America Exhales: Alec Baldwin Not Running for Congress

Our long national nightmare has been aborted.
Actor Alec Baldwin is not running for Congress.

"No, that's bulls--t," he said when asked about the rumor. Baldwin was in Washington on Sunday night for the 33rd annual Kennedy Center Honors, where he introduced honoree Sir Paul McCarthy.

There were reports Baldwin was considering a run at Rep. Tim Bishop's (D-N.Y.) seat in 2012. Bishop's reelection has not yet been determined.
Is it just me or has McCartney taken up residence in Washington?
McCartney was already honored at the White House this past summer, which Obama referred to. The musician received a George Gershwin award for his contributions to popular music.

Paul McCartney: Some People Don't Believe in Climate Aarming - Like Those Who Don't Believe There Was a Holocaust'

Washed-up musician does the full Ellen Goodman and gives a tongue-bath to Obama.

How cute.
THE shocking images of oil-covered wildlife and ruined beaches across the Gulf of Mexico have horrified millions.
But passionate green campaigner Sir Paul McCartney believes the environmental disaster may have a silver lining, with the search for clean, renewable energy now being pushed forward.

The Beatles legend said: "Sadly we need disasters like this to show people. Some people don't believe in climate warming - like those who don't believe there was a Holocaust.
Seems Paulie's really got the hots for the deeply unpopular Golfer-in-Chief.
He beams: "It was such an honour. I'd heard of the prize - it's the biggest for popular music in the US. When the President gave it to me, I was so touched. I'm a huge Obama supporter. I really love him.

"When it was the election I was praying he would win and dreading John McCain or Sarah Palin getting in. It was like, 'No, America - you don't need that right now.' I'd read Obama's books and had an opportunity to talk to him there, in the White House, where I'd never been before.
A few weeks ago this aging cretin insulted George W. Bush while Obama laughed.

I guess McCartney needn't worry about album boycotts since he's still living off a legacy from more than 40 years ago, about the time he authored anything worth listening to.

Shut Up and Sing, Paulie

Just what we need, another foreigner telling us how to behave.
Paul McCartney would like President Obama's critics to let him be.

“I’m a big fan, he’s a great guy. So lay off him, he’s doing great,” the British songsmith said on Tuesday, ABC News reported.

This year’s recipient of the Library of Congress’s Gershwin Prize for Popular song, McCartney is set to perform at the White House Wednesday evening and be feted by fellow musicians Stevie Wonder, Faith Hill, the Jonas Brothers, Elvis Costello and Herbie Hancock, among others.

Speaking at a press conference in Washington ahead of the event, McCartney, 67, said he planned to “try to have fun” but predicted a case of the nerves when performing “like, three feet away” from Obama.
Memo to Paulie: A lot of us aren't "big fans" of this stooge, so if you don't mind we're free to express ourselves.

'The Biggest Bitch on the Planet'

I don't know anyone gets off saying something like that. She seems so shy and demure.
Heather Mills's former publicist has accused her of conducting a campaign of dirty tricks against Sir Paul McCartney during their bitter divorce.

Hollywood PR Michele Elyzabeth has launched a scathing attack on Miss Mills, saying the former model duped her into lying for her in their public battle and leaked false stories to blacken Sir Paul's name.

During her explosive rant she refers to Miss Mills as a pathological liar, a witch, a bitch and a gold-digger who married the former Beatle for his money.

She declared: 'That witch tricked me into spreading lies about Paul. She's a bitch.'

She claimed the self-styled charity campaigner had bugged Sir Paul's private conversations in an attempt to rake up any dirt on the 66-year-old performer.

According to the publicist, Miss Mills instead captured Sir Paul and Stella making fun of her in the secret recording.

Miss Elyzabeth also suggested the animal rights activist had misled the world into thinking she was penniless, when Sir Paul was still giving her money.

The LA-based executive claims Miss Mills had banked £3million from Sir Paul, while avoiding paying bills and getting freebies. There were also claims that Miss Mills, who secured a £ 24.3million divorce from Sir Paul, had exaggerated how much she gave to charity.

She described Miss Mills as 'a calculating, pathological liar and the biggest bitch on the planet', adding: 'She not only misled me, she misled the entire world.'

Shut Up and Sing, Paulie

On second thought, just shut up. Can't think of a song he's produced in at least 30 years I care for.

He's sounding loonier than his wacko ex-wife.
Former Beatle Paul McCartney is urging the world to go vegetarian in a bid to fight global warming and is surprised more green groups don't promote it.

In an interview with the animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), McCartney said the global meat industry was a major contributor to global warming. A transcript of the PETA interview was given to Reuters.

"The biggest change anyone could make in their own lifestyle would be to become vegetarian," McCartney, a longtime vegetarian and advocate of vegetarianism, said. "I would urge everyone to think about taking this simple step to help our precious environment and save it for the children of the future."
It's always about the children.

I guess McCartney missed the news about the earth getting cooler the past ten years.

Meanwhile, despite a nonstop propaganda campaign, Algore realizes his efforts have been worthless. Which means only one thing: more propaganda.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Mr Gore – hailed as the world’s leading green campaigner – said recent polls had found that while people rate climate change as a “serious problem”, some ranked it lower than clearing up dog mess.

“When politicians walk down the pavement, four or five of every ten people they meet ask, ‘What are you doing to solve the climate crisis?’ he said. “If you ask people their opinion, more than two thirds will say, ‘It’s a very serious issue, we’re responsible for it. We need to take action’.

“But then if you give them a list of 25 or 30 issues and ask them to rank them in order of seriousness, climate change comes at the bottom or near the bottom.

“I remember one poll where it came under dog litter. People are more likely to respond to problems that can be felt – terrorism, traffic jams, anything that activates the responses in an immediate way.
Dog litter. Exactly what I think of Gore.

When I'm 64 ... I'll Have to Pay Some Psycho Hosebeast $48.7 Million

Damn. This almost makes me want to get a sex change, amputate a leg and go looking for some aging rock star to glom on to.

McCartney divorce costs Beatle $48.7 million
Former Beatle Paul McCartney was ordered on Monday to pay his estranged wife Heather Mills 24.3 million pounds ($48.7 million) after an acrimonious divorce battle.

McCartney, 65, married the former model and charity campaigner Mills, 40, in 2002 but they split four years later, blaming media intrusion into their private lives. They have a daughter, Beatrice, aged four.

Speaking outside the court, Mills criticized McCartney's lawyer, accusing her of handling the case badly and of calling her names.

"I am so glad it is over," she added. "We are very, very pleased."
Yeah, no kidding. Let's see. You have no discernible talent, you're nuts and now you just hit the friggin' jackpot.
She hit back, saying she had been driven to the brink of suicide because the media had branded her a "whore" and a "gold-digger."
I guess this will help ease the suffering.

BTW, I do realize McCartney is 65 now. Just play along.
