"This 'RIP KanyeWest' topic is not funny and its NOT TRUE!"

I'ma gonna tell ya. Kanye West isn't dead, apparently.
'RIP Kanye West' is still the top trending topic on the micro-blogging site Twitter hours after someone made up an unscrupulous rumor that Kanye West died in a car crash. His alleged 'death' was also the top Google search in the USA in the early hours of this morning. West's girlfriend Amber Rose put rumors to rest saying the rapper is alive and well, writing on Twitter: "This 'RIP KanyeWest' topic is not funny and its NOT TRUE! He has people like myself and his family that love him very much."

She continued, "Its in extreme poor taste to have that as a trendy topic. It's totally disrespectful to make up a story like this we're all human."

"And we all make mistakes and to say someone died cuz of a mistake is ridiculous. You wouldn't want someone to say that about you," she wrote on Twitter.

Even hours after the initial hoax rumor started, many people are re-tweeting that Taylor Swift killed him with her moon man.
Somehow this must be raaaaacist.

Feeling the Love: 'Kanye West is the biggest piece of shit on earth. Quote me'

Massive tool Kanye West gets destroyed by some female singers.
“I’ve seen you do some pretty shitty things, but you just keep amazing me with your tactless, asshole ways. It’s absolutely fascinating how much I don’t like you. I like everyone. I even like my asshole ex that cheated on me over you… which is pretty odd since I don’t even personally know you,” Clarkson wrote on her IAmKelly blog. “The best part of this evening is that you weren’t even up for THIS award and yet you still have a problem with the outcome. Is winning a moon man that much of a life goal?? You can have mine if it will shut you up. Is it that important, really??” Clarkson was nominated in the Best Female Video category last night, but added that she was “excited” when Swift was named the winner.

Pink, who also lost in the Best Female Video category, reportedly had to be restrained by security from approaching West after his rant. Unable to lash out in person, Pink instead turned to her Twitter to attack Kanye, MTV reports. “Kanye West is the biggest piece of shit on earth. Quote me,” Pink wrote. “My heart goes out to Taylor Swift. She is a sweet and talented girl and deserved her moment.”

American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert wrote on his Twitter, “Kanye needs to chill. He freaks out every year. It ain’t that deep man,” while Danny Gokey simply used Kanye’s words against him, writing “How could you be so heartless?” Katy Perry was less subtle in her tweet, posting “Fuck U Kanye. It’s like u stepped on a kitten.” Kings of Leon’s Nathan Followill said, “We lost damnit. Maybe next year. At least we got to see the worst haircut since 1984 try to steal the spotlight from lovely Taylor Swift.”
Ouch.

Believe it or not this douchebag West is schedule to be on Jay Leno's primetime premier tonight. Good reason to watch football.

Kanye West, Massive Tool

Is there a bigger asshole on the planet than Kanye West? Not likely.
MTV wants Sunday’s conflict between Kanye West and Taylor Swift to be viewed in only two places: on its TV channel and on its Web site.

At the network’s Video Music Awards, Mr. West, who has a history of televised outbursts, “once again took umbrage when the awards process didn’t go the way he wanted it to,” as the Associated Press put it. When Ms. Swift accepted the award for Best Female Video, Mr. Kanye jumped on stage and told the audience, “Taylor, I’m really happy for you, and I’m gonna let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.” Ms. Swift looked stunned; the crowd began to boo. “The television broadcast cut away to a wide shot of the stage, and then to a taped segment featuring the comedian Tracy Morgan,” Dave Itzkoff of The New York Times says.

But what about the viewers who didn’t catch the moment live on MTV? Many went to YouTube, the world’s largest video sharing Web site, where they tried to find copies of the video clip. But MTV’s parent company Viacom — which is embroiled in a long-running $1 billion lawsuit with YouTube — engaged in a game of media whack-a-mole, flagging illicit copies of the videos almost as soon as they appeared.

Imbecile Rapper: 'South Park Murdered Me Last Night and It's Pretty Funny'

Apparently he's a dope, or is dope, but doesn't want to be a dope.

Or something like that. Translation may be necessary.
Kanye West has told fans he's working on playing down his "crazy ego" after being ridiculed in a new episode of "South Park."

In a blog on his official site, Kanyeuniversecity.com, the 31-year-old rapper wrote: "South Park murdered me last night and it's pretty funny. It hurts my feelings but what can you expect."

The episode of the merciless Comedy Central cartoon, entitled "Fishsticks," has a character based on West attempt to tap into his "genius" superpowers to solve a schoolyard joke that only he doesn't find funny.

Famous for his over-the-top rants and temper tantrums, West finally appears to have seen the error of his egotistical ways. "The crazy ego is played out at this point in my life and career," he blogged, adding, "I just wanna be a doper person which starts with me not always telling people how dope I think I am. I need to just get past myself."
Speaking coherent English would be a nice starting point.

Here's a snippet lifted off YouTube. Language warning.

'Yo, Why Won't You Let Me be Great?'

Looks like Bush-hating crackpot Kanye West could use a little cyber-security.
"Somebody has been hacking into my MySpace, and somebody's actually hacked into my personal G-mail account." The hip-hopper is peeved over a rumor that he was interested in starring in a bisexual porno film. "Yo, why won't you let me be great?" he asks of the unknown hackers and rumormongers. "I just gave the performance of my lifetime for our new president . . . Please, I beg you, give me a break! Just let me be great!"
Who knows, maybe that rumored porno flick will include him publicly fellating his hero, the new president.

Celebrity Obama Supporter and Famed Bush Hater Busted at LAX

What's wrong with this guy?
Kanye West and a bodyguard flipped out yesterday and attacked two photographers at LA International Airport, smashing one of their cameras in a rampage caught on videotape, cops said.

West, 31, and his goon were arrested on a felony vandalism charge, officials said. The rapper, who posted $20,000 bail, is to appear in court on Oct. 2, according to LA County Sheriff records.

The incident started when a freelance photographer snapped West at LAX as he and Don Crowley, who also serves as his road manager, approached their Honolulu-bound, 7:50 a.m. flight, an airport spokeswoman said.
West, of course, if famous for his unhinged rant against George W. Bush during the benefit for Hurricane Katrina back in 2005.

Hopefully he'll be appearing on the campaign trail with his good pal Barack Obama, who recently changed Kanye's life.
Also backstage after the speech was Kanye West, who said, according to several media accounts, "It changed my life." Earlier in the week, Kanye admitted that he wished his late mother, Donda West, could have been around to see Obama's historic presidential run. "It's an incredible time to be around. I wish my momma could have seen this day."
I guess the change has turned to rage.

GQ Standards Hit Rock Bottom

Someone at GQ either drank the Ron Paul Koolaid or is just having some fun.

I suspect it's the latter.

More here.
"And his supporters (and admittedly, there are some real conspiracy-minded moonbats among them) have rewarded Paul for his courageousness, to the tune of more than $5 million in campaign contributions in the third quarter -- about the same as John McCain has raised. It isn't a revolution, but Ron Paul's candidacy serves as a reminder that electoral politics needn't be a joyless march to a clothespin vote. It can be daring and kind of kooky, too," GQ says.
Some of their other low-rent nominees include Bill Clinton and Kanye West.

H/T: insanity police.

Public Tunes Out Live Earth

After all the relentless hype, it appears the overwhelming majority of people ignored The Goracle and his silly propaganda-fest.

I'll admit I tuned in briefly late Saturday and watch a little of The Police at Giants Stadium, but as soon as the idiot Kanye West came out and started babbling, that was it for me.
The Live Earth concert promoted by former Vice President Al Gore received plenty of media coverage and hype, but most Americans tuned out. Just 22% said they followed news stories about the concert Somewhat or Very Closely. Seventy-five percent (75%) did not follow coverage of the event.

By way of comparison, eight-in-ten voters routinely said they were following news coverage of the recent Senate debate over immigration. Fifty-four percent (54%) said they followed news coverage of the President’s decision to commute Scooter Libby’s sentence.

Skepticism about the participants may have been a factor in creating this low level of interest. Most Americans (52%) believe the performers take part in such events because it is good for their image. Only 24% say the celebrities really believe in the cause while another 24% are not sure. One rock star who apparently shared that view is Matt Bellamy of the band Muse. Earlier in the week, he jokingly referred to Live Earth as "private jets for climate change."
At one of the venues in Johannesburg, South Africa, organizers lamely blamed -- get this -- climate change, for the weak turnout.
Officials at Live Earth Johannesburg have blamed the effects of climate change for poor audience attendance at Saturday's (07Jul07) South African event. Organiser John Langford believes extremely cold weather in the region - it snowed last week (ends06Jul07) for the first time in a quarter of a century - kept people away from the concert, which starred Joss Stone, UB40, Angelique Kidjo and Baaba Maal. Speaking before the event, Langford said, "We're expecting 10,000 here tonight. It's a bit chilly, and we've had a strange winter... is it climate change? We had snow in Jo'burg last week for the first time in 25 years." But critics have blamed poor publicity for the weak turn-out.
Very weak.
