every kind of drink, that I've poured absinthe on my corn flakes during a period of time. I've done every debauched, filthy, insidious . . . everything. Just assume that for the argument, and now - next question.' "

In "30 Rock," now in its third season, the characters play a game in which you have to choose whether to boff, marry or kill a random choice of three people. I ask Baldwin to choose between Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain. Who would he boff, marry or kill?

"I'd boff Hillary," he says, totally straight-faced.

So that means he believes in gay marriage?

"Well I'd have to because I wouldn't want to sleep with Barack. Barack would just be my long-term companion, as they say. I'd have to have sex with a woman because I'm not gay. I wouldn't want to have sex with Barack Obama or McCain. Obama's wife, perhaps. Anybody's wife - Bush's wife, McCain's wife, but no men - not even operating the video camera."

He pauses, weighing up all the options with due seriousness.

"So I'd boff Hillary, marry Obama . . . and I wouldn't want to kill McCain," he says contemplatively.

"Maybe I'd lead him out into the woods and leave him there, and I'd come back and tell you that I'd killed him. But I'd lie. I wouldn't really kill him. And knowing McCain, knowing his past in Vietnam, he'd make it back, he'd survive."
This moron fancies himself a future politician and clearly in envious of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Baldwin takes umbrage when he's compared to that other actor-turned-politician, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

"I'm sick and tired of everybody saying what a great guy he is. For me, his election as governor was offensive."
Obviously the idiot doesn't realize how offensive he is.

Divorce is Like 'Being Tied to the Back of a Pickup Truck and Dragged Down a Gravel Road'

Wow, very subtle. Now who's the genius who has the temerity to liken a divorce with a gruesome murder?

Why, none other than perennial Father of the Year candidate Alec Baldwin, who is writing a book purported to "educate" the masses on the pitfalls of divorce.

Lesson 1: Don't berate your daughter over the phone while being taped and caught calling her a thoughtless little piggy.

Personally, if I were to ever be divorced, the last person I'd seek advice from is an unhinged actor with obvious temper problems who's prone to wild exaggeration.

Likening a divorce to the gruesome murder of James Byrd is sure to attract an audience.

Good grief.
Alec Baldwin - notorious for calling his daughter a "thoughtless little pig" on a voicemail - is now penning a book ironically aimed at educating parents and children going through divorce.

In the tome, "A Promise to Ourselves," he calls himself the "helpless" victim of a bitter divorce battle with actress Kim Basinger, the mother of his daughter, Ireland.

He says the book won't trash his ex-wife but admits that "it might have been in everyone's best interest if we never married."
It might be in your own best interest to dummy up.
In his expletive-laced phone message released in April 2007, Baldwin was heard ranting at Ireland, saying her "mother is a thoughtless pain in the ass who doesn't care about what you do! You've made me feel like s- -t!"

In print, Baldwin unleashes his attack on the legal system, which he claims destroys reputations. Divorce is like "being tied to the back of a pickup truck and dragged down a gravel road," he pens in the book's introduction.
Perhaps this moron should just shut up and move on with his life.

Comedy Alert: Alec Baldwin May Run for Office

Considering what a stable guy he is, he'll fit in perfectly in Washington.
Baldwin says he is ready for the public scrutiny and realizes the tact one must use when running for office because he's learned a lesson about what he says and how it can affect others in the nasty divorce-custody battle with his ex-wife, Kim Basinger. The spat resulted in the publication of an embarrassing voicemail to his daughter in which he calls her a "thoughtless little pig."

"If you go through the things I have gone through with the media like this thing with my daughter, there’s only one thing that comes to mind initially: that is how my daughter must have felt to have this played out in public," Baldwin tells Safer. "The second thing I realize is: you can pretty much bet all you own that I would never leave another voicemail message for my daughter that wasn’t just like something out of a Rogers and Hammerstein score."
Hey, and if reporters ask any delicate questions he can just assault them. No big deal.

Blithering Baldwin Babbles Incoherently

You can almost see the veins popping and the furious rage as this political moron spews his bilge.

I hope his poor daughter wasn't around while he was banging out this lunacy.

It's a totally incoherent rant, which begs a simple question.

What the hell is this idiot babbling about?
This country is in the worst condition I have ever seen. We are faced with problems that will destroy both this country and the world's environment if we stay the course that the GOP has piloted since 1980. A course that rapes the land, plunges our nation deeper into debt, crushes any hope of real and effective oversight of industry by government regulators, maintains a permanent underclass in our ranks and abroad, denies health care, denies education, prosecutes and imprisons the powerless, kills American men and women needlessly in a trumped-up war, allows fanatical US Christian conservatives to demand a war for oil, rebukes honest and empirically substantiated scientific discoveries and kills innocent Iraqis by the hundreds of thousands in pursuit of the Bush family's sick agenda in the Middle East.

This course must be altered, and drastically so, or we will see the twilight of our great country in my lifetime. More importantly, it can be altered in the next election if we are rational. Brave and rational. We must take risks in the name of American democracy. Risk that someone with a new idea might really be on to something. That is why this is Hell. The answers are there. But our leaders are ignoring them. At times, they are not only ignoring them, they are hiding them from us, willfully and maliciously.
Naturally, the peanut gallery laps it up.

So true but not surprising. Just look at the track record! Bush failed twice as an oil businessman. His first business was helped set up by one of the Bin Ladens! His academic record is below average and so is his IQ!
He was way down on the waiting list in the National Guard but his father helped jump up 900 or so names to get in. Then he was AWOL for 6 months
Till the age of 40, his best memories are blackouts! His baseball franchise in Texas was a disaster. His governorship in Texas was mediocre and very little was accomplished
Then he rigged 2000 and was selected by the Supreme Court

As a Christian myself, I've never gotten how the policies of let the sick die, keep the poor poor, give everything to the rich, destroy the environment, exclude the homosexual, destroy the environment and all the other bottom line policies of the Republican party is more Christian. Conservatives support Christianity without the teachings of Christ, just as they say they're the patriots, then trash the Constitution.

Good post Alec. By the way, George W. Bush has never been elected as President of the US. The NYT researched the Florida vote and Gore won by any accounting. We know Ohio was stolen and gave Bush the 2004 election. Bush has NEVER won. However, when the Congress accepted the voting of the Electoral College, Bush was and is the President. Impeach Bush and that SOB Cheney.

Acceptance Alec.

America is a failing Empire. Imperial History repeats itself over and over. Just a matter of time before bankruptcy, depression, major riots and martial law take over the nation.

Nuclear detonations are quite likely - the ruling class owns the bombs, the ruling class will detonate the bombs to maintain power. Two or three US cities - blame Iran. Its gonna get messy.

The Environment is fine - Earth will be fine. Humans will wind up extinct, but the Earth and the Environment - in whatever form will go on.

Other Empires have come and gone, but the United States will be the one empire that destroyed itself and helped contribute most to the extinction of the Human race.

Acceptance. United States is done. Humans - almost done. Earth/Environemnt - gonna be just fine.

Shameless Media Whore Rejected in Court

The thing that wouldn't leave, 2007 edition.

Judge Backs C.I.A. in Suit on Memoir
Valerie Wilson may be the best known former intelligence operative in recent history, but a federal judge in New York ruled Wednesday that she was not allowed to say how long she worked for the Central Intelligence Agency in the memoir she plans to publish this fall.
Valerie Wilson? I though her name was Plame?
Although the fact that Ms. Wilson worked for the C.I.A. from 1985 to 2006 has been published in the Congressional Record and elsewhere, the judge, Barbara S. Jones of Federal District Court in Manhattan, said Ms. Wilson was not free to say so.

?The information at issue was properly classified, was never declassified and has not been officially acknowledged by the C.I.A.,? Judge Jones wrote.

Asked whether the ruling would affect the book?s scheduled publication date in October, Adam Rothberg, a spokesman for Ms. Wilson?s publisher, Simon & Schuster, said only that the book would appear ?this fall,? suggesting that revisions required by the decision may cause a slight delay. David B. Smallman, a lawyer who represented Ms. Wilson and Simon & Schuster in the suit they had filed to include the information, said his clients had not decided whether to appeal.

C.I.A. employees sign agreements requiring them to submit manuscripts to the agency for permission before they are published. The C.I.A. has publicly acknowledged only that Ms. Wilson worked there from 2002 to January 2006, when she resigned.
Yawn.

Meanwhile, over at the Home Office of Hate, bloated psychopath and Father of the Year Alec Baldwin calls for prosecution of those who leaked Mrs. Plame Wilson's name. I don't know, maybe he's been on a long bender or coking up with his drugged-out brother Daniel, but somehow he missed the railroading of Scooter Libby.
The fifth thing that I would do is to prosecute whoever is responsible for outing Valerie Plame as a CIA agent.

Yes, there are a number of other issues that would seem to be equally as important, if not more so, than the Plame case. Infrastructure, taxes, agriculture, clean water, trade deficits, election protection and on and on. But the Valerie Plame issue strikes at the very heart of what is most wrong with our current government and creates an inescapable mandate for Bush's successor. Lying is one matter. Destroying the career and good name of an intelligence officer of this country for the purposes of some sick political retribution is another. The issue is one of morality on the deepest level and it is this government's betrayal of Plame that reveals how corrupt and immoral this administration truly is.
I see how the left has latched onto infrastructure as a big concern now. Never mentioned it before the Minneapolis bridge collapse, for some odd reason.

Curiously omitted from his rant is the name Richard Armitage, the mean who "leaked" Plamewilson's name.

Lunatic Baldwin to Pen Advice Book

I can't imagine what genius thought it would be a good idea to have the ranting megalomaniac Alec Baldwin write an advice book for fathers who go through divorce.
The book is being billed as "a unique personal transformation book in which Baldwin documents the rite of passage he underwent in order to survive the ordeal of divorce and protect the welfare of his child."

The child, Ireland, is the one the burly bully threatened to "straighten out" after she failed to answer his phone call on the night of April 11.

"It's like Britney Spears writing a book on hairstyling tips," said Los Angeles-based psychotherapist Robert Butterworth.

Alec Baldwin Berates, Threatens Daughter

What a guy. He really is a sick man.

Via Ace of Spades.

Text.
After Ireland failed to answer her father's scheduled morning phone call from New York on April 11, Alec went berserk on her voice mail, saying "Once again, I have made an ass of myself trying to get to a phone," adding, "you have insulted me for the last time."

Switching his train of thought, Baldwin then exercised his incredible parenting skills and took a shot at his ex-wife, declaring, "I don't give a damn that you're 12-years-old or 11-years-old, or a child, or that your mother is a thoughtless pain in the ass who doesn't care about what you do." The irate Baldwin went on to say, "You've made me feel like s**t" and threatened to "straighten your ass out."

"This crap you pull on me with this goddamn phone situation that you would never dream of doing to your mother," screamed Baldwin, "and you do it to me constantly over and over again."

Before hanging up, Baldwin warned the child, "You better be ready Friday the 20th to meet with me."
