Gen Honore Blasts Washington Lawmakers

Just to refresh your memory, Gen Honore was the National Guard commander brought in to make order out of the chaos that was New Orleans in the wake of hurricane Katrina and made famous for his declaration to the folks leading that carnival act to not get stuck on stupid.

Better that they should fail to learn what an 18-year-old Army private understands than continue to fail America.
