The latest “ripped from the headlines” plot on the cop drama "Law & Order" is inspired by one of the more tragic episodes in our very recent past: the shooting of Arizona congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and massacre of five others at a grocery store just three months ago. We'll go out on a limb here and predict the shooter in the episode will be a cartoon caricature of a "hate radio" listener who's inspired to murder after attending a Tea Party rally.
The episode, which is being filmed for the Los Angeles version of the series, started shooting Monday, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Federal Judge John Roll was killed, along with six other victims, including a small child, when a gunman attempted to assassinate Giffords, shooting her in the head at a "Congress on Your Corner" gathering outside of a suburban Tucson Safeway grocery store on January 8th.

Finally: Law & Order to Tackle Giffords Shooting
Just a hunch, but the left may finally get the storyline they were so desperate to write January 8.

sadly it isn't much of a limb to go out on. if the reality isn't liked by the left, they make up their own. I wouldn't watch that dribble if they paid me. It helps of course to not have a TV but still, Law & Order isn't worth the paper upon which the piss poor script is written.
