9-11 Mastermind To Stand Trial in New York

Can you imagine what a circus this is going to be and what an interruption this is going to cause in the lives of everyday New Yorkers?
Self-proclaimed Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees will be sent to New York to face trial in a civilian federal court, an Obama administration official said Friday.

The official said Attorney General Eric Holder plans to announce the decision later in the morning.
No doubt these trials will go on endlessly and the defense attorneys will attempt to put the Bush administration on trial more so then raising any sort of defense of their clients. They know they can't defend their clients for their actions so instead they will attack the methods and manner in which these jihadists were captured and the conditions they were held under and the questioning methods employed.

Holding these trials in federal courts like this has the propensity to undo a lot of the intelligence methods and gains that we have employed over the last eight years to keep Americans safe. This comes at the very same time our intelligence community, already under attack, and in light of the omissions of information related to the Ft. Hood shooter, are trying to adapt to the new administration. This will only further cause the politically correct crowd to once again find their voice.

Can anybody else imagine the smile that will cross his face when he sees the empty spot where the WTC once stood?

God help us if some judge throws the cases out completely.
