'President Obama is Not Martha Coakley in Drag'

Leave it to Bawney Fwank to give us this memorable gem. If anyone can figure out what the hell he means, feel free to comment.
Crowds snaked for blocks down Huntington Avenue this afternoon as supporters waited for the arrival of President Barack Obama, who is scheduled to rally for Bay State Attorney General Martha Coakley in an 11th-hour mission to rescue her U.S. Senate campaign - and his own health care reform package.

Inside the Cabot Center, members of the congressional delegation were arriving.

U.S. Rep. Barney Frank, when asked whether Coakley’s recent dip in the polls was related to sentiments about President Obama, quipped, “President Obama is not Martha Coakley in drag.”
Is Coakley Obama in drag?

Seems to me there's a lot more enthusiasm on the Brown side.
