Super Genius Alan Grayson Has Plan to Immediately Drop Unemployment to 5.5%

So amazingly easy, even his 10-year-old kid can figure it out. You'll never guess where he's posting this tripe.

I like to help my children with their homework, whenever I have time. (And since January, I've had more time.) It's great to help them -- I know all the answers, and I never have to take the exams.

Last night, we tried something different. They helped me with my homework. A math problem:

"We are spending $159,000,000,000.00 on the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan this year. If we ended the wars, brought the troops home, took that money, and created decent jobs paying $30,000 apiece in the United States, then how many jobs would we create?"

Skye, the 16-year-old, took out her phone, clicked on the calculator app, and gave the answer:

"5,300,000 jobs."

Correct.

I asked the 12-year-old, Star, and the 10-year-old, Sage. Both gave me the right answer:

"5,300,000 jobs."

Then I asked the 6-year-old twins, Storm and Stone. Storm said "thirty hundred and five." Stone agreed.

OK, so we have a jobs program that a 10-year-old can understand. But, admittedly, not a six-year-old.

And what would that jobs program do to the unemployment rate? The math is a little more complicated, but the answer is that it would drop the unemployment rate from 9 percent to 5.5 percent. Immediately.

It's actually better than that, because money that is spent hiring Americans, in America, then circulates in America. Economists tell us that every new job like that creates as many as five other jobs -- the employee then pays his rent, the landlord then goes to the restaurant, the waiter then gets his hair cut, and so on. Unemployment, goodbye.

Amazing how Grayson didn't run on this plan last fall. Maybe he wouldn't have lost in a landslide.

Obnoxious Loudmouth Lefty Alan Grayson Plans to Again Run for Office

He was driven from office for being a complete jerk, but has no regrets about being a complete jerk. It's just his nature. Democrats are so consumed with hatred and this tool is the poster boy. Bring it on.

WFTV learned on Monday that former U.S. Congressman Alan Grayson is running for office again.

On Monday, Grayson said he doesn't plan to do anything different. He said he's running again because of all the people who have reached out and asked him to. Grayson already raised nearly $100,000 in donations before filing his paperwork on Monday.

"We need somebody who's gonna stick up for what's right. Somebody with guts," Grayson said.

During Grayson's last campaign an ad referred to his opponent, Daniel Webster, as Taliban Dan. Grayson lost his District 8 Congressional seat to Webster after a highly controversial campaign. And Grayson's take on the Republican health care plan caught national attention.

"Republican plan: don't get sick. And if you do get sick, die quickly," said Grayson on the floor of Congress..

Looking back, Grayson said he has no regrets about his campaign.

"What went wrong with my campaign, and Democratic campaigns all over the country, is that Democrats didn't vote," said Grayson.

Actually, Democrats did vote, many of them against this schmuck. Nice excuse making for a landslide defeat, chump.

For the record: There are no 'Obama tax cuts for the middle class' on the table in Congress. None. That's because neither President Obama nor the Democrats are proposing tax cuts for the middle class, or any other class for that matter. The debate, such as it is, is between maintaining the status quo for all taxpayers (what Grayson ignorantly derides as the 'Bush tax cuts for the rich') and either jacking up taxes on everyone (what Obama really wants) or jacking them up only on the 'rich' (what Obama will reluctantly settle for).

It's heads, they win - tails, nobody gets a tax cut.

And soon we'll all be 'rich', with statist creeps like Alan Grayson nosing through our beeswax to see if we've made any frivolous purchases lately.

The move by Mr. Beck comes just days after Mr. Grayson launched the “Glenn Beck, Mind Your Own Business” campaign, which encourages supporters to contribute to a special fund with the same name.

Man Grabs Grayson Sign at Webster Rally, Grayson Compares it to Assassinations

Granted, the man who grabbed the sign was out of line, but he didn't assault the Grayson supporter. These people simply deserve to be heckled, not have their signs taken away. A woman intervenes and gives it back to the guy. That should be the end of it, but of course Grayson goes full Olbermann with a ridiculous response to an isolated incident. Grayson's videographers were conveniently on hand to film it all. They clearly were looking to instigate and got what they wanted, but calling it an assault is a reach.

Congressman Alan Grayson spoke out Sunday morning about YouTube video showing a campaign sign being ripped out of the hands of one of his supporters.

The confrontation happened at a campaign rally for Grayson’s opponent Daniel Webster. The whole thing was caught on tape by a film crew making a documentary about the closely watched race for the congressional seat.

While talking to media, Congressman Grayson compared the attack on one of his supporters to the same kind of violence that killed President Kennedy and civil rights activist Dr. Martin Luther King.

The attack started when one of Grayson’s supporters, Lance Parker, went to a Daniel Webster rally in Orlando and held a Grayson campaign sign up behind the stage where Webster was speaking.

While Parker was holding the sign, Bruce O’Donoghue, a former candidate and Webster supporter, snatched the sign out of Parkers hand and tried crumple it up. In the video, O’Donoghue can be heard cursing at Parker who repeatedly asked for his sign back.

It's come to this. Grabbing a man's sign is now the equivalent to the assassination of Martin Luther King and Bobby Kennedy. And this tool wonders why he's going down on Tuesday.

Grayson trails Webster by seven points in the latest poll. By the weekend we expect Grayson to be running ads saying Webster plans to cannibalize children.

Nutty Grayson Trails By Seven in New Poll

Deranged Florida Democrat Alan Grayson is now a mere seven days away from moving on to his new career as a host at MSNBC.

Holding a steady 7-point lead over a controversial and increasingly malodorous incumbent, Republican Daniel Webster is poised to knock out U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson, a new Sunshine State News Poll shows.

Webster, a former state senator, leads Grayson, D-Orlando, 48-41. Florida TEA Party candidate Peg Dunmire garnered 4 percent, No Party Affiliation candidate George Metcalfe got 1 percent, and 5 percent of respondents were undecided.

In a previous poll, conducted Sept. 25, Webster led Grayson 43-36, an identical 7-point margin.

"Webster has to be the favorite here. Grayson has failed to turn his negative image around, and is still viewed in a negative light by a 55-38 margin," said Jim Lee, president of Voter Survey Service, which conducted both polls. "This means Grayson has very little if any room to grow."

While Webster's negatives climbed 12 points since the earlier poll, undoubtedly spurred by Grayson's relentlessly negative advertising, the Republican maintains a relatively healthy favorable/unfavorable rating of 47/33.

Lee said nothing has changed the "fundamental equation for Grayson" in Central Florida's 8th Congressional District, where President Barack Obama gets a 52 percent job disapproval score (vs. 51 percent last month).

"Given that this district leans Democratic in raw registration numbers, Grayson's only hope is to turn out his base at a higher rate than the opponent's," Lee said.

Well, according to the weather forecast there may be thunderstorms in the Orlando area next Tueday and according to the "experts" rain will affect Democrat turnout.

So wave farewell the the malodorous one.

Biden: GOP Doesn't Want to Fund Police or Something

Desperate times call for idiotic statements. No coincidence this clown was stumping for the odious Alan Grayson today.

Vice President Joe Biden dropped into Orlando Monday, telling a convention of police chiefs that should Republicans seize control of Congress, federal funding to local law enforcement would likely shrink.

Biden, who was also in town to raise money for Democratic Congressman Alan Grayson, said GOP leaders want to scale back federal involvement in local affairs, leaving law enforcement funding to cities and counties.

He described a "deep, philosophical divide" between the two major parties, saying Democrats see a need to help local police deal with law enforcement issues. Republicans, Biden said, argue that's not a federal responsibility.

"We'll be your back-up," said Biden, whose visit came just eight days before the mid-term elections. "But once again, I'm going to come and ask you for back-up in these fights."

Biden cited the COPS program, rolled out in 1994. The law provided grants to hire more police, and Democrats say between 1995 and 2005 it added some 117,000 officers to police departments spread around the country.

Biden said he took some heat from Democratic lawmakers who wanted to know why Republican congressional districts got so many new positions.

"It's simple," Biden said he told them. "That's where the crime was."

Really? Crime is higher in GOP districts? Could have fooled me. Considering Democrats control pretty much every district in every city--typically where crime is highest--that statement is absurd on its face. Naturally, the cops laughed at him.

With the police chiefs chuckling and murmuring, Biden held his hand up: "No, no, no," he said. "That's not what I mean. That's not what I mean. I disagree with my opponents, but they're not mugging anybody but me."

After meeting with the police chiefs, Biden spent a few minutes posing for photos with donors contributing $1,000 each to the campaign of Grayson, an Orlando Democrat being challenged by former state Sen. Daniel Webster. Biden helped raise $30,000 for Grayson, one of the GOP's top targets.

Wow, a whole $30,000.

Webster Declines to Debate Psychopath Grayson

Smart move. Why give a platform to a clown who's trailing you, has already smeared you and would no doubt make some outlandish claim if you were to share a stage?

After Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) attacked his Republican challenger Dan Webster as "Taliban Dan" in a recent campaign ad, Webster is refusing to share the stage with him for a debate.

Webster's campaign made the decision official Wednesday, hitting Grayson's "vile and wildly dishonest accusations" and "lack of decorum" in a statement.

"I have run a positive campaign without making a single personal attack on Congressman Grayson, and I pledge to continue to do so throughout this campaign," Webster said. "Being on a stage with him at this point would make keeping that commitment almost impossible. I do not believe that a debate with Alan Grayson will be anything more than gutter theatrics."

Grayson's recent attack ad was widely panned by observers. The spot accuses Webster of wanting to "impose his radical fundamentalism on us," and employs a black-and-white shot of Webster reciting a Bible passage that reads, "Wives, submit yourself to your own husband."

The full video of Webster's comments make it clear that Grayson's ad quotes the Republican wildly out of context.

Polls show Grayson in serious trouble this fall and the two candidates have been in a face-off over debates for weeks.

Besides, when you've got him down, don't give him a chance to get up.

"It's over - Alan Grayson is the surest loser in the House right now," said David Wasserman, who covers House races for the nonpartisan Cook Political Report.

Gee, you think it was a good idea to call your opponent a member of the Taliban?

Lean Republican. Like a bad disease, this race is so toxic thanks to Grayson that both parties wish they could quarantine it. And House Democrats, who point to Grayson’s self-funding capabilities as an excuse not to get involved, basically can. But for now, the preponderance of evidence suggests that Grayson’s scorched earth “Taliban Dan” attacks against GOP state Sen. Dan Webster are backfiring. Editorial boards have excoriated Grayson for taking Webster’s words grossly out of context by rolling footage of Webster saying “she should submit to me,” when Webster had actually warned husbands against that advice. As one Republican noted, painting Webster as anti-woman is a curious line of attack considering Grayson referred to a lobbyist as a “K Street whore” just last year.

Calling someone a whore? Seems to be a lot of that going around in Democrat circles. Why do Democrats hate women so much?

"What is it about Sarah Palin and Twitter? Is Palin fond of tweeting because she can draft a tweet on her palm?"

Palin had tweeted about Grayson and his race twice Thursday morning, calling him "odd" and "troubled" and his campaign "twisted."

"[Grayson] blatantly lies in vile rant,but greedy media run it anyway w/no fact check," she said. "Florida deserves the best! ... Take pride in Daniel Webster."

A poll conducted Sept. 25-27 showed Webster leading Grayson by seven points.

Sleazy Grayson Now Trailing by Seven Points: 'He’s Even More Unpopular Than the President'

One of the most evil and deranged incumbent Democrats, most recently under fire for calling his opponent "Taliban Dan," today awakes to find himself trailing in his Congressional race.

In one of the most closely watched U.S. House races in the nation, Republican Daniel Webster now holds a 7-point lead over Democratic Rep. Alan Grayson in Central Florida's 8th Congressional District, according to a new Sunshine State News Poll.

Webster, a former state senator, leads the freshman congressman 43-36 in the survey of 559 likely voters conducted Sept. 25-27. TEA ("Taxed Enough Already") Party candidate Peg Dunmire drew 6 percent and NPA hopeful George Metcalfe garnered 3 percent, while 9 percent remained undecided (2 percent cited "other" and 1 percent refused to state).

Digging deeper, the numbers look even worse for Grayson as 51 percent of respondents said they had an unfavorable view of the Orlando-area congressman.

"Grayson has real problems here," said Jim Lee, president of Voter Survey Service, which conducted the poll for Sunshine State News.

"He’s even more unpopular than the president, which is not surprising given how controversial he has been with his rhetoric, overall style and TV ads."

Lee added, "It’s fascinating that both Grayson and the president have virtually the same image (a positive/negative ratio of 34/51), but Grayson is actually disliked more by independents (36/47 favorable/unfavorable) while Obama is only 36/37."

Andy Sere, spokesman for the National Republican Congressional Committee in Washington, D.C., said the Central Florida district "is ripe for a Republican pick-up, even if we weren't running against Alan Grayson."

Calling Grayson's views "so far outside the maintstream," Sere predicted that "a large swath of independents and conservative Democrats will hand him a resounding defeat in November."

Tom Gaitens, Florida director for FreedomWorks, said the Washington, D.C-based tea group has focused on the CD8 race "from the beginning."

"Grayson is an obnoxious antagonist to tea partiers and raised the ire of the movement," Gaitens said. "He's probably the biggest lightning rod-type candidate in the nation."

With controversial TV ads like "Taliban Dan," in which the Democrat tried to portray the Baptist Webster as a religious extremist, "Grayson put himself in the crosshairs," Gaitens said.

"It's his character to say foolish things, and he doesn't handle stress well. He'll see this poll and get more desperate," said Gaitens, who predicts a 10-point victory for Webster.

Just the other day Grayson pretended he was up by 13 points. What happened, big guy?

The unhinged dirtbag is really popular with the ladies.

Female voters are anything but ambivalent about Grayson -- "They really loathe him," Lee reported. With Grayson's 33/53 favorable/unfavorable rating among women, Webster’s lead among females is much stronger (45/33 over Grayson) compared to a statistical tie (41/40 Webster) among males.

"This is important, because we usually see a gender gap in polling where females tend to vote more Democrat than males, but it’s the reverse in this poll," Lee said.

On the upside for Grayson, this may smooth the path for his next career as MSNBC host.

'This Is What the Marines of the Marine Corps League Find Inexcusable and Despicable'

There's apparently no level these desperate Democrats won't sink to. Here we have the unhinged Florida Congressman Alan Grayson trying to claim his GOP opponent is a draft dodger while implying that he's endorsed by the Marine Corps League. Now I always thought it no longer mattered to the public if anyone dodged the draft during Vietnam? Of course Grayson's opponent didn't dodge the draft, but hey, why bother with facts? It goes without saying if Daniel Webster did serve Grayson would probably be calling him a baby killer.

Needless to say, the Marines aren't amused.

For the last week, Florida Rep. Alan Grayson has been airing a hard-hitting TV ad casting GOP opponent Daniel Webster as a Vietnam draft-dodger.

Now, a veterans group is joining the fray – only it’s Grayson, not Webster, they’re upset with.

In a one-page letter to Grayson, Bill Backes, the Florida commandant of the Marine Corps League, excoriates the congressman for featuring a still shot of a smiling Grayson alongside a veteran wearing Marine Corps League attire – an image, Backes argues, that wrongfully suggests the group has endorsed Grayson.

“[What the Marine Corps League finds offensive is that you, Congressman Grayson, used these pictures in political and TV ads to further your campaign for reelection, thereby subconsciously saying to the public that the Marine Corps League supports Alan Grayson,” writes Backes. “This is what the Marines of the Marine Corps League find inexcusable and despicable.”

Backes also notes that, as a 501c organization, the group cannot legally endorse any candidate or party, and concludes: “The Marine Corps League strongly insists that this ad be removed from further showing.”

Grayson pretends he's up by 13 points, although the veracity of that is very much in question. If he's boasting about a poll where as an incumbent he's getting 40% then I'll have some of what he's smoking.

Democrat Urges People To Become Republicans To Get Rich

I don't even know where to begin with this latest nonsensical speech by Florida Democrat Alan Grayson, who appears to have some sixth graders acting as interns for him or something. Here are the points I got from this little diatribe.

1) The only way to get rich is to be a member of the Republican Party. Uh, isn't that sorta making the case for NOT voting for Democrats. Unless of course you like being poor, not that there is anything wrong with that.

2) Only 1% of Americans are Republicans. Really? Ever looked at the polling data and seen what percentage of those polled identify themselves as Republicans Mr. Grayson? Are all of them rich gazillionaires?

3) 99% of Americans go to work everyday and struggle to get by. Sheesh. Hey, Dumbo, the unemployment rate is 10%, so that knocks that right there and the purpose of the speech was to plead for extending unemployment benefits made necessary by the Democrats fiscal policies that have gotten us into this mess.

This guy is a clown and all he tries to do in this little speech is play the class warfare game where somehow all Republicans are rich and all Democrats are poor. Every time I hear this line of reasoning it only leads me to the conclusion that if I want to be rich I had better be a Republican. BTW, in an article I found on the 50 richest members of Congress, 3 of the top 5 are Democrats, #1, #2, and #4 and 23 of the 50 were Democrats. But hey, this guy never lets facts get in the way of a good hate speech.

Mentally Unstable Alan Grayson Interrupts Republican Gathering

This dude is totally unhinged.

On Thursday, April 8th, 2010, Congressman Alan Grayson, Democrat in Florida’s 8th district, interrupted a district meeting of the local Orange County Republican Executive Committee. The meeting was being held at Perkins, a family restaurant.

Unanswered question: How did Alan Grayson know about this meeting? Who informed him? Was this staged?

Matthew Falconer, candidate for Orange County Mayor, quickly challenged Alan’s rudeness. Grayson demanded not to be interrupted, but Falconer quickly reminded the congressman that he is in fact interrupting their meeting.

Linda O’Keefe, member of the Orange County Republican Executive Committee and extraordinary patriot volunteer with the Orlando Tea Party said, “I’m wondering if Grayson realizes that we do still, for now, have the right to assemble! But can’t we have a meeting without being interrupted by our congressman?”

Pay attention at the 3:00 mark of the video. The woman taping him should have punched the asshole in face.

Cheesy Grayson Shamelessly Plays Race Card With Anti-Obama Doctor

Expect nothing less from the odious Alan Grayson. After this doctor created a furor with his anti-Obama message yesterday he pretty much backed off after getting his point across and said he would treat anyone.

But that's not stopping clown bombthrower Alan Grayson (a/k/a/ Fred Flintstone) from whipping out the race card in record time.

"Well, in fact, where he lives, in Mount Dora, which is in my district, many, many of the Democrats who live in Mount Dora happen to be African-Americans," Grayson said on CNN. "So, by saying that he will not treat somebody who supported Obama, he's saying that he's not going to treat a large number of African-Americans in the community."

Grayson, a freshman who represents a Republican-leaning district, gained national attention during the healthcare debate last year when he said the GOP's healthcare plan was for seniors to "die quickly."

Cassell has said that he is not violating medical ethics rules.

"I'm not turning anybody away — that would be unethical," Cassell, 56, told the Orlando Sentinel on Thursday. "But if they read the sign and turn the other way, so be it."

But Grayson said that he was violating the rules and that he will probably be disciplined by medical licensing authorities.

"How many people walked in -- walked up to his front door, saw the sign, and turned away?" he asked. "How many people referred from other physicians in the community, including primary care physicians, how many patients saw that sign and walked away?"

Asked what kind of punishment Cassell should receive, Grayson said "Well, whatever the medical authorities think he should get. But it is a clear violation of ethics, and it's a particularly ugly one. Why is it that the right wing is so preoccupied with denying people health? Why is that?"

Does Grayson even bother to check with the doctor himself or is he simply preoccupied with trashing Republicans and chance he gets, facts be damned? Is there a single "rightwing" doctor out there who is actually denying health care to anyone? Is there a single person in this country that needs help and does not actually get it? Of course not. If there was you can be assured buffoons like Grayson would be trotting them out for exploitation. A wealthy liberal like himself wouldn't dig into his own pocket to help someone out, but he's more than happy to bash Republicans without having the facts.

Let's hope Grayson's constituents have tired of this lame act and elect someone else.

Dan Fanelli is the Republican challenger to that loud mouthed, uncivilized, thuggish, and obnoxious representative from Florida, Alan Grayson.

Mr. Fanelli brings something to the campaign that is a breath of fresh air: humor.



I sincerely hope the folks in this district do not send Grayson back to Congress since he has proven himself to be nothing but an embarrassment, not only for the people he is supposed to represent, but to America in general.

Liberals Poised To Gain Most From Supreme Court Ruling On Campaign Finance

By now most folks are aware of the ruling passed down by the Supreme Court yesterday which struck down portions of the horribly crafted McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Reform Bill as it relates to political campaigns receiving donations from corporate entities.

As expected, The Democrats are continuing to flog that horse known as bashing big business. They want you to believe that anything even remotely related to private business in this country are nothing more then the handmaidens of the evil Republicans.

In one way this makes sense for the Dems, since they put all their trust in government, and can't get enough of it. On the other hand, they get all bent out of shape when their precious government lets them down.

Well before the Dems spend too much more time and precious air time railing against this decision they just might want to check who gets the most from corporate America to fill their campaign coffers.

Of the Top 50 groups contributing to political parties one, AND ONLY ONE, contributes more to the Republicans than they do the Democrats, and even for them (Gas/Oil) their number one recipient is a Democrat.

So Chuck Schumer, Alan Grayson, and the rest of wealth envy crowd might want to think twice about hollering fire in a theater.

Deranged Democrat Grayson Wants to Imprison Critic

The very unstable and infantile kook Democrat from Florida, Alan Grayson, apparently can dish it out but can't take any heat. Grayson, now a darling of the leftwing blogosphere, seems to be so thin-skinned he's going after the owner of the website mycongressmanisnuts.com.

Waaaaaah, they're being mean to me!!!!

What a f--king moron. If he wasn't a laughingstock already, this should do the trick nicely.

Not everyone thinks imitation is the best form of flattery.

In fact, U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson of Orlando took such offense at a parody website aimed at unseating him that the freshman Democrat has asked that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder investigate the Lake County activist who started the anti-Grayson website “mycongressmanisnuts.com.”

Specifically, Grayson accuses Republican activist Angie Langley of lying to federal elections. His four-page complaint highlights the fact that the Clermont resident lives outside his district, but that Langley still uses the term “my” in “mycongressmanisnuts.com.”

“Ms. Langley has deliberately masqueraded as a constituent of mine, in order to try to create the false appearance that she speaks for constituents who don’t support me,” writes Grayson. “[She] has chosen a name for her committee that is utterly tasteless and juvenile.”

Grayson’s office did not respond with comment other than to confirm the letter exists — including its request that Langley be fined and “imprisoned for five years.”

Langley did not immediately respond with comment.

Her webpage, which imitates Grayson’s own congressmanwithguts.com, was launched this fall as a way to raise money against him. He has infuriated Republicans this year, most famously by saying the GOP healthcare plan was for sick patients to “die quickly.”

So saying Republicans want the sick to die quickly is OK, but calling Grayson nuts isn't.

Now wonder most people consider Grayson a joke.

It’s awfully ironic that Grayson is demanding to silence one of his critics, given his history of red-meat rhetoric against a host of powerful Republicans. Earlier this month, he told MSNBC’s Chris Matthews he wished Dick Cheney would “STFU.”

Earlier in the year, Grayson referred to conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh as a “has-been hypocrite loser” who “was more lucid when he was a drug addict.”
