The Beatdown Continues: 'Hamas Has Nothing Left But Rockets'

These chicken-shit terrorists are still hiding behind children and killing members of Fatah. They can't hold up against the IDF and except for the rockets, all they have left is a sympathetic media. Thankfully the Israelis are largely ignoring the media propaganda and getting the job done.

On the 12th day of fighting in the Gaza Strip, the defense establishment is seeing that Hamas is in deep distress. This isn't only coming to fruition on the physical front, but also in the morale of the organization's political and military echelons.

From Hamas' viewpoint, it seems as though the current IDF operation has crossed all the red lines. Hamas officials are even making statements in the vein that Israel has lost control.

The most significant damage has been sustained by the organization's governmental facilities. Reports show that close to none of the Hamas administrators has an office from which to work. They are even talking about anarchy. Furthermore, all the military infrastructure has been damaged, in particular the ammunition labs.

According to figures collected thus far by Israel's defense establishment, Hamas' military infrastructure has sustained a serious hit, but their rocket capabilities still exist. A number of Hamas commanders have been killed or wounded during fighting, making it increasing difficult for their military wing to function properly.

The defense establishment has also noted that Hamas has been exercising caution in clashes with IDF soldiers. Hamas is tending not to put their forces at risk in areas in which they may fail. The IDF hit some of Hamas' senior commanders, while those who have survived have gone underground. In many instances, the IDF has taken precaution not to target some of these commanders in their various hiding places, many of which are in heavily populated areas, when there is significant risk that innocent civilians could be hurt.

Hamas' method of operation forces Israel to choose between two alternatives – striking the organization's senior officials, along with innocent bystanders, or carrying out surgical strikes, which is more likely to jeopardize IDF forces on the ground.

Another trend coming from Gaza at this stage in the fighting is Hamas' willingness to fight to the very last drop of their population's blood. There is a tacit understanding amongst Hamas officials that the organization is not a shield for the Palestinian population, but there to protect their own associates only.

Hamas is still taking action against Fatah affiliates and is willing to take all measures in order to swipe at them. For instance, this week a 70-year-old elderly man was shot to death when he refused to disclose the location of his son, a Fatah operative.

I'm surprised they didn't parade his body around and claim the Israelis executed him.

IDF: Premature Detonation Killed Gaza Family

Earlier this week the media had a field day accusing the Israelis of indiscrimately killing a family in Gaza and revenge was promised.

Well, as usual, it turns out a Palestinian terrorist prematurely detonated, directly causing the deaths.

Israel's military released video footage on Friday which it said showed that accidentally detonated Palestinian munitions, rather than direct Israeli fire, killed a Gazan woman and four of her children this week.

Residents of Beit Hanoun, a town in the northern Gaza Strip, insisted that the April 28 deaths were caused by an Israeli tank shell or air force missile fired at Myassar Abu Meateq's home.

An unrelated Palestinian described by hospital officials as a 17-year-old student was killed outdoors in the same incident. Another Palestinian of about the same age was wounded.

Publishing the conclusions of an internal investigation along with black-and-white footage from a surveillance drone, the Israel Defence Force (IDF) spokesman said that during fighting in Beit Hanoun the air force twice fired missiles at Palestinian gunmen "carrying backpacks loaded with ammunition" near the home.

"One gunman was targeted and hit from the air. As a result a strong secondary explosion occurred," the spokesman said in a statement.

"The second gunman was targeted and hit as well, causing an even bigger explosion ... Both explosions were significantly stronger than those caused by the IDF attacks against them."

The first clip of high-angle footage tracks two figures walking on a road. A caption describes them as gunmen, though weapons cannot clearly be seen. An explosion envelopes the two, followed by a second, slightly bigger blast moments later.

The second clip shows a figure lying outside a building that a caption marks as the Abu Meateq home. A big and sustained explosion takes place, its flames reaching into the building.

A caption says that this "larger explosion" was "most likely caused by the setting off of weaponry carried by the terrorist". Another caption says that the Israeli missile that set off the blast was aimed at the centre of the street.

Nothing quite opens the eyes like seeing strippers and death squads in the same headline.

According to an Al-Hayat Al-Jadida front page report, the IDF has turned to using armed, female strippers in its war on upstanding Palestinian boys. The newspaper reports that when the Arab rock-throwing begins, IDF soldiers run for cover. Then, the story continues, after some time of hiding, an Israeli woman stands up on top of a barricade and begins to perform an alluring strip tease. Innocent Arab teenage boys, distracted from the business of rioting, are enticed to approach, when, according to the newspaper, the woman -- an IDF soldier -- shoots them with a pistol she had hidden in her underwear.

IDF Vaporizes Six Former Hamas Members; An "ugly Zionist massacre "

Hell is accepting new members, and the IDF gratefully obliged by icing six pieces of Hamas garbage, eliciting more tough talk from the battered terror gang.

After six Hamas operatives were killed in an IDF airstrike Monday afternoon, the organization identified them as members of its military wing and implied that they would seek revenge. A spokesman for the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades described Israel's action as an "ugly Zionist massacre" and said "all options were open" for a response.

"The Zionist enemy (Israel) is playing with fire and they will have to shoulder the responsibility for the consequences of this crime," Izz al-Din al-Qassam spokesman Abu Ubaida said.

The vehicle, which Hamas said was hit as it arrived at a Hamas security post near the al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, contained local Hamas commander Mohammed abu Arab.

According to an IDF spokeswoman, the operatives were members of a cell that had launched an attack towards Gaza vicinity communities earlier Monday. "There was a strike on a car carrying militants who today fired rockets into Israel and we identified hitting it," she said.

Asked whether Hamas would resume firing rockets into Israel in response to the incident, Abu Ubaida added: "If the Zionist enemy fears the possibility of a response with rockets then they should know that we have even more dangerous weapons." He did not elaborate.

IDF exposes bomb lab in Nablus

A number of IDF troops were wounded during an operation in Nablus Thursday which exposed a large explosives laboratory.

Three prepared explosive devices, each weighing roughly five kilograms, were found in the laboratory, along with numerous weapons, magazines and materials used to manufacture bombs.

Israeli army forces entered Nablus Wednesday to operate against terrorist infrastructure and locate illegal weapons caches. The large-scale operation was launched after intelligence information indicated that terrorists in the city were planning a number of attacks in Israeli territory.

Wednesday afternoon soldiers discovered another weapons cache containing a pipe bomb, a Kalashnikov rifle, a hand gun and two grenades. At another location in Nablus troops found an M-16 rifle and a telescopic sight. The weapons were confiscated and the grenades were detonated in controlled explosions.

Thus far eight Fatah-affiliated suspects have been arrested in the frame of the operation.

It won't be long until we hear of hungry children who somehow aren't being fed with the free billions flowing into the West Bank. The idiots will wonder where the money went.

Hamas Plot Foiled

These gangsters will never stop trying to kill Jews, they will always have murder on their twisted minds, and they need to be eradicated. Their latest effort at murder has been thwarted, thankfully.

It has now been cleared for publication that the Shin Bet exposed a plan designed by Hamas members in the Hebron area to carry out an attack against IDF troops on the trans-Judea highway.

According to security sources Hamas members planted several explosives alongside the highway and intended to detonate one of the bombs in order to draw emergency services and security forces to the scene before detonating the additional bombs. The Shin Bet operation to thwart the attack led to the arrest of three of those involved in the plot.

20 Islamic Jihadists Nailed in Bethlehem

They were working for organization leaders out of Syria.

A joint operation between IDF and Shin Bet forces led to the arrest of 20 wanted operatives of Islamic Jihad.

According to the IDF, the operatives were involved in planning attacks against IDF forces and civilians near Bethlehem, and were instructed by organization leaders in Syria. The operatives were transferred to security forces for questioning.

Nancy Pelosi was unavailable for comment.

Reality in Gaza

After so many years of denying reality and a slavish devotion to all things Palestinian, the New York Times today realizes it can no longer deny the fact that unity in Gaza is a myth.

JERUSALEM, May 15 -- A third day of deadly clashes between Hamas and Fatah fighters suggests that the Palestinian unity government, put together under Saudi auspices at the end of March, is something of a fiction.

It never got off to a serious start, and as this week's resignation of the independent interior minister, Hani al-Qawasmeh, made clear, the leaders of the fighting men were never prepared to listen to one authority anyway.

The continuing battle between Fatah and Hamas for power in Gaza also makes the likelihood of substantive peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians ever more distant.

Try not to snicker too much, but here's yet another in a long line of stories of how Abbas and Hamas have agreed to stop the fighting.

Really, who is AFP fooling with this nonsense?

Perhaps now the New York Times can get back to blaming the Israelis for all the problems.
