It turns out the homicide rate for returning troops is nearly four times less than the national average.

Of course, you can expect the electronic media to run with this story without bothering to check the facts. I imagine the Democrat candidates for president will also be spouting this nonsense by this afternoon, all with crocodile tears flowing.
