Ralph Nader Doesn't Want Your Kid To Go To College

Yeah Ralph, college athletic scholarships are the single most important and pressing problem facing this country. Granted anybody attending an SEC school on an athletic scholarship is probably dumber then a box of rocks but c'mon it at least provides a chance for some of our youth to claw their way out of conditions which would probably lead them down the path to just becoming another wannabee rap artist with a longer criminal rap sheet then they do hit rap songs.
"As we near the exciting conclusion of 'March Madness' — which would more accurately be described as the 2011 NCAA Professional Basketball Championships — it's time we step back and finally address the myth of amateurism surrounding big-time college football and basketball in this country," said Nader, whose League of Fans is proposing that the scholarships be replaced with need-based financial aid. The Associated Press obtained a copy of the proposal Thursday, ahead of its official release.

I don't know how much more needs based you can get then offering a kid living in what may be pretty poor economic conditions or from less then ideal social situation with a chance to attend college even if it merely as a stepping stone to become a professional athlete.

Why does Ralph hate black people? Isn't that the implied undercurrent here? I know if I can see it all of the whiny bleeding heart liberals can see it.

If he wants to get riled up at somebody get pissed at the stupid NCAA rules committee which makes recruiting these athletes an Olympic event all unto itself with all of their stupid rules.
