President Obama moves one step closer in his efforts to "reset" relations with Russia today. Late this morning the president will sign the new START treaty - what has been the centerpiece of Mr. Obama's disarmament agenda and a major foreign policy priority for the administration - but President Obama will do so with little fanfare.Why is that? When has this megalomaniac ever tried to keep anything on the down low?
Well, at least now he can get back to the more pressing issue keeping Americans anxious: Who's he picking in the Super Bowl?
