Christian Library Bombed in Gaza

I'm sure Israel will be blamed somehow. Glad to see that security plan is working wonders (Via Weasel Zippers).

Bombers target Gaza City Christian library, internet cafe
Gaza City - Unknown assailants bombed a Christian library and an internet cafe in Gaza City early Sunday morning, hours after the Palestinian government approved a new security plan to end violence and anarchy in the Palestinian areas.

Security officials said the bombings were separate incidents, with the Holy Book library, belonging to Gaza's tiny Christian community, the first to be targeted.

The explosions caused 'severe' damage to both the library and the building housing it, Holy Book librarian Rami Ayad, told Deutsche Presse-Agentur dpa.

Less than two hours after the first bombing, another explosion hit an empty internet cafe in downtown Gaza City, causing damage to some computers and to a car parked outside.

There were no reports of injuries and no immediate claim of responsibility, but a new Islamic extremist group, calling itself Swords of Islamic Righteousness, claimed responsibility for two similar bombings in the past.
