Gov. Paterson's 15-year-old son was busted Tuesday for possession of a stolen credit card after cops caught him shooting dice with pals near his upper West Side school, authorities said.Of course his son isn't the first offspring of a politician to find themselves in legal trouble. Though when you have an approval rating hovering near 20% and are almost assured of losing a primary to Andrew Cuomo this year, you don't quite have a reservoir of public goodwill to tap.
The governor's son, a student at Beacon High School on W. 61st St., was arrested at about 3 p.m. and taken to the 20th Precinct, police source said.
Cops spotted the teen shooting dice on the sidewalk near his school. When officers searched his belongings, they found a credit card in someone else's name, traced it and determined it had been stolen, the source said.
