Vick Fails Drug Test; Pleads Stupidity

Buh-bye, dumbass.
A federal judge ordered Michael Vick to be put on electronic home monitoring today for failing a drug test for marijuana.

Vick had been free on supervised release while he awaited his sentencing Dec. 10 for a dogfighting conspiracy charge. One of the conditions for his release was to refrain from using or possessing unlawful drugs and to submit to tests.

Vick submitted a urine sample Sept. 13 that tested positive for marijuana, according to a document filed today in U.S. District Court in Richmond.

Due to the failed test, U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson ordered Vick be restricted to his residence from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. every night and to submit to electronic monitoring.

Hudson also ordered Vick to continue or begin substance abuse therapy and mental health counseling if deemed necessary by Vick's supervising officer.

Vick also must submit to random drug testing. That could include urine testing, the wearing of a sweat patch, a remote alcohol testing system or any form of screening or testing for prohibited substances.

Hudson's order came a day after a Surry County grand jury indicted him on two state felony charges related to dogfighting. Vick is set to be arraigned Oct. 3 in the state case.
Is this guy hopelessly stupid or what?
