Well, here we go another round with Carrie Prejean. Seems like during lawsuit negotiations with the charming folks from Miss California USA someone played the Trump card, so to speak.

Carrie Prejean demanded more than a million dollars during her settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant officials -- that is, until the lawyer for the Pageant showed Carrie an XXX home video of her handiwork.

The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.

No details as to how to tape was obtained. It'll be curious to see the fallout. As to it being so racy, I'd like to be the judge of that.

Prejean Derangement Syndrome

Well, the lovely Miss Carrie Prejean is back in the news again. Seems her foodfight with the Miss California organizers is just never going to end. Now the petty folks who run the pageant are trying to hit her up for $5,200 they supposedly paid for her breast implants. All I know is it was money well spent, IYKWIMAITYD.

Deposed beauty queen Carrie Prejean still owes $5,200 for breast implants floated by pageant organizers in January, a new lawsuit claims.

Ex-Miss California Carrie Prejean stiffed pageant organizer K2 Productions even though she requested the surgery "to be more competitive" at the April 2009 Miss USA pageant and verbally agreed to repay the K2 loan, a complaint filed yesterday states.

Prejean was stripped of her crown June 10 for alleged contract violations.

She later sued, accusing pageant officials of targeting her for a pageant answer she gave opposing gay marriage.

"Even before she became notorious for that answer and the ensuing media storm, Ms. Prejean was already causing difficulty," the K2 counter-suit states.

"With her new-found notoriety, an inflated sense of self, and the lure of financial gain available to her, Ms. Prejean turned even further against the Miss California USA organization."

In other hot babe news today, it's been revealed Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr is concerned people think she's too skinny. This is very troubling. Since when did models concern themselves with their weight?

Model Miranda Kerr blames the camera angle for her looking seriously skinny in a recent photo shoot.

Her swimwear shoot in Sydney last week for Grazia Australia sparked concern since the normally curvy model seemed to show a dramatic drop in weight, says the Daily Mail.

But the 26-year-old defended herself.

"The exaggerated poses for the shoot have made me appear thinner than normal from behind, but I am the same weight and measurements I have maintained for more than three years," she told Grazia Australia.

Oh, I see, it's Carrie Prejean, so for some reason I guess we're supposed to freak out or something. Perhaps when she took this gig she was supposed to have known some freakazoid would ask her about gay marriage and the left would implode because she dared to utter an opinion held by the vast majority of this county.

Here's a Halloween costume that's certain to scare away the competition.

Photos of former Miss California USA, Carrie Prejean, posing in skimpy Halloween costumes have surfaced on a Web site, according to TMZ.com.

The photos on Disguise.com, which show the notoriously conservative and self-proclaimed Christian wearing knee-high shiny boots, a black mini skirt and belly-baring low-cut top in one ensemble, were taken last year when Prejean modeled for the Women of Marvel costume line, according to TMZ.

Prejean also apparently wore the sultry get-ups during a live runway show at Comic Con 2008, a video posted on TMZ.com revealed.

The former pageant queen became the center of much controversy for answer to a same-sex marriage question during the Miss USA 2009 pageant in April. After facing a slew of criticism for her comment, Prejean, who did not win the national title, was later stripped of her Miss California crown when a photograph of her partially nude was released on the Internet.

Uh, that wasn't the reason given for her being dismissed as Miss California, but hey, we can't expect the media, with their layers upon layers of editors and fact checkers to actually get the story right.

Trump and other pageant leaders said Prejean was being sacked not because of the remarks but because she hadn't been holding up her end of the agreement she signed when she entered the pageant.

Carrie Prejean to Sue Miss California Officials

Good for her. And good for us since we get another opportunity to run a photo of the lovely Miss Carrie Prejean.

Carrie Prejean’s attorney, Charles S. LiMandri announced today that the former Miss California USA is filing a complaint in the Superior Court of California against Miss California USA officials Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler, and publicist Roger Neal. The complaint cites damages to Miss Prejean including libel, public disclosure of private facts, religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Miss Prejean was fired from her role as Miss California USA in June of this year, following several months of controversy over her answer at the Miss USA pageant regarding same-sex marriage. Lewis claimed Miss Prejean’s termination was due to a violation of contract. Miss Prejean’s complaint will refute that allegation, and demonstrate that both the chronology and factual evidence clearly show she lived up to all her contractual obligations, but was fired, harassed and publicly attacked solely due to her religious beliefs.

We've learned "biblically correct" Carrie Prejean will lose her Miss California USA crown today because she doesn't play well with others.

Sources connected with the pageant tell us even Donald Trump has now had it with Carrie, because she's violating her contract by not getting clearance to do her extracurricular stuff.

We're also told Carrie has been a no-show for appearances she was supposed to make for the pageant organization.

The firing, we're told, is strictly based on Carrie breaching her contract. It's not based on her political and moral views.

Sure.

This will just officially make her a martyr.

Carrie Prejean has made it very clear that she has no intention of taking up Perez Hilton’s offer to "go for coffee and chat," but the Queen of Media thinks she is afraid of him.

And even though Miss Universe owner Donald Trump said he would be more than happy to have the controversial blogger back at a judge at Miss USA, Hilton thinks Trump messed up by allowing Prejean to keep her crown despite her nude pic scandal and unauthorized press visits.

Expect Trump to pull the plug on this self-aggrandizing media whore before long.

This slob Hilton will be a historical footnote, at best, while the lovely Miss Prejean moves on to fame and fortune. The bitterness will eat him alive.

Never Saw This Coming: Prejean to Host Fox & Friends

The upside for Fox is they don't even have to run her through the Fox Babe Machine to get her looking hot. She comes ready made.

Miss California and Miss USA runner-up, Carrie Prejean, tossed around in the battle over gay marriage, will be a one-day guest host for Fox News Channel's popular morning show Fox & Friends, Whispers learns. She will host the 6 a.m.-to-7 a.m. slot on May 27, filling in for Gretchen Carlson—the 1989 Miss America—who will be off that day.

The decision to make her a one-day cohost was finalized yesterday—the same day Prejean and Miss USA owner Donald Trump appeared on Fox & Friends.

Suzanne Scott, Fox vice president for programming, filled me in on the details of the gig for Prejean, who was thrust into the headlines when she rejected gay marriage during the Q&A part of the pageant. "We're just using her one time," she said, "to sit with the boys and have some fun." The boys are cohosts Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade. "She has become a national celebrity in the last few weeks, and it's a fun thing to do," said Scott. "It's a good way to try get a little buzz and fun for the show. We'll see what happens with it," she added.

'I Can Relate As a Liberal Target Myself'

Oh, how the heart pounds at the idea of these two together on tour. Now they would draw a crowd.

In a strongly worded statement relased late Wednesday, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin defended Miss California Carrie Prejean and ripped into "the liberal onslaught of malicious attacks" against Prejean for her response to a question about gay marriage.

"I can relate as a liberal target myself," Palin said. "What I find so remarkable is that these politically-motivated attacks fail to show that what Carrie and I believe is also what President Obama and Secretary Clinton believe — marriage is between a man and a woman."

Prejean created a stir with her response to a question about gay marriage at last month's Miss USA pageant, questions about her work with gay marriage opponents and nearly nude photos taken of her when she was a teenager put her title in jeopardy.

"I applaud Donald Trump for standing with Carrie during this time. And I respect Carrie for standing strong and staying true to herself, and for not letting those who disagree with her deny her protection under the nation's First Amendment Rights," the former vice presidential candidate said.

"Our Constitution protects us all — not just those who agree with the far left," Palin said.

No doubt the far left kooks will be all over Palin.

Meanwhile, the embarrassment know as Shanna Moakler has resigned her post. Gee, what a loss.

At a news conference, Moakler angrily accused Prejean of violating the contract she signed with pageant organizers, but Trump announced Tuesday that Prejean would keep her title.

Moakler, the Miss USA of 1995, said she decided after Trump's news conference to quit.

"I cannot with a clear conscience move forward supporting and promoting the Miss Universe Organization when I no longer believe in it or the contracts I signed committing myself as a youth," she said in a statement issued by her publicist. "I want to be a role model for young women with high hopes of pageantry, but now feel it more important to be a role model for my children."

'There Is No Room in This Country for Difference of Opinion'

Carrie Prejean stands head and shoulders above these characters assassins. For that she should expect the venom to get even worse.

It was disgraceful that it had to come to this.

The hoopla began at April's Miss USA pageant, when Carrie was asked a question by a blogger "with an agenda," as she put it. It was a trick question -- there was only one correct answer.

He asked if she favored legalizing gay marriage. Here's what Carrie said:

"We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite marriage. And you know what, I think in my country, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there, but that's how I was raised."

She came in second.

Her answer sounds reasonable to me. But from the reaction, you'd think she promoted human sacrifice.

"The president of the United States gave the same answer!" Trump implored yesterday.

No matter. In an awful display of intolerance, bloggers, TV types, and hunt-and-peck letter-writers crucified, tormented and threatened Carrie.

Only then did someone dredge up topless -- from the back -- photos taken when she was 17. Another risqué set taken two years ago by a surfing magazine was posted on the TMZ Web site. Imagine! Sexy, and partially topless, photos of a woman who parades onstage in a bikini.

Finally, the pageant had found a way to get rid of her! Not so fast. No one believed the pics had anything to do with the push to dump her.

The forces of diversity and inclusivity are lying. There is no room in this country for difference of opinion.

Donald Trump will let Miss California USA Carrie Prejean keep her title despite controversy over semi-nude photos and charges by state pageant officials that she had abandoned her duties to devote time to opposition to same-sex marriage.

"We're in the 21st century," Trump said, explaining Prejean is a model.

Smart move, Donald.

Prejean: Hey, by the way, my stance on gay marriage is the same as Obama's. Maybe you idiots in the media ought to report that.

How Convenient: More Racy Carrie Prejean Photos Surface

Considering King Trump will rule today on the future of Carrie Prejean as Miss California, I must question the timing of the release of these photos.

Personally, I'm not offended.

If the idiots running the Miss California pageant want to make her a martyr, that's their choice. They'll look like vindictive morons while Miss Prejean will gain plenty of sympathy and will probably cash in on the speaking circuit.

Double Standard: Why Doesn't Anyone Care About Miss RI's Topless Photos?

I guess if anyone cared about Miss Rhode Island this might be an issue. Although considering Carrie Prejean might actually lose her title of Miss California due to some innocuous photos taken several years ago, you might say there's a double standard at work here.

Of course we all know the real reason she's under fire: She dared to challenge liberal orthodoxy, and that is forbidden in America these days.

While racy photos of Miss California Carrie Prejean could cost the outspoken first runner up in the Miss USA pageant her crown, pageant officials don't seem to care about even steamier photos of Miss Rhode Island that appeared in a men’s magazine.

So is Prejean being targeted simply for her beliefs?

As Prejean has kept busy making appearances with groups opposed to same-sex marriage, officials at the Miss California USA organization have been investigating whether she violated her contract by failing to reveal that she had posed in her underwear as a teenager.

Meanwhile 2009 Miss Rhode Island Alysha Castonguay has also posed in revealing photo shoots, but is apparently not in danger of losing her crown.

Castonguay posed topless for a Maxim magazine shoot and a few swimsuit calendars before competing in the pageant, but reportedly revealed the pictures to Miss USA officials, who approved them.

Castonguay even told gossip site TMZ that she felt Prejean was being targeted simply because she answered her pageant question by saying she favored limiting marriage to a man and a woman.

“I personally believe this situation is stemming from the controversy over her opinion and not a photo,” Castonguay said.

Gee, ya think?

Relentless Assault on Miss California Continues

The message is pretty clear. You oppose the left on gay marriage and the stormtroopers will do anything to destroy you.

With partially nude photos of her popping up on Web sites questioning her Christian credentials, Miss California USA Carrie Prejean has fired back, claiming the racy pictures are just modeling shots and vowing to continue her battle against same-sex marriage.

“I am a Christian, and I am a model,” Prejean said in a statement released overnight to the media. “Models pose for pictures, including lingerie and swimwear photos. Recently, photos taken of me as a teenager have been released surreptitiously to a tabloid Web site that openly mocks me for my Christian faith. I am not perfect, and I will never claim to be.”

Of course these thug tactics by the left only make her more popular and hurt their cause, but since gay marriage is such an emotional issue for the far left they can't help but think clearly and realize they're dooming themselves.

And they should know - they paid for 'em.

Despite the bosum boost, Prejean was the first runner-up for the Miss USA crown. The blonde bombshell later blamed her second place finish on her conservative answer on whether states should legalize gay marriage.

Scandalous! Next thing you know we'll find out she secretly has her teeth whitened.

Poll: Who Would You Prefer As the Future Face of the GOP?

Considering some in the media have ordained pro-gay marriage Meghan McCain as the new face of the young GOP, even though she voted for John Kerry (and even for Al Gore when she was 16), we figured we'd pair her up against our new darling, Carrie Prejean, and take an informal poll of readers to see who you prefer. Although I haven't seen any account that Prejean is a Republican, by all indications she's far more a conservative that Ms. McCain.

One is in the distinct minority of Americans, supports gay marriage and is a media darling.

So wait … how is it Perez Hilton, the gossip blogger who built a career by drawing male genitalia and cartoon cocaine on celebrity photos, is now the media’s official spokesperson on one of the most important civil rights issues in America?

Speaking of Trump, who's been unusually silent (for him), he finally commented today and noted most of the calls and emails he's received have been supportive of Carrie Prejean.

The owner of the Miss Universe franchise finally addressed the scandal surrounding his Miss USA pageant to FOX News Thursday, saying that he has received thousands of calls and letters, the majority of which support Miss California's comments on gay marriage.

Trump had been mum during the firestorm that followed the Sunday telecast, when first runner up Carrie Prejean's responded to a question about the controversial issue of gay marriage.

Considering the overwhelming majority of Americans do not support gay marriage, including President Obama, this really comes as no surprise. Maybe Mario Lavandeira and all the Hollywood nitwits so quick to jump on Prejean might want to step back and realize they're the ones in the minority on this issue.

Then they might want to consider growing up.

Johnny Sack Whacks Miss California Bashers

Finally, a celebrity with some stones defending Carrie Prejean.

According to our first celebrity voicemail, Vince Curatola is furious with certain people (blogger Perez Hilton, in particular) for bashing Miss California Carrie Prejean after she voiced her opinion on gay marriage -- calling the attacks "disgusting."

Curatola even issued Perez a challenge -- "I wish he'd come after me that way."

Curatola actually does come from North Jersey. I doubt a pasty-faced puke like Hilton would want any part of him.

He's now forgiven for being in that Hillary commercial.
