Putin Hails U.S. Shield Move, Calls For More
Russian leader Vladimir Putin has welcomed a decision by the United States to scrap plans for a missile-defense shield but called on President Barack Obama to make further gestures to improve ties.

Putin, Russia's most powerful politician who now serves as prime minister, said Washington's decision to scrap the antimissile plans of George W. Bush's administration was a correct and brave decision.

Moscow had argued that the missile-defense system was a serious threat to its security because the U.S. equipment could be used to neutralize Russia's vast nuclear deterrent. The issue was a key sticking point in U.S.-Russia relations.

Putin told an investment forum in the Black Sea resort of Sochi he now expected further steps from Washington including the complete removal of all trade restrictions and full U.S. backing for a joint bid by Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan to join the World Trade Organization (WTO).

"The latest decisions by President Obama to cancel plans to build the third positioning region of the missile-defense system in Europe inspires hope and I do anticipate that this correct and brave decision will be followed by others," Putin said.

Putin said those decisions should include "the complete removal of all restrictions on cooperation with Russia" and the transfer of high technology, as well as U.S. support for the joint bid by Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus to join the WTO

Of course Putie wants unencumbered transfers of high technology. A generation or so behind the civilized world, little Vladi needs all the help he can get.

Hamas terrorists pay rapt attention to their new hero, Barack Obama.

Meanwhile, Amir Taheri, a sane Muslim, reviews Obama's pathetic speech.

Unlike his previous statements, the Cairo speech didn't include the threat of any action -- not even further sanctions -- against the Islamic Republic. The message was clear: America was distancing itself from United Nations Security Council resolutions.

Obama also abandoned President Bush's freedom agenda in support of Middle East democratic movements, saying: "No system of government can or should be imposed on one nation by another."

Of course, America didn't "impose" any system of government on Afghanistan or Iraq. All it did was to remove impediments to democracy in those countries. A majority of Afghans and Iraqis, and perhaps even "Muslims around the world," don't regret the demise of Mullah Omar, a fanatical cleric, or Saddam Hussein, a brutal secular despot.

Obama said he was seeking "a new beginning between the US and Muslims around the world" -- implying that "Muslims around the world" (including Muslim Americans) represent a monolithic bloc, as Osama bin Laden and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad claim.

Is the president unaware that there are 57 countries with Muslim majorities and a further 60 countries where Muslims represent substantial minorities? Trying to press almost a quarter of humanity into a single ghetto based on religious apartheid is the fruit of either woeful ignorance or dangerous provocation.

Obama's mea culpa vis-à-vis Islam extended beyond the short span of US history. He appropriated the guilt for the Crusades, Western colonialism and support for despotic regimes during the Cold War, and countered that with a flattering narrative about Islam's role in history, featuring outlandish claims that would astonish many Muslims.

Obama Plummets Among Independents, Lead Down to Three Points

Someone better call the transition team. You never know, The Messiah may have to transition back to being the lowly Junior Senator from Illinois.

Democrat Barack Obama's lead over Republican John McCain in the presidential race has dropped to 3 points, according to a Reuters/C-SPAN/Zogby poll released on Sunday.

Obama leads McCain by 48 to 45 percent among likely U.S. voters, down 1 percentage point from Saturday. The four-day tracking poll, which has a margin of error of 2.9 points.

Pollster John Zogby said the numbers were good news for McCain, and probably reflected a bump following his appearance in the third and final presidential debate on Wednesday.

"For the first time in the polling McCain is up above 45 percent. There is no question something has happened," Zogby said.

He said the Arizona senator appeared to have solidified his support with the Republican base -- where 9 out of 10 voters now back him -- and was also gaining ground among the independents who may play a decisive role in the November 4 election.

Obama's lead among independent voters dropped to 8 points on Sunday from 16 points a day earlier.

'RED FLAGS'

"If that trend continues, it is something that has got to raise red flags for Obama," Zogby said. "It suggests to me that his outward look of confidence may be as much strategy as it is real."

Black Entertainment Television held a Barack Obama campaign rally disguised as an awards show last night and faux gangsta Sean Combs chanted "Obama or Die" to the gushing crowd. Now forget for a minute whether this punk could kill a fly without the aid of an army of bodyguards or whether this was some cheesy threat to people, let's have a look at Diddly Squat's history of death.

Few seem to remember, but when Combs was an up-and-coming wannabe thug, he organized events in New York. One of them was held at CUNY, and the tough guy had no concern for safety or security and overbooked the event.

Result: Nine people dead and 29 injured.

Sean "Puffy" Combs agreed to pay a secret settlement yesterday to a Bronx secretary caught in a stampede at a City College charity basketball game the rap mogul sponsored in 1991.

The settlement closed the last of nearly a dozen suits seeking damages against rapper Combs, co-promoter Heavy D and the college in connection with the tragic event in which nine people died and 29 were injured.

Just how much Combs must pay Nicole Levy, 25, was kept secret under the terms of the settlement. But Levy's lawyer had called Combs' initial offer of $50,000, made two years ago, "not realistic."

Levy had sought $2 million from the rapper - claiming the stress of seeing her best friend crushed in the stampede caused her to contract Graves disease.

The state Supreme Court trial on her lawsuit had just concluded a second day of jury selections when the settlement was reached. Opening statements were due to begin in the case Tuesday, after some seven years of pretrial proceedings and delays.

"It remains clear that Nicole Levy's case is without merit," said Combs' lawyer Luke Pittoni.

"Rather than have protracted litigation, we have come to an acceptable resolution and are very pleased with the outcome."

Combs had faced a tough trial - and the public airing of embarrassing details from the oversold, underinsured event. A Court of Claims judge last year condemned the rapper for "squashing out life's breath from young bodies."

They died before they could vote for Obama.

Actress/singer Jennifer Lopez was part of that entourage and briefly faced similar charges, but prosecutors dropped the charges late Monday afternoon after reviewing the evidence at hand.

Always around the guns, but quick to shout "it ain't mine!"

Barack is NOT smarter then a fifth grader

Here is Obama's response to a 5th grader who asked this question, well partially before "The Man of Change" cut him off.

The Democrat's sarcasm came out when he was asked by fifth grader Beau Bowman in Maquoketa, Iowa, “When you’re elected president, what if like the illegal immigrants start to take action and start bombing and stuff?”

Bowman didn’t even finish his question before Obama interrupted. “Wow,” he said in astonishment.

But hey have no fear the immigrants are not going for the high tech or other white collar jobs so there is nothing to worry about Beau. Why they are just farm hands doing the jobs Americans won't do (at the wages Americans won't accept).

Obama proceded to give Bowman a social sciences lesson, explaining “Immigrants are coming into the country and not blowing things up. They are usually working in meat packing plants, or working in restaurants or working in agriculture, picking vegetables...”

He went on to explain that the terrorist issue is completely different from immigration. Really?? If just anybody can walk across our borders what makes him think the jihadists won't? Maybe he doesn't believe the stories coming out of Iraq and Afghanistan of all the foreign fighters we have killed or detained. They don't respect borders anymore then they do life.

Murtha sticks fingers in ears and pretends to not listen

"I dismiss it at as rhetoric," said US Representative John Murtha, a former marine, congressional heavyweight on military matters, and outspoken Iraq War critic.

"I don't know where they were staying. I don't know what they saw. But I know this: that it's not getting better," Murtha said on CNN television.

"It's over-optimist. It's an illusion," the Pennsylvania lawmaker continued.

A top Democratic lawmaker Tuesday dismissed the findings of two longtime Iraq war critics, who cited a dramatic improvement in the situation there following the infusion of thousands of additional US troops

Independent Brookings Institution analysts Michael O'Hanlon and Kenneth Pollack, who often have criticized US Iraq policy, on Monday said they noted a marked improvement on their last visit earlier this month to the war-torn country.

And to answer the congressman's question in regards to where they were staying, apparentely it wasn't at the al Rasshed or inside the Green Zone.

Pollack and O'Hanlon returned from eight days of meetings with US generals, diplomats and Iraqis saying they were more hopeful than they had expected.

But don't worry regardless of the news coming out of Iraq the Dems have become a one trick pony on this issue. All they want to do is get the troops out and to hell with anything else. They are not concerned about possible genocide, invasion from surrounding countries, or empowering al Queda. This has become the liberals own obsessive compulsive behavior now. They are so fixated on this truly bumpersticker slogan that they are blinded to all of the other realities that exist in the world.
I hope and I pray that Americans will see these liberals and Dems exactly for what they are and will not back a loser when it is time to cast their vote.

Two Journalists Sentenced to Death in Iran

TEHRAN, Iran — The Iranian judiciary confirmed that two journalist from the country's Kurdish minority have been sentenced to death, a rare verdict against media people here, the official Islamic Republic News Agency reported on Tuesday.

"Adnan Hassanpour and Hiva Boutimar have been sentenced to execution on the charge of Moharebeh," the agency quoted Ali Reza Jamshidi, spokesman of judiciary, as saying. Moharebeh, which literally means "fighting" in classical Arabic, is used in Iran's Sharia law to describe a major crime against the religion and the Islamic state.

The official new agency did not specify what crime the two Kurdish journalists were precisely accused of.

Senator Obama is being hailed as the newest and freshest face on the American political scene. But he is advocating some of the oldest fallacies, just as if it was the 1960s again, or as if he has learned nothing and forgotten nothing since then.

He thinks higher teacher pay is the answer to the abysmal failures of our education system, which is already far more expensive than the education provided in countries whose students have for decades consistently outperformed ours on international tests.

Senator Obama is for making college “affordable,” as if he has never considered that government subsidies push up tuition, just as government subsidies push up agricultural prices, the price of medical care and other prices.

He is also for “alternative fuels,” without the slightest thought about the prices of those fuels or the implications of those prices. All this is the old liberal agenda from years past, old wine in new bottles, a new face with old ideas that have been tried and failed repeatedly over the past generation.

Senator Obama is not unique among politicians who want to control prices, as if that is controlling the underlying reality behind the prices.

A nasty battle between the two leading Democrat hopefuls in 2008 has erupted and there's nothing to do but stand back and enjoy the fireworks.

Checks from Hollywood's A-list stars such as George Clooney, Eddie Murphy and Barbra Streisand added up to a one-night take of $1.3 million for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, who earlier Tuesday urged an audience of thousands at an outdoor rally to help him transform America.

Then music mogul David Geffen fired a salvo toward Mrs. Clinton.

Hillary Clinton's campaign apparently didn't take too kindly to the harsh rhetoric from L.A. music mogul David Geffen, courtesy of today's Maureen Dowd. Geffen, who is backing Barack Obama, called Bill Clinton "reckless" and clearly is still upset that Clinton didn't grant a pardon to cause celeb native American Leonard Peltier. More Geffen: "Marc Rich getting pardoned? An oil-profiteer expatriate who left the country rather than pay taxes or face justice?"

Heh.

That prompted an angry response from the oily Howard Wolfson over at Pantsuit.com.

Clinton Communications Director Howard Wolfson issued the following statement today demanding that Barack Obama disavow personal attacks that his campaign finance chair made against Senator Clinton in this morning's New York Times:

"While Senator Obama was denouncing slash and burn politics yesterday, his campaign's finance chair was viciously and personally attacking Senator Clinton and her husband.

"If Senator Obama is indeed sincere about his repeated claims to change the tone of our politics, he should immediately denounce these remarks, remove Mr. Geffen from his campaign and return his money.

It takes a special kind of gall for anyone in the Clinton camp to tell another campaign to return money to a donor. But they've never had any shame, so why start now?

Then Geffen fired back.

"Everybody in politics lies, but they [the Clintons] do it with such ease, it's troubling," Geffen had said.

Touche! Round to Obama, 10-8 if you're scoring at home.

In the meantime, the latest Rasmussen numbers are pretty much the same as last week.

There's little change this week in the Democratic nomination contest. Senator Hillary Clinton continues to lead with 28% of the vote from Likely Democratic Primary Voters nationwide. The latest Rasmussen Reports Election 2008 poll shows Senator Barack Obama still in second place with 24% of the vote. Former SenatorJohn Edwards has support from 11% and former Vice President Al Gore weighs in at 10%.

Democrats Pretend to Find Religion

It's always amusing to see Democrats finding God during campaign season, especially when they try the delicate balancing act of pandering to the far-left anti-Christian lunatics while pretending to have a deeply religious core.

In the Opinion Journal today, Mary Eberstadt has Curse of the Christian Bashers, an interesting insight into the phenomenon of candidates who normally eschew religious values who now come courting those evil Christians they frequently insult.

Heavens, it's getting crowded in the pews these days--at least with Democratic presidential candidates. Here is Sen. Barack Obama in California's Saddleback pulpit at the invitation of mega-selling pastor Rick Warren. There is Sen. Hillary Clinton with downcast eyes in Newsweek, praying before the cameras in New York's Riverside Church. And there preaches John Edwards, also in Riverside Church, weaving his personal faith into everything from AIDS to the minimum wage. Clearly the push is on to show that, for now anyway, the Democratic hopefuls are just plain folks in the religion department.

All the more reason to plumb the curious episode of Amanda Marcotte, that blogger for the Edwards campaign who resigned on Monday and was followed out the door Tuesday by another technical consultant, Melissa McEwan. Both quit thanks to circulation by conservatives of some of these former staffers' Internet musings. That is to say, in Ms. Marcotte's case especially: scatological Catholic-baiting rants about "theocracy" marked by leering references to the pope and liberal use of the F-word.

So far, so unremarkable. Just being a bilious feminist with a potty mouth doesn't much distinguish one in the blogosphere these days. What does matter is something else: We have here a Rosencrantz and Guildenstern moment, in which the fate of bit players becomes emblematic of a larger drama.

For what the blogger tempest really illuminates is a fact that could come to haunt the Democrats as they vie for national office: namely, that their past few wilderness years have also been boom years for the church-loathing liberal/left punditry. As a result, anti-Christian invective now graces (or disgraces) many of the books, magazines, Web sites and blogs to which liberals, including the Democratic elite, habitually look for ideas. One motto of this cottage industry is that the most serious threat to the American republic can be found in, no, not those religious fundamentalists, the ones that first leap to mind after 9/11; but, incredibly, certain other believers--our nation's Christians.

Pantsuit Payola

It's always something shady with the Clintons.

Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign reached a deal to pay a key South Carolina black leader's consulting firm more than $200,000 just days before he agreed to endorse her run for president, it was revealed yesterday.

The arrangement involves South Carolina state Sen. Darrell Jackson, a well-connected African-American leader and pastor whose support is coveted by national campaigns.

Nothing illegal necessarily, but why not mention it before the endorsement?

Jackson acknowledged that his financial dealings with the Clinton camp should have been mentioned on Tuesday, when his support for the Democratic front-runner was revealed by a South Carolina colleague.

But Jackson balked at suggestions that his political support for sale.

"It's not about the money - there were some other candidates who offered to double [Clinton's] offer," Jackson told The Post, though he declined to say which candidates. He said his firm, Sunrise Enterprises, is the "oldest, largest and the best" in the state.

Meanwhile, it seems not everyone is sold on Barack Obama.

Jackson's support first came to light when a colleague, state Sen. Robert Ford, told reporters on Tuesday that he and Jackson had decided to support Clinton.

Ford said he himself was swayed by personal calls from both Bill and Hillary Clinton, and he said Obama could end up being a drag on every other candidate on the Democratic ticket if he is the nominee "because he's black and he's top of the ticket. We'd lose the House and the Senate and the governors and everything."

Hmm. Playing the race card so early?

The House Debate on Iraq

Daniel Henninger suggests the current crop of presidential candidates should pay attention to the House floor debate or Iraq. It's a shame the Democrats are seeking only to humiliate the President rather than doing what's best for our nation. I'd like to think they'll eventually pay a price, but I'm not interested in political revenge; rather, I'd prefer to see the enemy destroyed. To the Democrats and hardcore left that enemy, sadly, is President Bush. Read the whole thing, but this passage is rather informative on where we stand.

In the House debate, it was the calculation of Speaker Pelosi and her leadership to keep the focus on the poll-proven unpopularity of the Iraq war and the 21st century's most famous bogeyman, "George Bush." The GOP calculation was to move the debate off Iraq and onto the broader war on terror.

Politics aside, the result on public view was a Democratic side that looked small, mired in talk of American "failure," while a number of senior Republicans--John Boehner, Pete Hoekstra, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, even Peter King--produced almost stirring speeches on the substance and meaning of the global threat.

Pete Hoekstra, recently chairman of the intelligence committee, gave what must be the severest attack on radical Islam ever by a U.S. public figure. Forget Pope Benedict; there was nary a genuflection to Muslim sensibilities in Mr. Hoekstra's argument that the enemy is not some vague thing called terrorism: "We are not at war with a tactic. We are at war with a group of militant Islamists who hate us and who hate much of the rest of the world."

John Boehner reviewed each Islamic terrorist act directed at the U.S. dating to the Iran hostage-taking of 1979. "Too bad it took so long to open our eyes," he said, "but they are open now." Ileana Ros-Lehtinen quoted the famous blueprint of al Qaeda No. 2 Ayman al-Zawahiri: "The first stage: expel the Americans from Iraq." Rep. Charles Boustany said plausibly that other Arab nations could never help with a political settlement if the region is engulfed in violence after a U.S. exit.

So one may ask: Where were you guys when we needed you? Republicans lost the election because most of them foxholed the past two years when the going got tough. Instead of this Kissingerian geopolitical vision, they let one guy carry the burden (they would reply that the "one guy" never asked for their help).

Sens. Clinton and Obama should take a long look at Tuesday's videotape of the Democratic House now shaping the party's foreign policy. Is this where they'll want to be next year?

The Incredible Lightness of Being Barack Obama

Ann calls it Jonathan Livingston Obama, but for some reason I've had the above headline etched in my brain ever since seeing this empty suit in action. Style perhaps, but definitely no substance.

I've caught Obama fever! Obamamania, Obamarama, Obama, Obama, Obama. (I just pray to God this is clean, renewable electricity I'm feeling.)

Only white guilt could explain the insanely hyperbolic descriptions of Obama's "eloquence." His speeches are a run-on string of embarrassing, sophomoric Hallmark bromides.

In announcing his candidacy last week, Obama confirmed that he believes in "the basic decency of the American people." And let the chips fall where they may!

Obama forthrightly decried "a smallness of our politics" -- deftly slipping a sword into the sides of the smallness-in-politics advocates. (To his credit, he somehow avoided saying, "My fellow Americans, size does matter.")

He took a strong stand against the anti-hope crowd, saying: "There are those who don't believe in talking about hope." Take that, Hillary!

Most weirdly, he said: "I recognize there is a certain presumptuousness in this -- a certain audacity -- to this announcement."

What is so audacious about announcing that you're running for president? Any idiot can run for president.

Dennis Kucinich is running for president. Until he was imprisoned, Lyndon LaRouche used to run for president constantly. John Kerry ran for president. Today, all you have to do is suggest a date by which U.S. forces in Iraq should surrender, and you're officially a Democratic candidate for president.

I have good news for everyone offended by the description of Sen. Barack Obama as “articulate.” He has quickly shed any claim to that label. Indeed, Obama’s remarks this week about American troops killed in Iraq were a bumbling, incoherent mess. You may now refer to him officially as the Inarticulate Barack Obama. (As for judging his current level of cleanliness and brightness, you know that’s Joe Biden’s milieu.)

Obama's Blog Problem

It appears John Edwards isn't the only one with a blog problem.

A blogger's rant calling for Hillary Rodham Clinton's death - and posted on one of Sen. Barack Obama's campaign Web sites yesterday - came as her security has been being dramatically beefed up, The Post has learned.

The Secret Service was alerted to the twisted item, which was on the Obama blog page for about seven hours before being yanked.

"You're too black for whites and too white for blacks," read the post, which went up at 8:59 a.m. "But please put up a good fight for us - and if you get a chance to shove a pillow over Hillary's face and smother her to death before the primaries, 20 black-eyed virgins will wait on you in paradise."

The sick note, which misspelled Obama's first name as "Barrack," also blasted the Illinois senator, saying he's a "politician who hasn't had experience wrestling in filth with the great whores in Washington."

Australia PM: Al-Qaeda Praying for Obama Win

Hmm. He's not even on the Clinton payroll.

In a strongly worded foray into US politics today, Mr Howard said an Obama victory in the presidential election would be disastrous for the war on terrorism.

"I think he's wrong. I think that will just encourage those who want to completely destabilise and destroy Iraq, and create chaos and a victory for the terrorists to hang on and hope for an Obama victory," Mr Howard said on Channel 9.

"If I were running al-Qaeda in Iraq, I would put a circle around March 2008 and be praying as many times as possible for a victory not only for Obama but also for the Democrats."

As Allahpundit points out, Howard notes March 2008, which is the date Obama wants troops out of Iraq.

Senator Obama has introduced a bill to remove US combat forces from Iraq by March 31 next year - but the legislation has virtually no chance of becoming law while George W Bush is president, and the presidential election is not until November 2008.

However you want to frame the argument, you know our enemies are rooting for the Democrat, whoever it may be.

Prophet Obama Declares Candidacy

The masses swoon as the articulate candidate invokes Lincoln. Honestly, I think the guy peaked weeks ago, but anything that gets Anna Nicole Smith off my television is a welcome diversion.

Democrat Barack Obama declared himself a candidate Saturday for the White House in 2008, evoking Abraham Lincoln's ability to unite a nation and promising to lead a new generation as the country's first black president.

The first-term senator announced his candidacy from the state capital where he began his elective career just 10 years ago, and in front of the building where in another century, Lincoln served eight years in the Illinois Legislature.

My only advice is this: The Pantsuit and her crowd play rough. Good luck.

Absurd AP Headline of the Day

When you see such a headline, one thinks perhaps the Democrats have grown a spine and realize we need to get the job done in Iraq:

Democrats seek tougher action on Iraq.

Not quite. By tougher measures, they mean cutting off funds as soon as possible.

WASHINGTON - Tired of waiting for an opportunity to try to stop the war in Iraq, some Democrats say they want to use legislation approving billions of dollars in war spending to insist that President Bush not send more troops.

Others want to use the spending measure to bring the troops home by a certain date.

OK, so they want to spend billions to not fight? What do they plan to do with it? Buy lots of white flags so they can show our good intentions?

All the cowards are lined up for this one.

"The longer we delay taking action, the greater the failure in Iraq and the larger the cost in American blood and treasure," said Sen. Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., who supports legislation that would cap the number of troops allowed in Iraq.

I support a cap on the number of waitresses the Sandwich King is allowed to assault.

Meanwhile, Saint Barack wants definitive timetables. Being such a military expert, he clearly knows our enemies will lay down their arms when we leave by a specific date. He's fresh, clean, exciting, and braindead.

Sen. Barack Obama said he would push his legislation ordering troops out of Iraq by March 2008.

"This is not a symbolic vote," Obama, D-Ill., said of his proposal, which is backed by two House Democrats. "This is what I think has the best chance of bringing our troops home."

True, it's not symbolic. It's totally idiotic. A regular groundswell, with two House members supporting it.

Now what would a story on fecklessness be without hearing from our boy Lerch?

Sen. John Kerry, who drafted a similar proposal, said Congress' actions will be watched carefully by voters headed to the polls in 2008.

"If the Congress is going to procrastinate, if they refuse to debate the most important issue of our time ... then that is going to be clear issue in the context of '08," said Kerry, D-Mass.

Forget about winning, doing the right thing, and protecting ourselves well into the future. It's all about the next election.

Obama, Pantsuit to Skip Early Debates?

I figure Obama doesn't want to get down and dirty, being he's all clean and fresh. As for the The Pantsuit, she's strictly on script and is busy having a dialogue or a chat with some focus-group pollsters, carefully measuring every word before it's uttered for public consumption by the great unwashed.

Obama, Clinton May Skip Early Debates

First, the Democratic National Committee is soon going to call the campaigns together to try to limit the debates. But that may not work. "It will not stop other organizations from holding debates," a DNC source admitted.

More importantly, however, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton may just say no. They might do the unthinkable and just refuse to show up.

Early debates are helpful to second- and third-tier candidates because those candidates need publicity.

But what do front-runners get from debates? Nothing but risk. They already have publicity. To the top tier, early debates are a negative, an ordeal, a chance for the rest of the pack to nip them in their rear ends.

Aren't debates the "music of democracy," however, a chance for the public to learn about important issues of our day?

The campaign is already too long and it's probably better to skip them until the fall anyway, as people just aren't tuned in until later in the process. Besides, if these two are to be taken seriously, why not wait until the carnival sideshow acts like Dennis Kucinich fall by the wayside?

Frankly, after hearing their comments from the DNC meeting last week, neither strike me as great orators, nor all that innovative on the issues. They're standard far-left Democrats, and the less I hear from them, the better for my sanity.
