Last Friday.... after the Assembly voted to engross the Budget Repair Bill, Hintz turned to a female colleague, Rep. Michelle Litjens and said: "You are F***king dead!"Doubtful. He's a Democrat and they aren't accountable for a damn thing.
New tone, indeed. Will he be held accountable?
It hasn't been a good week for Hintz. He was also linked with a prostitution investigation.
Appleton police say a municipal citation they issued to state Rep. Gordon Hintz earlier this month is connected to a prostitution investigation involving an Appleton massage parlor.
The 37-year-old Oshkosh Democrat was arrested Feb. 10 and cited the next day under a city sexual misconduct ordinance. He is scheduled to appear April 27 in front of an Outagamie County court commissioner.

Even though the guy seems to be a real piece of work, I'd rather have proof via a recording or at least a statement from the young lady or someone nearby that heard it.

What a sad story about Mr. Hintz. I hope it has a happy ending.
