The fall of Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi after a NATO bombing campaign and a six-month civil war would represent a significant foreign policy victory for President Obama.These people have no shame.
Despite opposition and heavy criticism from lawmakers in both parties, Obama authorized U.S. forces to back up the NATO mission without seeking authorization from Congress.
Obama also took hits from lawmakers who said the U.S. should never have taken a back-up roll in the mission.
It now appears Obama will preside over the end of Gadhafi’s reign.
We don't even know what will happen tonight, let alone tomorrow, next week or next month in Libya.
But it's a "win" for Obama, and that's all that matters.

There is some question for how successful these rebels have actually been in "winning".
If taking Tripoli is just a prelude to the insurrgency being crushed then do the Obamabots recognize and proclaim their messiah to have been a failure?

Yeah, it may just end up being a "win" for Obama like the Shah's fall was a "win" for Jimmy Carter. Or maybe that's Mubarak's fall I'm thinking about, since Egypt definitely seems to be headed down that path.
