An Image Too Disturbing to Contemplate

Out of an interest to our readers we decline to show you such an unsettling image. Of course, none is avavlable, but Photo-shopped entries are subtley encouraged.
A new bio of Barney Frank has lots of interesting little revelations, but none is quite so jarring as the image of a young Barney stripping down and covering his upper body with shaving cream, as per POLITICO’s Victoria McGrane, who read an advance copy.

At the time (1965), Frank was a Harvard graduate student and popular resident tutor in Winthrop House, an undergraduate residence. Around Christmas, Frank dressed for a skit in which he covered himself from the waist up in shaving cream, according to Stuart Weisberg’s “Barney Frank: The Story of America’s Only Left-Handed, Gay, Jewish Congressman.”

The mischievous streak was present back in high school, when the New Jersey-bred Frank showed up at a Columbia University School of Journalism conference with copies of the Communist newspaper the Daily Worker instead of his school newspaper.
There's a stunner: A far left kook reading the Daily Worker.
