CAIR Honcho: Bin Laden Was Like a White Supremacist or Something

It won't be long until they're calling him a member of the Tea Party.

Minority groups have previously suffered in the aftermath of terror attacks or attempted attacks, though most of those incidents have been directed at Muslim-Americans. Ibrahim Hooper, National Communications Director for the Council on American-Islamic Relations, said those incidents are not indicative of the American people and any belief by bin Laden that he could prompt widespread violence in such a way between any groups was a "fantasy."

"I think the viewpoint reflects more of a Neo-Nazi, white supremacist outlook on American whites than anything based in reality," he said. "I think it's fantasy based on a fundamental misunderstanding of American society."

A rather strange take for a guy who leads a group linked to terrorists.

Somali Woman Claims Bias Attack, FBI Springs Into Action

Pardon me if I call BS on this. Why? CAIR is involved, that's why.

A Muslim group says a 20-year-old Somali immigrant reported being attacked with pepper spray outside an Ohio mosque, and that the attacker told her to leave the country.

The FBI says it will likely open a civil rights investigation.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations said the attack happened Monday afternoon near the Abubaker Siddique Islamic Center, according to CBS affiliate WBNS.

Saida Said, 20, told authorities that she first noticed a man who appeared to be watching and following her, the station reported.

"I had a bad feeling about the man while I was driving," she said. "He looked at me in a very strange way."

According to Said, the man followed her to the Islamic Center, where he got out of his vehicle and approached her.

"He just started yelling at me, cursing me out," she told WBNS. "Saying he's going to kill me, and saying, 'I'm going to kill all of you, all you guys. Tell the Muslims to go back from wherever they are from.'"

Said, who was wearing traditional Islamic attire, said the man then used pepper spray on her.

"He took the spray and just sprayed it all over me," she said. "Like, all over me. My whole eyes, my whole face, everything."

It's just too convenient that this is already big news in Iran, where they routinely hang and stone women. It's just making news here yet Iran TV already has interviews with "experts" from North America discussing it. Something stinks here, and it's got CAIR's fingerprints all over it.

Press TV: Many thanks for joining us here on Press TV sir. Many say that this is an isolated incident, but is Islamophobia on the rise in North America on the whole?

Zafar Bangash: This attack on this Somali immigrant woman is certainly not an isolated incident. There are so many documented attacks on Muslims in the United States that it defies the imagination. Not only is Islamophobia on the rise, but it has taken a really vicious form in the sense that Muslims are being attacked in the mosques. The US FBI, the secret service, even sends its own agents into mosques to provoke people. So, in fact there is a concerted campaign against Muslims in the United States.

Press TV: Right now you said the Islamophobia is on the rise. What are the underlying reasons that you would point out for the worsening of the situation?

Bangash: Well, first of all the main reason of course is that the United States is involved in a number of wars in the Muslim world (in Iraq, in Afghanistan and it is now extending its war to Pakistan). It is threatening Iran and it is also backing the Zionist entity in attacking the Palestinian people and also instigating trouble in Lebanon. So whatever we tell we see that the United States armed forces are involved in aggression against Muslims. Now they have to therefore demonize Muslims in order to justify their policies vis-à-vis their own people. That is one aspect of it. The other is of course that the United States is currently facing very serious economic problems. Financially, the US is virtually on the verge of bankruptcy. So how does it justify billions of dollars of military expenditure to its own people than there are an estimated 44 million in the United States living below the poverty line. There are millions of people that are living in tents, because they cannot afford homes. The infrastructure is crumbling. So, they have to therefore demonize the Muslims inside the United States as well to scare them, to create this environment of paranoia, to tell them that they have enemies within. And therefore, the US government needs to spend these hundreds of billions of dollars on wars abroad and billions of dollars inside the United States on intelligence gathering, on targeting Muslims and indulging in all these scare-mongering tactics.

All seems so very coordinated. But of course our media will ignore that angle and run with screaming headlines of rampant "Islamophobia" and CAIR will be given a free pass.

There what's alleged to be a surveillance video here, although I have no idea what it's supposed to show other than people pulling in and out of a parking lot.

For a "Somali immigrant" she sure as heck doesn't sound like one:



Just a thought, but if she doesn't want to be "harrassed," why not try to assimilate and not walk around in a beekeeper costume?

Peter King Plans Hearings on Radical Islam

The unindicted terror co-conspirators at CAIR hardest hit.

In the days following 9/11, I made several television and radio appearances supporting American Muslims, saying that they had nothing to do with the attacks and were as loyal and patriotic as any Americans. I particularly warned that we could not do to Muslims what was done to Japanese-Americans after Pearl Harbor.

Even today I cannot begin to describe the disappointment, anger and outrage I felt when, barely a month after those attacks that killed so many hundreds of Long Islanders, prominent Long Island Muslim leaders were insisting there was no evidence that al-Qaida was responsible for the attacks - even saying it could have been the CIA, the FBI or the Zionists!

Even more troubling is that to this day, no Muslim leader has denounced those vile remarks. Nor did Newsday say a word about these slanders - no moral outrage or condemnation. No demand for an apology or even an explanation.

As I became more immersed in attempting to unravel the radical Islamic threat to our nation and our civilization, it became more and more obvious to me that the moral myopia of Long Island's Muslim leaders and their apologists in the media was the rule - and that there were few exceptions.

Federal and local law enforcement officials throughout the country told me they received little or - in most cases - no cooperation from Muslim leaders and imams.

This noncooperation was perilous enough in the years following 9/11, when the main Islamist threat to the homeland emanated from overseas. Fortunately, that aspect of the jihadist threat has subsided because of the effective counterterrorism infrastructure constructed by the Bush administration. Some Bush policies, such as sharing and receiving intelligence with and from our allies, were relatively non-controversial. Others such as enhanced interrogations, wiretapping foreign terrorists phoning into the United States, the prison at Guantánamo, and monitoring terrorist financial transactions were routinely condemned - but all were necessary and effective.

Al-Qaida has adjusted to this new reality and is recruiting Muslims living legally in the United States - homegrown terrorists who have managed to stay under the anti-terror radar screen. This is why the hearings I will hold next year are so critical.

In the past 15 months we saw Najibullah Zazi, who was raised and educated in Queens, attempt to attack the New York City subway system with liquid explosives, using skills he learned in terrorist training camps in Afghanistan. We learned about Zazi by chance when his name came up on a wiretap. The case was almost compromised when a Queens imam - ostensibly cooperating with the New York City Police Department - tipped off Zazi.

Then there was Nidal Hasan, the Army major accused in the murder of 13 innocent people at Fort Hood last year. And Faisal Shahzad, an American citizen trained in Pakistan, who attempted to detonate a car bomb in Times Square in May. There have also been the recent arrests of homegrown Muslim terrorists in Texas, Chicago, Virginia, Riverdale, North Jersey, San Diego and Portland, Ore.

And on and on it goes. Naturally, that slob Dougie Hooper is whining like a stuck pig.

A spokesman for the Washington, D.C.-based CAIR said he fears King’s hearings will become an anti-Muslim witch hunt.

“We’re concerned that it’ll become a new McCarthy-type hearing,” said the spokesman, Ibrahim Hooper.

Aww, poor guy.

Beheading Is Crazy, Unless You're a Muslim

In yet another example of the double standards of the times we live in, a part-time actor who beheaded his mother and was arrested has been sent for psychiatric evaluation. When was the last time you heard of psychiatric evaluations of followers of the most infamous religion known for head chopping?

When cops arrived to the scene around 2:20 AM, officers say Brea was clutching the bible. Cops ultimately had to use a taser to subdue the actor. Brea was taken to a nearby hospital for a psychiatric evaluation with a police escort.

I guess not enough Christians have cut off enough heads for it to be considered normal behavior. God help us if all of sudden the brain trust at the Department of Justice decide to order psyche evaluations for the Club Gitmo guests. Don't you dare insinuate that a follower of the Religion of Peace® is crazy. CAIR would have you on a spit over an open flame so fast you wouldn't even have time to let the words finish echoing.

I guess those folks clutching a Bible and a gun aren't the big threat after all.

Pork: The New Hate Crime

How long until pork is outlawed altogether, just to avoid offending the delicate sensibilities of our Muslim overlords?

Like protests such as "Everybody Draw Mohammad Day," some Americans are needling what they perceive to be an over-sensitive Muslim population with acts that – to non-Muslims – seem relatively tame. In the process, they are exposing the vast difference between what is considered acceptable by the measures of American free speech and by the believers of Islam.

"These are not hate crimes, but they're expressions of intolerance, really," says David Schanzer, director of the Triangle Center on Terrorism and Homeland Security at Duke and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. "I think a lot of this is generated by a lack of understanding, anger about 9/11, and a great deal of misinformation about Muslims in America and Islam, all of which is in plentiful abundance on the Internet and on blogs."
Pork as a weapon

According to the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), attacks on mosques, cases of Americans burning and even shotgun-blasting Qurans, and personal confrontations on streets have ticked up in recent months. Such claims are hard to quantify, experts say, because more people may simply be reporting incidents that went unheeded in the past.

Of course those nice folks from CAIR, the unindicted terrorist co-conspirators, would never make any of this up, right? Of course when it comes to the media, these folks hold more sway that tea partiers.

Building Bridges: Unindicted Terror Co-Conspirators Call Boehner 'Un-American'

Call a fat slob like Dougie Hooper or any Democrat "un-American" and it's practically the end of the world. Yet the group he heads, an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land case, gets to run around calling the leader of the House GOP un-American and the media doesn't even blink an eye. That's what it's come to, folks. Disagree with the left or an Islamist and you're un-American. Yet they scratch their heads wondering why they're in such a distinct minority and why they'll pay severely at the polls for dividing Americans.

An Islamic organization is urging its supporters to contact House Minority Leader John Boehner's office to object to his stance on the Lower Manhattan mosque, calling his stance "un-American."

The Cincinnati chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) said that Boehner's (R-Ohio) opposition of the planned Islamic center two blocks from the site of the 9/11 terrorist attacks is "offensive and deeply disturbing," Cincinnati.com reported.

“By stating that building a mosque to accommodate American Muslim worshipers a few blocks away from the site of the 9/11 attacks is somehow wrong Congressman Boehner is implying that American Muslims bear collective guilt for those attacks," the group said in a statement. "This is offensive and disturbing especially in a nation that places so much importance in the rule of law.

"To imply collective guilt on whole groups of people when one or a few members of that group commit crimes is entirely un-American," it added.

Republicans and Democrats have both been put on the defensive ever since the debate over the Islamic center became a national political firestorm.

Boehner drew the ire of CAIR for disapproving of President Obama's comments on the facility ten days ago. Obama said that he backs the rights of the organizers to build the proposed Park51 center, citing religious freedom. But he later clarified he was not commenting on the "wisdom" of its location.

The Ohio Republican responded that the president was out of touch with public opinion on the issue.

The American people certainly don't support it," Boehner said. "The fact that someone has the right to do something doesn't necessarily make it the right thing to do ... This is not an issue of law, whether religious freedom or local zoning. This is a basic issue of respect for a tragic moment in our history."

'Their Offer to Put Me in the Back is Humiliating'

Sorry, sister, but company rules are company rules. You don't want to follow them then there are plenty of folks willing to take your job.

A Muslim woman is suing Disneyland, accusing the company's California theme park of discrimination for telling her she could not serve customers if she chose to wear a headscarf.

Imane Boudal, 26, asked her employers at Disneyland's Grand Californian Hotel several months ago whether they would permit her to wear a headcovering while working as a hostess, a spokeswoman for a worker's union said.

But when no reply was forthcoming, she decided to don the headscarf anyway, timing her decision with the beginning of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, Leigh Shelton, a spokesman for the UNITE HERE Local 11 union said.

"Disney told Boudlal that if she wanted to work as a hostess she had to remove her hijab because it did not comply with the 'Disney Look,'" Shelton said in a statement.

"Disney further advised Boudlal that if she refused to remove her hijab, she could either work a back-of-the-house position where any customers would not see her, or else go home."

Boudlal refused the compromise and is now bringing Disney before the US Equal Opportunity Commission, a federal agency that handles claims of workplace discrimination.

"Their offer to put me in the back is humiliating," she said in a statement. "They're saying because I'm Arab, because I'm Moroccan, because I'm Muslim, they don't want to see me in the front."

Boo-hoo. Before long we'll be hearing comparisons to Rosa Parks.

Actually what they're saying is their have their own company policy and are free to set the rules.

Naturally, the unindicted terror co-conspirators from CAIR rushed to her defense.

The local branch of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, an advocacy group, said it had sent a letter to Disney demanding that the firm accommodate Boudlal.

"There is no justification for Disney's refusal to allow Ms Boudlal to wear her headscarf at work," said Ameena Mirza Qazi, deputy executive director and staff attorney at the group.

Sure there is. They're a private company. Why does CAIR not understand this?

Stunner: Islamists Oppose Airport Body Scanners

The usual suspects from the Islamic Society of North America and their terror-loving supporters from CAIR. In my opinion they have two choices. They can opt not to fly or they can shut the eff up.

A group of Muslim scholars says it supports airline safety, but it is "deeply concerned" about the use of airport scanners that show nude images of the human body.

“The Fiqh Council of North America (FCNA) emphasizes that a general and public use of such scanners is against the teachings of Islam, natural law and all religions and cultures that stand for decency and modesty,” the group said in a Feb. 10 statement posted at Islam Online.

"It is a violation of clear Islamic teachings that men or women be seen naked by other men and women," FCNA explained. The group noted that Islam emphasizes modesty, considering it part of the faith. "The Qur'an has commanded the believers, both men and women, to cover their private parts" and to be modest in their dress.

While exceptions can be made in cases of "extreme necessity," FCNA indicated that passenger body scans do not rise to that level.

FCNA is asking for changes in scanner software so the machines will produce only body outlines. In the meantime, the group says Muslim travelers should choose pat-down searches over scanner images – in cases where searches are necessary.

The Fiqh Council of North America is an affiliate of the Islamic Society of North America, which advises and educates its members and officials “on matters related to the application of Shari’ah (Islamic law) in their individual and collective lives in the North American environment.”

Funny how they never mention anything about the wanton slaughter of the innocent in their "sacred" teachings.

Holder's Terror Pals

Yes, I realize even mentioning this is Islamophobic.

The Justice Department has named CAIR an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror-finance case in US history -- the Holy Land Foundation trial, which ended last year with convictions on all 108 counts. And the FBI last year cut off formal ties to CAIR and its national leaders as well as all 30 branch offices across the country.

That the FBI maintained formal relations with CAIR for years is itself a scandal -- but at least the bureau, unlike other federal officials, has seen the light. Sen. Chuck Schumer is demanding the FBI's anti-CAIR ban "be government-wide policy."

But Attorney General Eric Holder hasn't gotten the message. He plans to speak on Nov. 19 to a Detroit coalition of law enforcement and Muslim groups. The event lists the local CAIR chapter as a participant -- which is bizarre, because the chapter head recently rushed to defend a radical CAIR-tied imam killed in a shootout with FBI agents.

Meanwhile, the media's courtship with CAIR continues apace. In the wake of the Fort Hood killings CNN, PBS, Fox, MSNBC and other networks immediately put CAIR's leaders on the air -- where they predictably insisted the attack had nothing to do with Islam and warned that any "Islamophobes" who make that obvious connection are inviting violent "backlash" against Muslims.

Ironically, a top CAIR official was a member of a terror cell linked to Aulaqi, who also counted some of the 9/11 terrorists and Maj. Hasan in his flock. Aulaqi met with members of the Virginia Jihad Network, which trained to kill our soldiers in Afghanistan.

The group's ringleader, Ismail Royer, worked out of CAIR's national headquarters.

The terrorists were later convicted, and one of their confederates, an al Qaeda sleeper, was busted plotting to assassinate President Bush. Royer himself cut a deal, pleading to a lesser, related weapons charge in exchange for his cooperation. But he's not cooperating: Frustrated prosecutors recently branded him an "inveterate liar" in one filing.

Yet CAIR national spokesman Ibrahim Hooper is heading efforts to spring Royer, his protégé, from prison, where he's serving 20 years.

Federal prosecutors now agree that, far from being a benign nonprofit, CAIR is the spearhead of an anti-American conspiracy to support terrorism and institutionalize Saudi-style rule in America. And they warn in court filings that its participation in that conspiracy is "ongoing."

The media elite are now expressing shock that the military and government officials turned a blind eye to Hasan and his extremist connections. The real shock is that this elite continues to legitimize a group that has similar ties.

You know there's a serious problem when we're on the same page as Charles Schumer. Why this terror-supporting gang hasn't been outlawed is a mystery.

Layers and Layers of Denial

The attempted arrest and subsequent shooting of Luqman Ameen Abdullah by FBI agents in Detroit this week has once again picked at a scab that has for too long has been covering a festering sore in America's culture. The issue is the radical ideology of prison converts to Islam in this country.

In the wake of this recent event we have now found out Luqman was an acquaintance of one Jamil Al-Amin, formerly known as H. Rap Brown, one of the founders of the original Black Panthers in this country.

Ummah believes that a separate Islamic state in the U.S. would be controlled by Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin, formerly known as H. Rap Brown, who is serving a life sentence in a federal prison in Colorado for shooting two police officers in Georgia in 2000, Leone said.

What else has been uncovered in all of this is an unholy alliance between several prominent Muslim groups in this country and their association with various radical groups, which all have a history of violence or at the very least advocating violence?

To understand this connection you have to understand the life of Al-Amin/Rap Brown. Daniel Pipes does an excellent job of this in a piece he wrote in 2001, shortly after the arrest of Al-Amin for the murder of an Atlanta policeman and the wounding of another while they were attempting to serve an arrest warrant on him.

In 2000, four leading Muslim organizations - CAIR, the AMC, ISNA and the Muslim American Society - issued a joint statement: "The charges against Imam Jamil are especially troubling because they are inconsistent with what is known of his moral character and past behavior as a Muslim." Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam visited Al-Amin in his jail cell, as did CAIR's executive director.

CAIR is well known for their grievance-mongering on the behalf of Muslims, normally with the accompanying faux outrage, that is so typical of their tactics.

ISNA and MAS (Muslim American Society) are powerful presences on college campuses through their student organizations and have been very successful in bullying college administrations into dropping invitations for speakers or events that they feel are pro-Israel.

These organizations are also the very same ones that many law enforcement agencies and our government turn to when seeking advice on how to be sensitive to Muslim society. Just like ACORN has been able to infiltrate the highest levels of government and gain credibility, so too have these Muslim organizations. The danger here, while similar, is far more serious. While ACORN is interested in simply bilking taxpayers out billions of dollars to promote a socialist political agenda, these Muslim groups wish to impose their version of Islamic utopia through the use of sharia law. Both are equally dangerous and both have proven their ability to get officials elected to the highest level.

CAIR has a Congressman--Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) and ACORN has the president, along with quite a few Congressmen.

By tapping into and promoting a sense of hatred against American institutions through the use of these jailhouse converts, these various Muslim groups give themselves at least one level of separation and thus what is commonly known as plausible deniability. The target audience of both ACORN and the Muslim groups is the African-American community who continue to cling to their feelings of oppression and a sense of victimhood that is reinforced by these groups, which is then exploited by them for their goals.

What we have is a very complex problem that is going to have to be addressed. It is time for people in positions of power to start calling out these groups and recognizing the threat they pose to our republic. It is time for the African-American community to shed the shackles of victimhood and to quit being used by these groups to attain their goals and not the goals of the African-American community.

Who will have the stones on the national stage to stand up and say we will no longer be tools of these groups, or will they continue to be cowed into submission by their fear of speaking up? Will our leaders continue to be puppets of these groups or are they willing to speak truth to power?

Or do those in power, who owe their current position to these groups, instead want to continue to reinforce the power of these groups because in the end they don't disagree with them, rather they feel it is their job to obtain the objectives these groups espouse?

Someone, somewhere, sometime once said "You are either for us or you are against us."

Chicago CAIR Rushes to Defend Child Killer

She can wear her hijab to the death chamber, which is where she should be headed, after a fair trial, of course. The woman is accused of killing a 2-year-old child by beating her to death. I absolutely despise child molesters and abusers.

Nour Hadid is accused of beating her 2-year-old niece Bhia Hadid to death over four days at her home on the 9000 block of West 140th Street. The child had 55 separate bruises and was beaten "from head to toe," according to prosecutors, who say Hadid confessed.

CAIR is jumping in here about the police making her remove her hijab for the mug shot when it appears they really don't know the facts in the case. It is just typical CAIR, and most liberal groups reactions. Jump in, feign outrage and then make the facts fit your argument.

Spokesmen for the Council on Islamic American Relations, the Islamic Society of North America and the Bridgeview Mosque Foundation all declined to comment Thursday.

But Dr. Mohammed Sahloul, chairman of the Council of Islamic Organizations of Chicago, said that while police should follow the usual procedures with all defendants, "they should respect the modesty of the accused."

Sahloul, who made it clear he was not aware of the Hadid case and was speaking in general terms about the hijab, pointed out that Muslim women are allowed to wear hijabs in photos for their state IDs.

And what is up with allowing women to wear a body bag for a state ID? That is like letting Jason wear his hockey mask for drivers license.

Well, I hope putting her picture here causes her some more embarrassment, although I can't think of anything that is more embarrassing then being a member of a religion founded by a pedophile who advocates the stoning of women as something to pass the time in between marriages to their next child bride.

The police booking photo of alleged child killer Nour Hadid released Tuesday is an "insult against our religion," says Hadid's husband, Alaeddin.

And your wife is an insult against the human race. I just wonder how long it is before we find out your involvement in all of this.

Terror Supporters Lecture Bloomberg

While we often have our beefs with NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg, we stand by his side when it comes to supporting Israel. His speaking out against terrorism apparently hasn't gone over well with the unindicted terror co-conspirators from CAIR. Apparently these whiners are finding it difficult to get any news coverage (a good sign, indeed) and are reduced to churning out PR releases.

"Mayor Bloomberg's uncritical support of Israel has undermined the local community's efforts to build bridges of mutual understanding between interfaith groups," said Father Khader N. El-Yateem, pastor of Salam Arabic Lutheran Church.

"The mayor represents all New Yorkers," said Network of Arab-American Professionals of New York's co-founder Sarab Al-Jijakli. "Moving forward, we hope Mayor Bloomberg refrains from making unbalanced foreign policy statements that alienate and marginalize the Muslim and Arab-American communities of this city."

Other groups participating in the meeting included the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), the Arab Muslim American Federation, the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), and the Association of Muslim American Lawyers.

The groups called for the establishment of a task force that would provide consultation on issues affecting the New York Muslim and Arab-American communities.

Just what we need. Another task force. Hopefully Bloomberg told them to fuck off.

CAIR: Bush 'Indifferent' to Lives of Americans

Well, at least someone still has George W. Bush to kick around, and it's none other than the terror supporters from CAIR.

A prominent national Islamic civil rights and advocacy group today decried the Bush administration's "apparent indifference" to the dangers faced by the more than 150 American citizens and their family members trapped under Israeli fire in the Gaza Strip.

The Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) questioned why the U.S. government has not demanded that Israel halt its attacks to allow an evacuation of American citizens.

"It is shocking that our own government refuses to ask a nation that receives billions of American tax dollars each year to pause its killing machine long enough to bring U.S. citizens to safety," said CAIR National Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper. "It is imperative that a long-term cease-fire be established to protect all of Gaza's civilian population."

These tools have been lamenting that "Americans" have been "trapped" in Gaza for two weeks and keep making up larger numbers as they go along. Yet they never name any of them.

I wonder why?

CAIR to Condi: Please Help the Children!

The unindicted terror co-conspirators at CAIR continue to churn our their propagandist bilge via the PRNewswire. Apparently fewer media outlets are buying their anti-Israeli drivel.

A prominent national Islamic civil rights and advocacy group today called on Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to help evacuate two American children trapped under Israeli bombardment in the Gaza Strip.

The Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is seeking State Department help for the two American children, ages six and three, whose father gradated from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. The children were born in the District. Friends of the family contacted CAIR seeking help. (Photos of the family are available from CAIR.)

Reached by phone in Gaza, the father said Israeli bombs had fallen as close as 100 feet from the family's house in Beit Hanoun. He said he has been in touch with the U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem, but that no evacuation of American citizens was offered.

An unknown number of other American citizens are similarly vulnerable to Israeli attacks in Gaza. CAIR has attempted to contact American officials in the area.

In a letter to Secretary Rice, CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad wrote: "We ask that you intervene personally to ensure that these American children, and all other U.S. citizens and their accompanying family members, are safely evacuated from areas under Israeli bombardment."

Curious how CAIR fails to name the children or their father. What have they got to hide?

The rest of their release is chock full of slanted media accounts and other alarmist verbiage.

More than 650 Palestinians have already been killed in recent Israeli attacks. Israeli bombs have also targeted mosques, schools, universities, medical personnel, homes, and a Baptist church.

If indeed they have targeted those places, it's simply because that's where the Hamas terrorists are hiding.

Get Ready for a New Round of Grievance Theater: Muslim Family Removed From AirTran Flight

While this appears on first glance as a misunderstanding, expect the unindicted terror co-conspirators from CAIR to crank out the press releases and hold press conferences decrying "Islamophobia" along with lawsuits to be filed.

Officials ordered nine Muslim passengers, including three young children, off an AirTran flight headed to Orlando from Reagan National Airport yesterday afternoon after two other passengers overheard what they thought was a suspicious remark.

Members of the party, all but one of them U.S.-born citizens who were headed to a religious retreat in Florida, were subsequently cleared for travel by FBI agents who characterized the incident as a misunderstanding, an airport official said. But the passengers said AirTran refused to rebook them, and they had to pay for seats on another carrier secured with help from the FBI.

Kashif Irfan, one of the removed passengers, said the incident began about 1 p.m. after his brother, Atif, and his brother's wife wondered aloud about the safest place to sit on an airplane.

"My brother and his wife were discussing some aspect of airport security," Irfan said. "The only thing my brother said was, 'Wow, the jets are right next to my window.' I think they were remarking about safety."

Irfan said he and the others think they were profiled because of their appearance. He said five of the six adults in the party are of South Asian descent, and all six are traditionally Muslim in appearance, with the men wearing beards and the women in headscarves. Irfan, 34, is an anesthesiologist. His brother, 29, is a lawyer. Both live in Alexandria with their families, and both were born in Detroit. They were traveling with their wives, Kashif Irfan's sister-in-law, a friend and Kashif Irfan's three sons, ages 7, 4 and 2.

AirTran spokesman Tad Hutcheson agreed that the incident amounted to a misunderstanding. But he defended AirTran's handling of the incident, which he said strictly followed federal rules. And he denied any wrongdoing on the airline's part.

"At the end of the day, people got on and made comments they shouldn't have made on the airplane, and other people heard them," Hutcheson said. "Other people heard them, misconstrued them. It just so happened these people were of Muslim faith and appearance. It escalated, it got out of hand and everyone took precautions."

Don't expect this to go away any time soon.

"It was an ordeal," said Abdur Razack Aziz, the family friend who was also detained. "Nothing came out of it. It was paranoid people. It was very sad."

Well, any time you have Muslims in traditional garb uttering the word bomb, they should expect a certain reaction. Oh, and here's a stunner: CAIR already already sprung into action.

A source told FOX 5 the Irfans were not allowed on another Airtran plane because while at the gate trying to re-book their flight, someone in the family mentioned Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh and said the word 'bomb'.

The airline says the 95 other passengers on the original flight and all of their luggage had to be taken off the plane and re-screened. The Irfan family was eventually booked on a U.S. Airways flight on New Year's night, and off to a spiritual retreat in Central Florida.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) reports that nine American Muslims were removed from an AirTran Airways flight this afternoon at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and refused re-booking by the airline, despite being cleared by Federal authorities.

That didn't take long. CAIR was already reacting before they got on another flight. The family must have them on speed-dial.

Shocker: CAIR, Muslim Leaders Denounce Al Qaeda

Flying planes into buildings and murdering 2800 people on one morning wasn't enough for them to condemn Al Qaeda. Mass murder, bombings, beheadings, none of that offended them.

So what is it now that they take umbrage with?

Why, dissing The Messiah, of course.

Spiritual leaders of New York's African-American Muslim communities lashed out Friday at a purported al Qaeda message attacking President-elect Barack Obama and, using racist language, comparing him unfavorably to the late Malcolm X.

The imams called the recorded comments from al Qaeda second-in-command Ayman al-Zawahiri "an insult" from people who have "historically been disconnected from the African-American community generally and Muslim African-Americans in particular."

"We find it insulting when anyone speaks for our community instead of giving us the dignity and the honor of speaking for ourselves," they said in a statement read during a news conference at the Malcolm X and Dr. Betty Shabazz Memorial, Educational and Cultural Center.

The al Qaeda statement, an 11-minute, 23-second audio message in Arabic with subtitles in English, appeared on the Internet on Wednesday. Its authenticity has not been confirmed.

The message said Obama represents the "direct opposite of honorable black Americans" like Malcolm X.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations also condemned Zawahiri's comments in a statement issued Thursday.

"As Muslims and as Americans, we will never let terrorist groups or terror leaders falsely claim to represent us or our faith," the statement said. "We once again repudiate al Qaeda's actions, rhetoric and world view and re-state our condemnation of all forms of terrorism and religious extremism."

Sure, they reject all forms of terrorism (wink, wink). So why is it they're always defending terrorists?

Sneaky Backdoor FCC Rule Could Imperil Talk Radio

I hope the folks out there who enjoy talk radio, and hopefully the hosts themselves are aware of this.

They better be. You know the Democrats want to silence debate and would love nothing more than to reimpose the absurd Fairness Doctrine. Knowing that's pretty difficult, they'll certainly be happy to leave it up to the anti-American, terror-supporting scum like CAIR to do their dirty work.

English First warned fans of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Dr. James Dobson and other syndicated talk shows that a proposed FCC regulation would drive their favorite programs off the air.

On January 24, 2008, the FCC published a "Notice of Proposed Rulemaking" in the Federal Register which, if ultimately adopted, would impose a back-door version of the discredited "Fairness Doctrine" upon America's airwaves.

The FCC's proposed regulations claim that radio station "programming -- particularly network programming - often is not sufficiently culturally diverse" and that the FCC seeks "to ensure that broadcasters serve their communities, especially traditionally underserved audiences," such as non-English speakers, whether or not these people actually exist.

Wonderful.

These advisory boards "should include representatives of all segments of the community," a requirement which would empower self-appointed "community leaders," such as representatives of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) or the Center for American Islamic Relations (CAIR), to discourage commercial radio stations from airing discussions of controversial matters such as the costs of illegal immigration or the meaning of jihad.
