Capitol Police moved swiftly to stop protesters unfurling banners at a U.S. Senate office building in Washington, D.C.They should have pulled them over when they unfulred the banner. It would obviously be a hard landing.
Members of the Occupy DC protest, a demonstration that arose out of the larger Occupy Wall Street protests, marched on the Hart building on Tuesday morning.
Protesters gained entrance to the Hart building's atrium and dropped two banners, one reading
"End War Now" and the other "People for the People."
NBC News reports as soon as demonstrators unfurled their signs, Capitol Police placed them under arrest.
Then 99% of America would stand and cheer.

we had a protestor drop 8 stories off a parking garage here in San Diego while trying to hang a banner (supposedly - it's murky). Of course, someone else had to clean up the mess
