SHOCKER: Butt-Ehancement Administered By Transgendered "Black Madam" Ends Badly

PHILADELPHIA - Police took away boxes of evidence from a Montgomery County apartment at the center of the probe of a British woman's death from a botched butt-implant procedure.

A search warrant executed Thursday in the Philadelphia butt implant case showed that police were looking for krazy glue in addition to silicone in the death of a British woman.

The warrant was for the residence of Padge Victoria Windslowe, who has not been charged in the case. But it details what police are looking for, and how they believe Claudia Aderotimi died.

Windslowe is a transgendered man who now lives as a woman and also goes by the name "Black Madam." She calls herself a Philadelphia native and aspiring diva, and she has a YouTube channel that touts butt-implant procedures.

Police would like to talk with her.

Yeah, right - they want to "talk with her." That must be police lingo for "arrest the quack for manslaughter."

Oh, and look - the freak also does hip augmentations on the down-low.

Aderotimi and one of her friends had previously traveled to Philadelphia last November to have their buttocks’ enhanced.

They had returned so Aderotimi could have a second buttocks enhancement, while the other woman had her hips augmented.

Police are also asking anyone who has had one of these clandestine cosmetic procedures and experienced complications to come forward. They're trying to get their arms around what the procedures involve while they await those toxicology test results, Fox 29 reported.

Phillies Fan Tasered After Running on Field

Well, at least he didn't puke on anyone. But was tasering this kid necessary? It seemed his biggest concern was keeping his hat on before he gave himself up. So why on earth does the security guard feel the need to zap him?

For the first time in Phillies history, a fan running on the field at Citizens Bank Park was subdued by a Philadelphia police officer using his Taser gun.

With 44,817 fans watching in the stands Monday night, the teenage male, wearing a black baseball cap, red T-shirt, and khaki shorts, ran on to the field during the eighth inning against the St. Louis Cardinals.

"This is the first time that a Taser gun has been used by Philadelphia police to apprehend a field jumper," Phillies spokeswoman Bonnie Clark said in a statement. "The Police Department is investigating this matter and the Phillies are discussing with them whether in future situations this is an appropriate use of force under these circumstances. That decision will be made public."

The fan made several loops in center field with security personnel and the police officer in pursuit. The officer appeared to fire several times before hitting the man. The man fell to the ground. He was then helped off the field.

The police officer "utilized his Taser" when a fan ran onto the field, said police spokesman Lt. Frank Vanore.

Running on the field during a game is a crime and has been for decades. Normally, such suspects are wrestled to the ground, escorted off the field, and arrested.

It was unclear Monday night if a Taser had ever been used on a Major League Baseball field to subdue such a suspect.

Vanore said the Police Department's internal affairs unit would open an investigation to determine if the firing "was proper use of the equipment.

'We Will Not be Hearing From Any Pimps or Prostitutes Today'

Well, maybe not the fake prostitute who've gotten them into their current mess, but the political prostitutes were out by the, um, dozens to support the criminal syndicate known as ACORN yesterday in Philadelphia. What an outpouring of support.

About 60 members and supporters of the community-action group ACORN gathered at a North Philadelphia church yesterday to sing the praises of the beleaguered organization.

"There are two ACORNs out there," said Ian Phillips, ACORN's Pennsylvania legislative director and one of the organizers of the event.

"We wanted to talk about the ACORN that people who live in the community know."

The 90-minute session, at the House of Prayer Episcopal Church on Limekiln Pike, was part pep rally, part revival meeting.

Speakers included State Rep. Mark Cohen, retired city labor leader Tom Cronin, city Consumer Affairs Director Lance Haver, and nearly a dozen organizers and city residents who work for or have benefited from ACORN's action.

In the midst of praising the organization, several speakers took aim at the "right-wing conservative" critics who they say have launched a campaign to smear ACORN.

"We will not be hearing from any pimps or prostitutes today," said ACORN's Junette Marcano, who served as moderator at the session.

Marcano was referring to the controversy around the organization after an independent filmmaker and a female companion posed as a pimp and a prostitute and visited several ACORN offices around the country seeking assistance to set up a brothel that they said would use underage girls smuggled from Central America.

Secretly recorded videos of several of the meetings were made public this month and have become fodder for what ACORN supporters say is an attack by conservative media.

Some cheese to go with that whine?

"The right wing in this country is going after the poor," said the former president of one of the city workers' unions.

Cohen (D., Phila.) called the smear campaign "outrageous" and said "wherever there are needs that ordinary people have, ACORN is there to help."

Keep deluding yourselves, folks.

Meanwhile, ACORN's head thug is still whining like a stuck pig.

"They [Congress] did it because Fox News and the right-wing smear machine told them to do it," she wrote.

In a statement to The Post Friday, Lewis defended her aggressive stance and said she remained fully committed to reforming the organization.

"But that doesn't mean we're prepared to stand by silently while the right wing exploits this situation to score political points," she added.

In a real howler today, the ombudsman for the antique media relic New York Times today points out the obvious: His paper wasn't just slow to cover this scandal, it was completely derelict in its duties because they were protecting one of the left's sacred cows.

But for days, as more videos were posted and government authorities rushed to distance themselves from Acorn, The Times stood still. Its slow reflexes — closely following its slow response to a controversy that forced the resignation of Van Jones, a White House adviser — suggested that it has trouble dealing with stories arising from the polemical world of talk radio, cable television and partisan blogs. Some stories, lacking facts, never catch fire. But others do, and a newspaper like The Times needs to be alert to them or wind up looking clueless or, worse, partisan itself.

Some editors told me they were not immediately aware of the Acorn videos on Fox, YouTube and a new conservative Web site called BigGovernment.com. When the Senate voted to cut off all federal funds to Acorn, there was not a word in the newspaper or on its Web site. When the New York City Council froze all its funding for Acorn and the Brooklyn district attorney opened a criminal investigation, there was still nothing.

Readers noticed. James Jeff Crocket of New Britain, Conn., spoke for many when he said he was sure he knew why the paper was silent: “protecting the progressive movement.”

Indeed they were. Which is why the NY Times has zero credibility.

It Must be Racist: Philly Cop Told to Lose the Cornrows

Sorry to lead you all along there. This can't be racist. The cop is white.

To get booted off the street, a police officer has to do something pretty serious - like shoot a suspect or be accused of brutality.

But in the 35th District, which covers Logan, Olney and adjacent neighborhoods, apparently a hairdo will do it.

A cop who got cornrows was ordered off the street and kept on desk duty for two days until he cut his braids off, sources said.

While dozens of black officers across the city wear cornrows, Officer Thomas Strain is white. So when the five-year veteran showed up for work Sept. 3 with the traditionally black hairstyle, it didn't take long for his colleagues - or his bosses - to notice.

"They pulled him out of roll call and took him right up to the inspector's office," said an officer who asked to remain anonymous.

Reached last week, Strain declined to comment about the hair hubbub.

But multiple officers in the 35th say it's been hot gossip, overshadowed only by worries of potential police layoffs, which were averted Thursday when the state agreed to help alleviate the city's budget woes.

"It's absolutely discriminatory," said one officer. Strain's cornrows 'do "was neat. It was above his collar. It's not like he shaved a Nazi sign or something anti-black or anti-Hispanic on his head. It's just cornrows. I don't know what the problem is."

The problem, police spokesman Lt. Frank Vanore said, is that Strain's superior didn't feel his cornrows were "professional."

Ordering Strain to chop them off had nothing to do with discrimination, added Vanore, who spoke with Inspector Aaron Horne about the incident.

Horne, who oversees the Northwest Police Division, which includes the 35th District, is the supervisor who directed Strain to banish the braids.

"The policy's the policy, it doesn't matter what race you are," Vanore said.

Police policy requires officers to have "clean, properly trimmed and combed hair" that doesn't prevent them from wearing their uniform hat "in a military-manner," Vanore said.

The policy prohibits "unnatural" hair colors such as blue, purple or green but doesn't ban specific styles, such as cornrows, mohawks, dreadlocks or bouffants.

Vanore didn't see Strain's cornrows, but speculated that they may have kept his hat from fitting his head in the required military manner. He couldn't explain why black officers with cornrows weren't ordered to get haircuts - unless they're women, because the hair policy for female officers is slightly more permissive.

Frankly, I'd wear cornrows before I'm caught with a bouffant, but hey, that's just my personal preference. Of course, I hardly have enough hair to do either.

Anyway, if there's no policy banning cornrows and many of the black officers wear them, what's the point in singling out this guy?

As for Strain, friends describe him as a hardworking cop who hails from a family of police officers and who adores police work.

The former Marine served in Iraq, where he twice survived explosions when his Hummer hit roadside bombs in 2006, co-workers said.

"He's a guy that, when things go bad, you want him there," one officer said.

Exactly the point. Who cares what he does with his hair so long as it's not against regulation. What matters is if he can do the job, and by all accounts he's well-respected by his peers.

'If You Call the Cop, I'll Kill You and Kill the Cop'

The fact that Rasheed Scrugs allegedly announced he was going to kill a cop and then shot Philadelphia Police Officer John Pawlowski with a gun hidden inside his coat pocket has detectives digging deeper on Scrugs.

They're still gathering evidence and trying to unravel why Friday night's senseless murder happened, Fox 29's Dave Schratwieser reported.

"Pawlowski didn't stand a chance," Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey said Monday, as Philadelphia continued to reel over the killing.

A key witness went public Monday with the chilling words he heard the gunman say before the shooting.

"If you call the cop, I'll kill you and kill the cop," said Manuel Dias, who works in a newsstand at Broad Street and Olney Avenue, repeating what he told detectives.

Police believe Scrugs planned to shoot officers when they answered a 911 call about a fight on the highway at Broad and Olney at 8:20 p.m.

"This individual was very violent and was bent on killing someone," Ramsey said.

Scrugs was shot by Pawlowski's partner and another officer. He's now awake and talking, but he refused to be interviewed by homicide detectives.

Sources say Scrugs told a hospital staffer he was high on drugs at the time of the shooting and allegedly said, "I can't believe I shot a cop."

"Well, he's a cold blooded killer is what he is, and he knew exactly what it is he wanted to do," Ramsey said.

Ramsey told Fox 29 News that police are now trying to determine if Scrugs -- who also goes by the alias Rasheed Abdulghaffer -- may have converted to a radical form of "jailhouse Islam" during his years in prison.

Ironically, Ramsey said he was briefed by FBI agents on Friday about this radical form of Islam. That was just hours before Pawlowski was shot.

Ramsey said there's a growing concern among law enforcement.

"This is a radical form where certainly committing crime and killing police officers and so forth is part of it," Ramsey said.

Police experts and the FBI are now researching whether Scrugs and Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski' accused killers -- Howard Cain and Levon Warner, who are accused of wearing Muslim clothing during that murder -- were schooled in jailhouse Islam.

This maggot Scrugs is a career criminal. Maybe Barack Obama's pal, Governor Ed Rendell, can explain why this maggot was out on the street.

Scrugs (a.k.a. Kevin Anderson and Rasheed Abdulghaffer) has a lengthy rap sheet that includes arrests for armed robbery, auto theft and firearms violations, police said. He served five years in state prison from 1997 to 2002, and then violated his parole and served six more months. He also had an open case for auto theft.

Pawlowski is the seventh Philadelphia police officer killed in the line of duty since 2006. He leaves behind a wife who is five months pregnant.

The idiots at the Philadelphia Inquirer think if you regulate handguns none of this would be happening.

So, every part of the criminal justice system must work harder. Police must keep making arrests. Judges must make the right sentencing decisions. Prisons must intensify their efforts to rehabilitate. But that's not all. Society must better prepare for returning inmates. Parolees must be monitored closely. Companies must provide more jobs.

And cities must be allowed to regulate firearms. It's impossible to keep all of the violent imprisoned forever, but it shouldn't be so easy for them to acquire the guns they use to kill.

Delusional.

GOP Poll Workers Intimidated In Philadelphia; Update: Black Panthers With Nightsticks Block Entrance

By nightfall, I expect a solid 140% of voters to turn out in Philadelphia.

The media always breathlessly report allegations of voter disenfranchisement, but rarely touch stories like this.

GOP Election Board members have been tossed out of polling stations in at least half a dozen polling stations in Philadelphia because of their party status.

A Pennsylvania judge previously ruled that court-appointed poll watchers could be NOT removed from their boards by an on-site election judge, but that is exactly what is happening, according to sources on the ground.

It is the duty of election board workers to monitor and guard the integrity of the voting process.

Denying access to the minority (in this case Republican) poll watchers and inspectors is a violation of Pennsylvania state law. Those who violate the law can be punished with a misdemeanor and subjected to a fine of $1,000 and sent to prison between one month and two years.

Those on site are describing the situation as "pandemonium" and there may be video coming of the chaos.

Update: Fox is now reporting Black Panthers, once carrying a nightstick, is blocking media and poll worker access. Lovely.

Maybe those Black Panthers are auditioning for Obama's Civilian Defense Force.

The police wre forced to come and remove the thug.

Palin Drops Puck, Republic Survives

The way some hysterical sportswriters were acting, you'd have thought that Sarah Palin, renowned hockey mom, dropping the puck at a hockey game was endangering national security.

Well, it appears the Alaska governor made it through unscathed, surely much to the chagrin of wild-eyed Obamatons hoping for anarchy on the ice.

In a city that is known for booing Santa Claus, things didn't go so bad for Alaskan Gov. Sarah Palin.

In fact, the City of Brotherly Love gave her a mixed welcome at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia before the Flyers started their season against the New York Rangers. Some oddmakers were putting even money on the crowd decidely booing her.

Palin was invited by Flyers owner Ed Snider to drop the ceremonial first puck of the season, and was joined at center ice by two of her daughters and the winner of a team promotion for the "Ultimate Hockey Mom." And she even got a polite peck on the cheek from Rangers' captain Scott Gomez, who is a native of Alaska.

Some clown already posted this on YouTube and claims she's booed loudly. You decide.



The non-partisan observers at the Huffington Post ecstatically claim she was greeted by "almost deafening" boos.

The New York Times, naturally, is aghast.

The biggest problem: when Palin came out onto the Wachovia Center ice Saturday night — greeted by resounding (almost deafening) boos from the Flyers crowd — the two hockey players who had no choice but to appear with her in that photo op were turned into props in a political campaign. If Rangers center Scott Gomez or Flyers center Mike Richards wanted to make some sort of political statement, that would be fine, but in this case, they were thrust into a situation not of their choosing. Snider put them there with his ill-advised mixing of politics and sports.

The level of discomfort has been palpable for the Rangers’ two Alaska natives, Gomez and Brandon Dubinsky, as they have been asked questions about Palin and the election in recent weeks. Dubinsky, a 22-year-old who has shied away from nothing since he broke in with the Rangers last year, looks petrified when the topic is brought up. I think both would rather play goalie in a shootout than weigh in on the presidential election.

The nutjobs are lapping it up.
